Went to Mike s auto forum Test drove a Chevy Trax. My daughter drove it and loved it. It was a good deal Mike was easy to deal with. He has a good warranty. my granddaughter had purchased a car a year ago from him so this is number two. I just recommended a friend and he s going for his daughter

Absolutely fantastic deal. Purchased a beautiful 2020 Chevy Trax with 1419 miles.Vehicle runs very nice with no mechanical issues. Clean Title.We Negotiated a fair price.Also free 5 year bumper-to-bumper warranty.My experience with Mike, nice guy straight forward and fair. He's been in business For a long time for a good reason! Mike at Mike's Auto Forum was incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant to work with during our car buying experience! My partner and I were looking to buy a Tesla for a few months and we couldn't find a dealer we were comfortable to go through with. When we went to visit Mike he gave us confidence on going electric and thoroughly guided us through our car buying experience.I would recommend everyone in the area looking to buy a vehicle to go to Mike Auto's Forum - you won't be disappointed!

Mike was a very nice man, but when we tried to buy a Chevy Trax from him, our bank showed us that the title was a salvage. He said the car was in 1 accident and that it wasn't bad, but the car facts showed that the insurance company deemed it to be a total loss vehicle. The work they did on the car made it look brand new and it drove well, but the title made it so we couldn't get it without spending way more than we wanted. I'd still recommend Mike's business because he does excellent work on those cars, but just check the car facts before you buy here to make sure it's not totalled by the insurance company.

Looking for an affordable vehicle, low miles and great customer service, go see Mike at Mike's Auto Forum in Bensenville!!This was the best used car shopping/buying experience I have ever had! Mike is no nonsense, straight to the point, quick and efficient and quite funny!I more than happy with my purchase! (2019 Chevy Equinox)He doesn't have a lot of inventory, but what he has is top notch and at a great price. Too good to be true, but it is! Go! You won't be disappointed!Thanks Mike! As long as I'm able to drive, you have me as a customer!Update:Yes Mike is very nice...a sheep in wolf's clothing!When purchased, the car had a jerking motion, which Mike said it would work itself out, something to do with the computer resetting, give it 2 weeks. Ok, sounds right.2 months later the car is still having the same issue.So I call Mike and here we go!Friday, July 14th, I call Mike to set up appointment for the SUV to go to the dealership for fixing under the "so called" warranty. We agree on the drop off date.Tuesday, July 18th drop off SUV.Friday, July 21st I call Mike for an update and he informs me that the SUV will go to the dealership on Monday! (Why have me drop off on Tues, if the car isn't going to be fixed until Monday)?So my car has been sitting in front of his dealership for 6 days!!Big agreement ensues!! We're literally SCREAMING at each other over the phone!! But, I agree to leave it there, with him assuring me the dealership will have it on Monday.My husband called today, Tuesday July 25th for an update, only to be told that my SUV will be taken in to be fixed on tomorrow and POSSIBLY ready on Saturday!!!!!Needless to say, he picked it up today in the same condition it was dropped off 2 weeks ago!!!Yes, Mike is very nice, charismatic until the car is paid for!! If you need repairs, forget it! The customer service, his charm and caring goes downhill!I will be reporting him to the BBB.Wish there was a way I could return my Equinox and get my money back...I'll be looking into that too! And this so called GM warranty.And this is the only way I could take my 5 stars back. He gets a ZERO from me!! I stated in my earlier review that " it's too good to be true" Yes, it really is! red flags everywhere!Bottom line: DON'T BUY FROM HERE! The prices will definitely draw you in, but the service, if repairs are needed, SUCKS!I will update again!

BEWARE !!!!!My wife and I was looking for a Tesla Model 3 Mike was selling but not ready yet and he needs to fix it it up . For good faith we gave $200 cash for Mike to let us see it first and he promised that he will give the $200 back if we don t like it after it is finished. We had an emergency and we had to go out of town when Mike called us and asked if we can put more money for deposit for the car because someone was interested in buying it already and we said we need to see it first but if the person is ready to buy it that he may sell it. So he sold the car. He made us come back and forth to the store for about a month and promised he will write a check and never did. I finally stopped by today and he still said to wait . I asked if he doesn t want to return the $200 just say so because we are waisting valuable time and he finally said NO . This guy MIKe has NO WORD OF HONOR. We are really considering buying a Tesla from him but we re glad that we only lost $200. BEWARE IT IS NOT WORTH DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT !

