Good experience at the dealership. Skyler, although new to Ford sales, was extremely helpful and careful to confirm information about the vehicle and sales process. I had a couple unusual requests about my purchase (used F-250) that they were willing to accommodate. Would certainly recommend them to others for dealer vehicle purchases.

First off let me say what a great experience at Roesch Ford not only the did they take care of me, but they also took care of my sister not only was the car buying experience. Awesome. I have two kids and they were just amazing with my kids finding stuff for them to do keeping them busy, meanwhile I spoil myself, felt like family never was pressured into buying anything. They listen to every detail they would definitely have my business. I specially want to thank. Dave and Justen for making my purchase that amazing!

The entire sales team at Roesch is amazing! Honest, reliable, available, helpful!This is my 3rd car purchase with them (our family keeps growing) and everytime it s been seamless. Ozzie is great! I recently purchased a Bronco Sport from Nick at Roesch Ford. He is very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle, trim packages and options available, as well as electronic features of the car. Nick and Dave were able to meet my budget on the model I wanted, and offered a fair price on my trade in. Overall a great, no pressure dealership, and the smoothest car purchase process I've had.

Man was I happy. Justen was the absolute best and made my experience buying my first car a breeze! Roesch Ford isn t like the rest. They don t scam or waste your time. You can tell Justen actually cares about his customers and wants the absolute best for them. I will never buy a car from any other dealership, and will most definitely request Justen again! If i could give 10 stars, I would.

Its been over 20 years since I bought a new car. Calling and visiting several Ford dealerships, I am sure happy I ended up at Larry Roesch Ford.Not only is their facility top notch, everyone was so nice and helpful.My salesman Nick Petrasz was very patient and helpful.The trade in value I received was very fair.I never felt pressured into buying anything.Everything from a tour of the facility, filling out paperwork to going over all the new gadgets was excellent.I would highly recommend Nick and his team at Larry Roesch Ford.

After purchasing my vehicle over a year ago at a different dealership and being very upset about my purchase afterwards, I can tell you that after my experience with Justen Payne from Roesch Ford, Justen showed me what a true Salesman was like. The devotion and attitude towards his customers do not go unseen. Justen was a pure example of how there is still good in dealerships and not all of them just try to scam you for the money. Not only did he help my girlfriend purchase an amazing vehicle, he went above and beyond with helping me out on some things with my personal vehicle.

Best experience ever with any car dealership in 40 years!Bought a new Wildtrak Bronco from another dealer and was dissatisfied with performance of Bronco.They sent me to Roesch for some upgrades to Engine and Exhaust.Could not be HappierTroy beat my expectations and Sam in sales could not have been more helpful!Leaving on a three week Road trip next week!Well done Roesch Ford!

Buying a car from Roesch Ford is like being part of the family. This was the 3rd new car we purchased with Justin, Sam, and the team and their hospitality and service is remarkable and friendly. (Gone are the days of slick and slimy car salesmen, there is none of that here!) If you are in the market for a new car, go see Justin and Sam!

I visited few Ford dealers but the guys at to Roesch Ford were the best. Just walking in there I knew that this is the dealer I want to do business with. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I have worked with Anthony and ended up ordering my new Bronco with him. There was a little frustration with the wait but my car is finally here and I enjoy it very much. I liked working with Anthony as he kept me informed and was very respectful and professional. After the car arrived, he helped me connect my phone to the car system and explained all the different features my car had and how to use them. The finance gentleman was also great and actually very funny. Just overall a great experience buying a car. You should definitely call Anthony to be your salesman!

