I shipped a radiator for my classic down to them, and was installing it back in the following week. Fast quality work. Great to have a shop around that still does quality reconditioning on old radiators. Worth every penny! And all the staff I dealt with were top notch. Thanks again!

I don t recommend this place because I called him to fix my radiator he told me to bring it so I took the part to shop and he took a look and he gave the price to fix it around $250 and I waited call from him to fix next day he called me and he said it s junk will not be fixed and he said I have to pay him $75 for checked up or I will take it but he did mention 1st day he will charge me for check up so he took my radiator and I didn t pay him for checked up and he took it

Great costumer service and very good quality radiator cores! I was screw over by General Radiator or Chicago Radiator so I return to Rex Radiator and I m very thankful for their help with my radiator! Just talk to Bob and he will take care of you! Highly recommend !

Purchased a spared radiator for a Freightliner Cascadia from Rex Radiator in 2018. After mounting it it appeared the bottom part was leaking. Contacted Rex, they told me they need to see it to determine if the problem can be fixed. A few months later their driver picked up a radiator and delivered it to the shop. They determined the problem was with the drain plug and replacing the drain plug didn't help. So when we asked for the replacement we've been told they can't determine if the radiator was purchased at Rex or somewhere else. Such a "great" level of support. Stay away!!!

I would like to share my experience at this shop in order to enlighten anyone thinking that they are as professional as they sound/look,roughly 2 months ago i went to this shop and spoke to rex himself about getting two radiators fixed for my motorcycle, since i was planning on selling it soon i went with them because they advertised same day service on their website. Rex was probably the best thing about the shop, unfortunately he runs paperwork in another building and i was sent over to the actual shop (a similair building further down the street). this is where my experience went downhill.Upon walking into the the place i was greeted by a rather disgruntled individual (pretty sure this was Bob). He took a look at the two radiators and told me he'll get them fixed (for $95 each) and either he will call me or i should call him in a "few" days (not a good sign. after leaving my info i left with no papers in hand (bad sign #2).A week or so later after getting no calls i called and asked about the parts, he said "we'll have them done by monday or tuesday" i don't remember the rest of the conversation but i do remember he was curt and it ended up with him hanging up on me mid sentence......thursday rolls by, i call and ask fir bob, it's rex. he goes and checks on the parts and says that they're on the worker's bench and to call the next day when the workers there to see what needs to be done. i did not do a follow up call and simply waited another week to see if they'd be done.I have someone call them a week later on saturday and they say someone picked them up. they explained to Rex that i did not pick them up or pay for them and i received no calls. They attempted to charge me the $95 each in service and reimburse me for buying another radiator....no. I told them i'm coming over. On the way they call again and guess what? Oops, they found the radiator so i should come and pick it up. I asked about the other on and they said "it was unrepairable and we threw it out", not ok. long story short it took them three weeks to throw one of my radiators out ($80 value even in it's condition), shittily fix one (they punched a hole in the fins, welded the core, spray painted it so badly it was ridiculous, unpainted areas everywhere, and did not complete the other repairs i asked for, welding a new nipple, and straightening a fill tube). so THREE WEEKS after i dropped the two off i was out $175 and had one radiator repaired and looking so bad i had to touch it up cosmetically myself. This is the first time i've ever written a bad review but i had to, i've never been treated this horribly at any business. I genuinely hope that Rex finds some people that can help him run the business the way it needs to be, because the service office is a misunderstanding.Since i forgot to mention it i'll tack it on here, when i was picking up the radiators BOB curtly asked me i we're done here and after handing me the receipt he told me "now get the F$%@ out of here" i'm sure it was some kind of stupid joke but it is unacceptable. and with that i finish the first review of this shop on Google. My ending advice is to not even call these guys, $95 is a little much for the repair they did, and for the service they should've paid me, now i'm stuck selling a street bike after siding season. Thanks Rex Radiators, you'll never speak to me again.

I had a radiator leak on my vehicle that needed to be taken care of right away. Rex Radiators had my radiator in stock, but informed me they didn't install the radiator. However, they called GTO Automotive, located ~1 mile away, and arranged the repair for me. This was extremely helpful. To give people a reference for cost, the radiator for my 2002 Toyota Solara cost $114.00. The cost for the install was $180.00, charged seperately by GTO Automotive. The actual radiators are stored in a warehouse a block down from the building, and that is where you will go to receive your radiator, after paying in the main office.