I recently purchased a 2021 Chevy Trax from Mike and so far after about 6 weeks, the car is AWESOME! Runs as smooth as can be and he even included new tires on the house! The price was great especially in today's car market, no added or hidden unnecessary fees. Mike is definitely an honest and hardworking businessman and really took good care of me as a customer. I recommend Mike's Auto Forum to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle. Thanks Mike!

I would recommend mikes auto forum car sales Mike was very accommodating Great vehicles and was very good to my daughter who bought her Trax from him she loves her car ! Also being given a warranty is so incredible if you re looking for a Great vehicle go see Mike you won t be sorry!

Chevy specialist and very friendly. car in and out very quickly. price is about $5000 lower compare to similar year and mileage. Although the car will have accident history, but it will have clean title and mike will show the original damage with free 5 years in house warranty with deductible (chevy only, tho). The final price will also include fax, $300 doc fee, and $600 destination charge.overall, very nice car and okay car buying experience. just check everything and make sure all parts are installed, if not, tell mike, he will make it right. So, if you see a chevy you like, visit mike ASAP, the car sold VERY QUICKLY.

I've had many problems with my 2010 Chevy Cobalt LT from Mike's Auto Forum: Check engine light, Leaky hoses from the transmission, damaged hub assembles, problems with power locks, you name it. The owner Mike refused to fix the leaky trans hoses and the assembles over a year ago. I had to fix all the above myself, and just recently I went to get my check engine light fixed and he agreed to fix it. I paid $250 deductible and had my car taken in for over a week. I'm convinced that he didn't do anything at all to fix the problem. When i picked up the car the check engine light was gone, but reappeared as soon as i got home! I gave Mike a call and he told me to bring the car in again to see what they can do for me. Mike refused to fix my check engine light and everything else wrong with car AFTER HE ALREADY TOOK MY MONEY. This place not very professional and they do not work with you at all.The point is, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE, but if you do just know the WARRANTY THEY OFFER IS A SCAM.

A big thank you to Mike and his team. We got an awesome deal on an awesome low mile newer car! Mike was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There were a few snags on our way to our new car but Mike, his wife, and team all took extra time and effort to get us what we wanted and what we needed. Always with an upgrade from where we were making sure that we were happy. Very pleased with our car, the deal, and how we have been treated throughout. Highly recommend we felt right at home. I had an excellent experience with Mike s Auto Forum. I found them online and went in to check them out because of the great deals they were offering. I would however recommend that you call first before going because their website is not always up to date due their cars selling out so quickly. You should know that these cars are not new and in fact they have been in an accident. However, the mechanics there are really great and fix them up like new! I bought a 2015 Chevy Sonic LTZ with leather seats, a backup camera and a remote starter for $7,600! Not a bad deal, especially because you would never be able to tell it was in an accident. It really looks and drives great! I liked that they took the time to show me the pictures of how the car looked after the accident and gave me a free carfax report so I knew exactly what I was getting. All cars come with a 5year/100,000mile bumper to bumper warranty, so that also gave me a sense of comfort when buying it too. The process was so fast! My car was literally ready for me to pick up the day after I saw it. So far I m loving my new car and would definitely recommend checking out Mike s Auto Forum if you are looking for a Chevy Sonic!

Just picked up a Cruze for my 18 yr old daughter yesterday, and I am beyond happy with the results. Mike will take care of you and give you a great quality car. Low miles, late model, and the right price.... Awesome!!!! BUY HERE!!! you wont regret it.

Mike's Auto Forum was a great place to buy a car.We got a great deal and the car is great!Mikes office took care of all the paperwork, and we received the car on time.They have been in business for 30 years, and his son is the head mechanic. Great guy, very knowledgeable about the car. They only deal in Sonics and are experts at what they do. I would buy from them again.

I have now purchased my 3rd car from Mike. Two Chevy Trax and one Chevy Equinox. Every purchase went extremely smoothly. All three cars are on the road today, with only one issue that was promptly serviced. I would highly recommend Mike's to anyone looking for great value in a reconditioned automobile.

My wife and I founds Mike s when browsing for a new Chevy Equinox because his prices are so good. After reading some bad review we were hesitant to move forward. We eventually decided to trust mike and buy the car. We have had the car for about 6 month so far and it run great. Mike has displayed great customer service and has ever serviced the car for free when it needed to changes some of its fluid. We would deffefinly recommend buying a car here as he has the best prices in town and have delivered the expertise customer experience that everyone deserves.

I've bought many used cars in my life. This transaction was one of the best. Mike and Iwona work together to make sure everything goes smoothly. Mike's shop isn't a big shop, and there are not a ton of cars to choose from. But what vehicles Mike has in his inventory, are guaranteed to be good and reliable cars. Just purchased a 2020 Chevy Equinox, at a terrific price! Definitely give Mike a try, if you're in the market for a used Chevy. If he doesn't have what you're desiring, he will make an effort to find it. Many of his customers are repeat customers.