I purchased my 2024 Bronco Wildtrak at Roesch Ford.Once the car arrived (01/23/2024) Justen Payne, Sales Specialist, allowed me until 01/27 to pick it up. I was assured multiple times that the car was inspected by the team and ready to go. When I arrived to see the car, we immediately realized none of the dealer-installed options were on. The dealership had 4 days to complete this work. Why was this overlooked? I then proceeded to have back and forth conversation with Justen where I repeatedly stated that I would absolutely not pay more for these options (which he was suggesting I may have to) than what was on my original invoice. This exchange lasted for a minimum of an hour before a Sales Manager named Ray Reynolds spoke to me and said, no problem we have the parts on site and can install them. Note, when I ordered the car, I was told the price was locked in as part of the Ford Price Protection Program. I was provided an "IOU" for this work and a service date on 02/02.I want to mention that Sam Mellenthin, Finance Manager, was able to match the price on an extended warranty without hassle and was friendly and personable. 10/10 service.I dropped my car off as scheduled to get the remainder of my dealer-installed options placed on 02/02. The appointment on my paperwork was for 0830. By about 1330 I'd not heard back, so I called. I waited on hold for approximately 15 minutes before I spoke to a gentleman who told me my car was just being started and someone would call me when it was completed. Around 1630, I received a call from Justen stating that my bumper had been dropped and was dented.I waited 10 months for the car, the dealership had 4 days to install the options but chose not to, I had to inconvenience myself to bring it back to the dealership, and now 5 days into having this new car, Roesch Ford damaged it. Justen let me know they were ordering a new bumper, and the replacement would be taken care of free of charge (a basic expectation). I was told I would get a rental car if needed, which I declined. I then stated I would pick up my car, and they would call me when the bumper was ready to be replaced. I was sad about the event, but accidents happen, and it would be addressed.Around 1730, Brandon Coriell, Service Manager, called me with Justen "next to him." He recounted the incident to the bumper, apologized and "wanted to be honest" (again, basic expectation), stated he'd ordered another one which would arrive in 3-5 days, and someone would contact me as soon as the part arrived to arrange installation.I then picked up my car and arranged to spend more money on an additional paint and interior protection service with Justen. I asked for an "IOU" for the bumper replacement, and both Justen and Brandon refused to give me one. Justen had no issues giving this to me when I initially purchased the vehicle. Basic expectation, again, and an example of a breach of trust. I then had no other option but to leave with my car.I waited longer than the quoted 3-5 days to hear back about the installation of my new bumper. On day 11, (02/13), I emailed Justen and expressed my disappointment in the lack of communication, management of expectations, and attempt at service recovery. He then called me, and when I asked when the bumper arrived, he stated it had been at least 3 days prior. Note, I was not only bringing the car back for the bumper replacement, but I was also trying to spend more money at Roesch by having the interior and ceramic exterior treatments.I arranged to drop my car off on 02/15 to Brandon. I reiterated the poor communication to him and lack of service recovery. He then made a comment about credit for a future service with no other details.I picked up the car on 02/16. The bumper was replaced as promised and other services completed. Brandon apologized again and provided me with a credit for my first oil change and tire rotation. I would not have been offered anything if I didn't ask.Overall, this was not the experience I was expecting at the price point I paid.

Employees in this dealer know their jobs very well. I think these five stars are well-deserved. Especially our sales consultant Mr. Nick Petrasz is a very caring, meticulous and hardworking person. I think he has been building very good customer relations with his managerial capacity. Although we are foreigners, he quickly caught what we are going to say, and did as much as possible he can. Thank you Roesch Ford and Mr. Nick!

Great experience buying a van I was looking for. You can't beat the customer service. From the person answering the phone, salesperson, and finance person. My friend went to pick it up and was pleasantly surprised with the appearance of the van. The internet sure allows us to meet nice people all over the US. Thanks for all you did!!

I wanted a Ford Bronco, but as a single mom, I did not have all day to spend on the purchase process. Anthony was amazing, he made sure we kept moving, explained everything thoroughly, and got me into my car so quickly. He was so friendly, understanding, and comfortable to talk with. Everyone there was actually, even Joe the guy "in the box" was so nice...especially for a guy they keep in a box. Though my dad joke was better than his.;)

I want to thank the entire team at Roesch Ford for raising the bar on professionalism, honesty, and customer service. I want make a special mention of Anthony Carioscia. He exemplified excellence and incredible customer service. He helped me to spec out my new Ford Bronco exactly the way I wanted it, kept me well apprised of the build status through updates as they became available, and once the vehicle was delivered, he ensured a smooth transaction all the through to the finish line. My experience with Roesch Ford and specifically with Sales Consultant Rory Clemons and Finance Director Joe Embro was excellent. From the moment I first walked through the door, I was treated with professionalism and respect. Rory worked with me patiently and politely throughout my car-shopping process, even when I was considering other brands. Once I decided on the Edge, Joe answered all my questions clearly and processed my loan capably. They really made car-buying a positive experience for me.

I made an appointment to replace a plastic trim I chose 10 days in advance for that. Meanwhile (3-4 days) I discovered a hanging part under my car, I went to Roesch Ford again and I told them about the new issue they said: no problem we ll fix that on the appointment date next week, we replace the screws, the part isn t broken. Wow, appointment day!!! They offered me a valet service to pick up the car and bring it back to me after fixing it. I was circumspect about it but, I said okay, let s see how it works. After 3 hours I got my car back without being fixed . Why, because they are so stupid and careless I should be there to show them exactly the reason why I made the appointment 10 days before. They screwed back a plastic pack under the car ( this extra issue was claimed by me on the phone and in person AFTER I made the appointment. So, they fixed the ,,extra problem in 5 minutes and they forgot about the main reason why I brought the car in the shop. Again, why? Because everyone there does whatever they want, no rules, no system, no professionalism. It's like a bunch of people moving around pretending to be professionals.

