My meeting with him left me with the most positive impressions and I would like to share them with you.Mitch displayed a high level of professionalism. He was attentive to my needs, patiently answered all my questions and provided me with all the information I needed.Mitch not only helped me choose the right car for me, but also offered additional options that made my purchase even more enjoyable by taking our old car in Trade In. He truly cares about his customers.Mitch was very prompt. Had like an amazing experience at Larry Roesch VW! It s the people that make or break a business and the people here are TOP NOTCH!Ken, the manger is a great example of leadership setting the standard and walking the walk. He was very friendly and made you feel like you re part of the family.The Finance Director, Marijana is the best of the best. She took extra time to show me every single option, extended warranties, tire packages etc without making me feel like I was having a vacation time share crammed down my throat. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and an overall amazing person.I purchased a brand new Tiguan and couldn t be happier. They definitely earned a customer for life!Thank you again!

The experience at Larry Roesch VW purchasing a used vehicle was a pleasant experience. Our sales person Armando was patient with us and allowed us to test drive two different cars and then worked diligently to help us find the perfect car for our needs. He really took the time to ensure that we were not just satisfied but happy with our purchase. The finance officer Mirijana is absolutely the best I ve ever encountered. She was informative and straight forward. She took the time to explain options to us and made sure that we felt comfortable with the numbers. I am thoroughly impressed with the finance officer. She absolutely sealed the deal for us. We will come back again.

Special thanks for sale person Armando and finance director Marijana. They handle very well all my objectives, very good customers service and I was able to put a deal together that is win-win situation for everyone. I check also other dealership and this guys don t play game and treat me very professionally. My wife got into an accident that totaled our car. Thankfully she was okay, car not so much. We were put into a time crunch to get a new car. She expressed that she liked the Volkswagen Tiguan, so our son and I walked into Larry Roesch just to look and see what they had. We were greeted by Kevin and he was extremely helpful. He knew what was available in stock after giving him a couple of requirements given to me by my wife. Kevin pulled in the car that he originally showed me on the computer and gave us the ins and outs of the car like it was his own. He was by far the best and easiest sales person that I have dealt with. He gave us time to FaceTime my wife to initially show her the car, but was there to answer any questions. My wife came in the next day to look at it in person and test drive it and she even said he was very pleasant to be around. We gave Kevin our budget and he and Marijana were able to come in exactly where we needed to be with the extras. Marijana was also great to deal with. Both Kevin and Marijana included our 6 year old son during this whole process. It was by far the greatest experience and I've already told family and coworkers about it. We will definitely be back (hopefully not too soon).

This dealership was so great to work with when buying my new car. The sales representative, Armando and Financing Manager, Marijana, made the entire process so easy smooth. We have bought many cars but nobody was ever as professional and helpfullike this team. They worked hard to make sure I was getting the best deal for the price and they really went above and beyond. Kevin Maya and the entire Larry Roesch VW team went above and beyond to create an excellent customer service experience! I purchased a 2024 Jetta GLI Autobahn from out of state(NJ). Kevin expeditiously provided detailed information on the car and the out of state purchase/registration processes making it simple and easy. The car was meticulously clean at pick up. He took significant time to provide the test drive and explanation of car features including digital cockpit and drive modes ensuring I would have no issues on the 750 ride back to NJ. The car truly earns its Autobahn name - it is a great highway car as well as fun to drive on backroads. All paperwork and title was prepared by finance /operations manager in a short period of time also. The true out the door cost was lowest of of all dealers I contacted in the NYC/NJ/DC and Chicagoland areas. Kevin even came in and spent hours on his day off to meet with me to accommodate my travel schedule. I can highly recommend Larry Roesch VW whether you are in the Chicago area or out of state! Thanks to Kevin and the entire Larry Roesch team for a job well done!

Great overall experience! Dealerships are INTIMIDATING but Kevin made getting my first car a wonderful experience. Everyone was so patient and thorough! I never felt pressured to spend more than I wanted. Love my new car and will be in a VW for life !

Alex Geoly was an excellent professional friendly car salesman. He made my experience quick and easy. I found the SUV that I wanted which was a 2023 Volkswagen ID4 Pro S. This vehicle is amazing so far and blew my mind. Excellent purchase! Jay R The Finance Manager was fair and explained everything very clear to me when signing the paperwork for the lease. Overall my experience was amazing. This is the dealership you want. Honest, professional, and reasonable with negotiations for cars. Thank you again Alex Geoly! I will lease another vehicle from the dealership in three years.

Really nice experience at Roesch VW. I ordered a ID.4 November of 2023. I included all the options I liked. It took nearly 14 months to arrive. Once it arrived I was immediately contacted and within a day or two I knew exactly what the cost or purchase or lease would be. The manager Ken called and we closed the deal over the phone and I agreed to come in at 3pm. By 4:15 I was on the road with my fully charged ID.4! So far I love this car! My experience at the dealership was top notch even with the finance computer system being down. Everyone was great! I d recommend these guys in a heartbeat!

I wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5! It s been over 10 years since I ve had to go through the process of buying/leasing a car and this experience was unlike any other I ve had previously. My husband and I were shown such kindness and respect from the moment we stepped foot into Larry Roesch VW. Armando was extremely nice and patient with us. He took into account our wants and needs and stayed true to our budget. He was able to make the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible. Marijana explained the financing portion in ways to easily understand and had such a genuine kindness. It honestly felt like we were being taken care of by family and friends. We just purchased today our 2024 Atlas SE with Technology at Larry Roesch Volkswagen at Bensenville and we must say that this is the first time we bought a car without a headache . The processing was fast and easy. We received a top-notch service in this dealership. Our product specialist Maciej (Mach) Koper is very professional and accommodating. He guided and assisted us every step of the way. Juan R. from financing gave us all the options and patiently explained everything to us. If you re looking for a good car with a great service, go to Volkswagen Bensenville and look for Mach. We know you ll be happy and assisted well. Had a tremendously positive experience purchasing a new car with Alex, Arlen, Chuck, and Marijana after experiencing some pretty tough sales folk at dealerships in Chicago. All parties were super patient as I went through my own shopping and buying process. They checked in as is appropriate, were not pushy at all, and when it came time to talk numbers were very transparent and up front. They of course are running a business, but made a point to work to what I was looking for, and we negotiated a middle ground we were both comfortable with. Whether you're local or traveling out from the city, Larry Roesch is definitely a dealership to do business with!

My Mach took his time and consulted me in detail for buying v/s leasing and also what shoud be lease payment and down payment options.He is such a wonderful individual and won my business. I received outstanding service. The staff made my experience very easy and made me comfortable with the service as well as the accompanying fees. My oil change alert wasn't reset/ cleared. I received an oil change outside of the dealership. I should have made this request clear but it was the only short coming.

We recently purchased a 2024 VW Atlas Cross Sport SE at Larry Roesch Volkswagen. From initial contact with Yessica, it was a pleasant experience. We met Kevin at the dealership and he was very thorough. He made sure to listen to what we were looking for in a vehicle and we did not feel an pressure to buy a vehicle. Kevin and Eric were great to work with via email and we were able to agree on a deal. Marijana in financing was great also. She did not pressure us into any add-ons. It was such a relaxed and comfortable experience at Larry Roesch VW. I worked with Alex, who was patient, listened and knowledgeable while being supportive and efficient.