Below is the review I was forced to write by the owner before I bought my car:The crew at Mike's Auto Forum has been great! My family has purchased two reliable cars from them at unmatchable deals! Both cars run great and we've had one of them for 4 and 1/2 years. Both cars were/are owned by teenagers, so you can imagine what the cars have withstood. Mike's Auto Forum comes highly recommended by all of my family for sure. I cannot begin to understand the complaints people write about this place....

I went in with my fianc� Jim Alm to buy a (purple) Chevy Trax. And I was so pleased with Mike and how easy it was to talk to him. It s so difficult to get a car at a dealership that you spend virtually hours looking at cars and endless paperwork. Mike made the process easy and is very informative. I recommend him if your looking for a car.

Bought a car from them almost a year ago. Mike does not answer when you have an issue and does not follow the warranty he provides. Very sketchy, bribed us for a good review when we bought it. We had a lot of issues with our car since buying from here. Don't waste your energy and money, buy from somewhere reputable.

They are very friendly, the quality of work is outstanding. They have a great policy of bumper to bumper warranty that would be impossible to get it from any other dealers. I have had total of 3 awesome deals with them so far and I am very happy.

Owner took our call during vacation, set apt same day came in town. Was very receptive to what we needed and provided the perfect car, in a timely manner. The car is 2019 equinox with 45,000. Exterior, and interior exellent condition. A no BS approach. Says what he means. It would be nice to get that everywhere we go.

We have bought 2 cars from Mike and are very happy with both. Our 19 year old son has been driving his Chevy Sonic for 7 months across the U.S. from Florida to Chicago to Colorado. It has handled the heavy driving beautifully without any issues. Our older son just got a Chevy Cruze. We had originally ordered a Sonic 4 door but Mike was unable to get the one we wanted. We had a tight time frame and Mike worked with us to make sure we got a great replacement at a great price. Mike's cars are nice quality, some with very nice upgrades, and are very reasonable in price. We highly recommend Mike's Auto Forum.

Buying at car from Mike s Auto Forum is a different experience, as it is not a traditional auto lot. At first I was a bit wary but after talking with Mike and seeing the car and the deal he was offering we decide to purchase the car. We are very satisfied with our experience. We were able to buy a low mileage late model Chevy a great price. Mike and his team worked hard to make sure everything with the car was just right and our expectations were met. I purchased a 2017 Chevy tracks from Mike. Very friendly, very polite, understanding, and makes sure that you are satisfied with what you re buying. Mike and his bodyman are very honest people. sometimes there is delays due to receiving auto parts. but overall I would definitely give them my business again

Picked up my car today from Mike. It took longer than expected to finish the repairs but Mike just wanted to make sure there wasn't any problems with the car before he gave it to me. I love the car. As of now everything works perfectly and if I have any issues I know I can call Mike;he'll fix it for me. Mike and his family are super nice and welcoming. If everything goes well, I will definitely return to purchase another car.

I found a 2016 Chevy Cruze for my parents. Mike was very prompt in getting back in contact with when I had questions about the vehicle. We made a trip to Mike and he was prompt in getting the paperwork done. His customer service was superb and I would recommend him to others if they need a vehicle. And the warranty that he put on the vehicle is hands down the best. Thank you Mike!

Recommending this place to all my friends and family! Such a great VALUE!I searched up and down the internet for a car I could use for work with excellent gas mileage, low maintenance, low miles, not too old, reliable, but at a good price (This is pretty much what we all look for.) After searching multiple sites, I came across Mike on AutoTrader and decided I should give him a call. Very friendly on the phone, and I couldn't believe my ears when I heard it came with a 5yr/60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty!! Decided to stop in to take a look for myself. A family member gave me a ride there and they stayed for the process also.Immediately after walking in, we felt such a good vibe from this place. I was still in disbelief a little because it was such a good deal, but after checking out the 2013 Chevy Sonic in, out, underneath, under the hood, and finally for the test drive...I knew I had to have the car. The car has been so smooth, reliable, and my gas mileage is amazing! ~36mpg right now with local driving in the mix. The great thing is, this wasn't the only car that Mike had like this. There were others cars available too!With Mike I didn't have to go through the haggling, watching for hidden fees, and headache that I had to go through at a traditional Dealership (that I went through for my last 2 cars.)Such a great value and I have already started recommending Mike's Auto Forum to my family and friends. They do such a wonderful job on the cars, and to this day I still feel confident and excited about the deal I got!
