Ordered a wheel and tire for me and it arrived when they had said it would. Excellent price, cheaper than if I had bought it online. Great parts dept staff. Very clean and well-organized business. I will be back!

We get our Scag Zero-turn serviced here every year. They will make arrangements to come pick up your equipment, do a thorough inspection, cleaning, and promptly return it. They have saved us at least twice by catching things like bad bearings before it becomes a major issue.I also purchased my 12' utility trailer from Ben's. They took care of the title and registration, leaving me more time to get back to work.

Bought a New scag mower there. The motor shakes really bad. I taken it back. Mechanic says some shake some don't. I'd like to have one that don't. I have a 100 hours on it now. Still Shakes

Ben's Lawn Service picks my large zero turn mower each November, performs any necessary repairs, winterizes it, sharpens blades, greases it and cleans it. The company then returns it to my home. I'm about 3.5 miles from the shop. Great service and knowledgeable personnel. This company has taken care of this mower for over 10 years and it keeps it operating like a new one.

Took a drive tire off my zero turn mower there to buy a new tire for it. After waiting almost an hour for what should have been a simple remount for them. I drive twenty minutes back home to find my newly mounted tire flat. So I had to drive back to town to air up the tire and make sure the bead was sealed myself. Thankfully Casey's gas station has free air. I should have just bought the tire at Rural King and done it myself. Would have cost me half what I paid them.

We went yesterday to Bens lawn service, A very nice guy named Chris helped us. It was fast and simple to get the mower we wanted. Our brand new hustler was delivered today. We got exactly what we wanted and were treat great. I strongly suggest getting a mower from them

Best place around! Great communication back and forth before I made the hour long drive over to Ben s. First rate customer service upon arrival and excellent buying experience. This is the second mower in 3 years I ve bought from Ben s and when I add another to the fleet I m 100% sure they will get my business again. A+++++

Always seemed like they wanted to help, bought multiple items and mowers from them over the past few years. Then when I want to return something exactly the same way they gave it to me, it s a problem, trying to rip me off like your local used car salesman, spent over 15 thousand dollars at this location, will not be spending another dollar. Go somewhere else!

Went and bought a wood splitter from Ben. Once he loaded it for me I noticed I had tread coming off my trailer tire but forgot my 4 way tire iron. Ben had his mechanic come out and use their forklift to pick the trailer up and changed our tire for us. Outstanding customer service went up and beyond anything I could of asked for. Made me a life long customer

Cannot say enough good things about Ben's. Was recommended here by a friend and couldn't be happier with their sales or service. Purchased a mower here. They promptly delivered it, beat me home. Their service department does a great job and they always are willing to be fair and work with you. Great local business. No reason to go anywhere else.

Dropped it off after being told it would be $30 for a belt. They were supposed to call when they figured out what was wrong and 8 days later they still hadn't. I called and they said it was done and was $100 just for a belt install. So an hour labor for a 10 minute job. When I said that wasn't close to $30 I got a smart remark about how people in the back wont work for free. I could have replaced a belt myself and saved $70 and would have if they had called like they were supposed to. Ripped off by another one, you'd think I'd learn...

Beware of their offer for 0 percent financing. They charge a fee for this and then you will be charged the same fee again from the card they use.
