I wouldn't take my car anywhere else after my experience here! My brand new kia was hit on the drivers side and passion had me in and out within a week and you cant even tell the car was ever hit! Amazing attention to detail and workmanship speaks for itself. Highly recommend bringing your car here for anything you need!

I have no words for the customer service we received it was 10 stars! I was that annoying customer that called with a million questions and never once did they make me feel like I was a bother or rushed! The truck looks amazing and boy oh boy did my truck look like a deer hit it! Again, I wish I can give 20 stars! They were absolutely amazing!

Place and staff is amazing. They went above and beyond when it came to fix my car. Even took me to enterprise and picked me up once the car was ready. If I could I'd give 6/5 stars, definitely would recommend!!!

The best service ever !Guys are amazing at what they do. The quality of the work is excellent. The staff were very helpful with the rental car and kept me informed of the work progress along the way. My car was fixed, painted and ready to go very fast. Car looked amazing like a brand new one !!! I couldn t have asked for more. Thank you Passion auto !!! If I could give this place more stars I would!Passion Auto Body is the best place to take your car for repairs. My mom and I have been in accidents for the first time ever in our lives in the span of 2 months and for each respective accident, Passion Auto Body and Repair has been the best!My mom is Deaf and since we had never been in an accident before, they talked us through the process and even advocated for our insurance to pay for my moms car to get all the repairs necessary at no out of pocket cost from us besides her deductible.When I got into an accident two months later I knew Passion was the place to go. My insurance once again tried not to pay for all my repairs and Passion fought for me and fought to prove my rocker panel was damaged due to my accident and got it covered. It took two weeks to get it approved and they called the insurance and I every day to get it done, and even advised me on how to explain my situation to my insurance because I was so flustered and overwhelmed having never been in an accident before.They are passionate about what they do, they couldn t have chosen a better name for their family owned business. God forbid anything else happens to our cars again but I can rest assured knowing I have a trustworthy place to take them!

Completely satisfied and happy with the service and communication at passion Autobody..My 2022 truck had over $20,000 in damage when it was completed you could not see or be able to detect where any damage has been done.I was referred to by a friend and Glad I was.Tom and Maciekwere great at communicating the process and understood How important my truck was to get back In perfect working order. They did just that. five. Stars all the way.. Thank you passion Autobody for everything

Wife s vehicle was involved in a hit and run accident the day before Thanksgiving. Vehicle sustained heavy damage to the front right fender, wheel well, tire, rim, door and rocker panel area and was promptly towed to Passion Auto Body in Franklin Park for repair. Subsequent contact with personnel from the body shop, Miciek, turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Miciek not only interacted with the insurance company, but promptly fulfilled all of their requests for documentation, and continually kept me aware of the progress of the repair.Having your vehicle damaged is always a hassle, but got to give Miciek and Passion Auto Body a huge shout out for their professionalism, understanding and quickness of the repair. The vehicle was returned before the Christmas holiday, looking better than new, no indication of any damage and sparkling clean. I highly recommend and have no problem in advocating that you consider Passion Auto Body if you are ever in need of a vehicle repair.

I highly recommend Passion Body Shop for any mechanical, body or paint repairs. Tomek and his crew did an amazing job fixing my car after the accident. Not only my car was fixed perfectly but also spotlessly cleaned. It felt like I picked up brand new car. This was my second car that was fixed by them and all I can say that their service never fails! Passion Crew provides fast, detailed and professional service for affordable prices.

Passion Auto Body & Repair did a great job on fixing some rear end damage on my car. Tom was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. About a month ago my Hyundai Santa Fe was vandalized they completely messed up my ignition, steering wheel, door, and other interior damages. It took me 3 weeks to find a shop that was even willing to look at my car and work with my insurance - State Farm. When I called them they were so polite and said of course they ll take my car and work with my insurance. They made the process so easy! I was working closely with Maciek, who kept following up with me about parts and process. They work fast and efficiently. This shop is so CLEAN! When working with your car they use covers to not stain anything inside. They even gave my car a detailed clean in and out before I picked it up! Going forward, I will always recommend this shop to everyone!

I'd never recommend anywhere else to get any type of bodywork done! They got me in super quickly and made my car's front end look better than it did before! Which I wasn't sure was possible. They found underlying issues the previous owner tried to hide, and fixed everything! They made sure I got the best parts, detailed the inside and even checked in with me a few days after! Truly excellent work, outstanding customer service, and reasonable prices. I brought in my car after someone hit me. With Passion Auto Body Repair Shop from Franklin Park all of the work was completed in a timely manner and my car was spotless when I picked it up. Tom dealt with my insurance company directly to ensure that all of the work was covered and that the best parts were used. Additionally, they arranged for a rental car and even dropped me off. Passion Auto is a fantastic option for those who live in the Chicagoland area. Tomek & Hubert are professional and konwledgeable. I had brakes replaced on all wheels, filters, battery and spark plugs. Hubert took the time to show me all the parts being replaced and explained why it was time to change them, very transparent.The service was quick and fairly priced. I'd highly recommend this shop. There are plenty of options to choose from when looking to fix your car, but it's tough to find a truly good spot. Give these guys a shot; Passion Auto will be my "go to" going forward.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Battery