Great car buying experience. I went to another Ford dealer before this and walked out because the service and pricing was so poor. Roesch was the complete opposite. They were friendly, very straight forward, and sincerely wanted to help me out. Alex, the salesman, was fantastic from start to finish. Sam, the sales manager, was also great. The finance guy, Joe, was very trustworthy and nice. It was a good ending to the car buying experience. I will be going back for my next car 100%. Thanks guys.

The Sales people at Roesch Ford were amazing! I ordered my Mach E In July of 2021. I knew it was going to take a while to get it but it took much longer than expected. I was working with Dave and Nick. When the status of the car would change they would call me to give me the new status. Through out the waiting process, I called them many times. I know they were receiving the same calls from other Mach E customers waiting for their car and I'm pretty sure those calls were tough to deal with, but you would never know by talking to the, They were always pleasant and understanding to the situation. I remember when Nick called me to tell me the car was delivered. He was more excited than I was and I was very excited! They treated me with respect and showed compassion when I was a disappointed about the delays. I can't imagine going on this car buying journey without them by my side!

Would give 0 stars if it was a possible option. I am the finance manager at the Indian Motorcycle dealer next door, and I can't tell you to AVOID THIS PLACE ENOUGH. Brought my 1989 F-150 in for an alignment on 01/11/2024. Dropped truck off at 10am. Came back in about 12pm to pick the truck up and drove it for 1/4 mile before realizing they aligned the truck, but the steering wheel was off to the left about 30 degrees. When I brought the truck back in they took another "look" at it. They call me back and explain that because the truck is "old" and the steering gear is "worn out" it won't ever sit truly straight. I also do mechanic work when not doing the financing for the dealer next door, so I knew the service writer was wrong - the alignment I did in my driveway was more accurate than the one they just did. The next suggestion was to "re-spline" the steering wheel so it would sit straight, and you can't do that with these because the splines are keyed. Bear in mind, after me telling them the proper fix (truck needs to get re-aligned) they told me I was wrong, and needed to fix it myself. After taking the truck back to my dealer ACROSS THE STREET my techs looked it it, we took pictures of the spines, and verified this was a lazy alignment job by their tech. Over the phone, Diego- the service writer was condescending and rude - claiming the tech that worked on my truck has been working on Ford trucks for "longer than I've been alive". Brought the truck in for the 3rd time now. Upon returning to the dealer the 3rd time, I find Diego (service writer) and the new tech that worked on it (Pete, he's the only person here who actually did anything worthwhile) are DRIFTING THE TRUCK in the parking lot on the ice that is being cleared by the GM. I was furious. Had the GM pull the footage, and clear as day you can see them purposefully lose control of the truck. The GM states that "because Diego drives a FWD Honda civic, he wasn't used to the way the truck handled and lost control" NO WAY. I was outside next to them, he nailed the gas pedal. This is a customers vehicle! No way to treat someone else's property. I left after the GM decided to defend his employee, this entire place is full of people who try and take money for poor work and then attempt to defend the poor work. They didn't offer any form of compensation, nor any form of apology for this entire thing. They had the truck from 10am to 5:30pm when I caught Diego drifting it. Who knows how much they actually beat on my truck in that time.... its such a shame because we are their neighbor next door. If they treat my truck like this, how would they treat a total strangers? On the only positive note about this entire dealership - Pete - the second tech to do the alignment- was EXCELLENT. Pete, if you read this- you rock, you were the ONLY positive experience at this entire place. I would never come back here, nor recommend any of my friends, family, or customers shop at this location or have any service done. I was hoping this would've been rectified, or at least the GM would've taken responsibility for his employees recklessness - but all I got was excuses and poor defense for an employee who should've been reprimanded. Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to wait a day or two to cool off before posting this. I usually hate giving bad reviews like this, but this was earned.

Excellent experience. Our car came in early . Stopped by dealership to sho my wife a Bronco on the showroom floor. Nick and Dave came out and let us know our car came in early and we could pick it up that Day. Nick and Dave made it an easy and relaxing experience from our trade in to our purchase. I would highly recommend Roesch Ford.

I have bought different cars at different car dealerships throughout my stay in this country with very bad experiences, but here in Roesch Ford it was a special place to buy my truck, especially with the people who work there, everyone was quite kind and respectful to me.
