I'm not certain where to begin. I just picked up my vehicle, and wow! From the very beginning the staff was professional and personable. The work that was done on my vehicle is phenomenal. I definitely recommend Caliber Collision. I hope I never need their services again, but I will never go anywhere else. Thank you all for making this process easy and stress-free.

My experience with Caliber was A+. They were professional and great with communication. They made every step of the process to repair my car (damaged in a collision) easy. In the end, I got my car back good as new (looked even better than before the accident), and squeaky clean inside & out. If my car needs body work again, I will return to Caliber Collision.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Hands down amazing! So professional and friendly from start to finish! Extremely thorough and this is so important! They didn t miss a thing! They had to do correction work for my car after a previous shop gave my car a terrible repair job after an accident. Caliber made the process a complete breeze from having a rental waiting for me at their shop when dropping off to communicating the progress on repairs. I cannot recommend them enough! They take pride in their work and it shows! And a really nice bonus they returned my car detailed to a T Inside and out!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The crew at Caliber is like none other! They were able to make a very stressful time a complete breeze. The manager, Cody, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He and his team are polite, accountable, and incredibly talented. Highly recommend!

I can t say enough about how helpful and knowledge Cody and his team were! I ve never had such a pleasant experience when getting help with something as stressful as issues with a vehicle. They were patient and more than willing to take the time to explain what needed to be done to fix my problem. This establishment is top notch.

They did an amazing job repairing my car. They kept me updated via text messages. They also cleaned outside and detailed inside of my car at no extra cost! They are very friendly and are awesome! Definitely recommend them!

Caliber Collision fixed my repair issue without an appointment and at no charge. A large piece of tire from a semi landed in front of my car moving at 70 mph, and it damaged the protective shield of the undercarriage. Caliber was able do a temporary fix on the spot until I can take it to the dealer. I would highly recommend this company!

We could not have been more pleased with the service we received from Caliber Collision. From the front office to the back we found the staff to be friendly and professional. They explained everything we should expect and followed through in a complete and timely manner. We feel they went beyond what we would have expected in explaining details and getting the job done. We are happy to recommend them when you need a service they can perform.

Had a great experience at Caliber Collision in Benton. Was welcomed by a professional staff and was processed in a timely manner. Brought in a 2012 Dodge Journey for repairs and was back on the road quickly. I was assisted by Dale and he was very knowledgeable with everything that needed to be done and was great with communicating the process. I will be recommending their services to others.

Just dropped my car off with Caliber and they made the process a breeze. They even had my rental car waiting for me. Dale met me out front and greeted me with a smile. I would recommend using them for your collision repair needs!

The employees here are amazing and fast. They treat you and your car well. They made sure I was taken care with my rental by having it there when mine care was dropped off. They even gave me updates on the progress of my repair. I highly recommend them for any of your collision work.

struck a deer in my 2016 cherokee...it took a good hit on the front passenger side .....I just want to say they do excellent work ,,,They do a awesome job of keeping you informed on the progress of your repair ....the paint job actually looks better than it did new from the factory...i have a dark charcoal metallic,, the paint matched perfect ,,the blend was perfect ...no orange peel ,, no sanding marks ,,just a beautiful job ...plus the vehicle was fully detailed when i picked it up ...highly recommend .!!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
