I've been to Larry Roach for the last 10 years or I should say Jenny! My first time there I had a bad experience with a salesperson. Anybody in my car at Fox Valley in Schaumburg. I came in for service and the service department was fantastic very easy and understanding.To find a decent dealership to give you decent service even if you buy the car or having a service these days is very hard to find. I am glad I came back to you guys to try it again. Sincerely Darren Logan

This is hands down the most honest car dealership I've ever been to. The receptionist/manager Irma n Pat were so helpful n insightful that it made my day. I DEFINITELY recommend this dealership. It's a rarity finding these types of qualities nowadays. Especially in the auto industry. Lol.

Great customer service! I was able to purchase my car in a timely manner. Every employee is amazing! Despite a delay on my part, traffic on a Friday, Kevin waited patiently! Thank you Kevin!!!
