Great service. A bit on the busy side. Sometimes you end up waiting longer than you anticipate. Very informative with their findings. Pictures included. If you re in a hurry make plans for transport. I m ok with the wait.

Service manager leaves much to be desired. I have contacted him several times over the past year about the material wrinkling on the drivers seat in my 2022 Forester. He has never got back to me and will not return my phone calls. We purchased the car new there but will not return or purchase from them again.

I came in asking for oil change. With Subaru STI, the most expensive Subaru model in USA, sometimes you want dealer to change oil, cause they are more trustworthy with stick shift than some newb at midas that wants to try a sports shifter: driving 10 feet and car dies twice... so i choose Subaru... after i waited DOUBLE the time i was promised, they didn't ask for me until i lost patience and walked up to them, at which point Isiah started telling me what's wrong with my car, this and that, small things. When i pointed out that i was not interested in problems, i only came for oil change, he said they didn't care about my desires, they only do what they want... also there was a great deal of asking me if i wanted my car complimentary washed, well, what do you know, THEY DIDN'T... Why??? People come there just to get free wash, but i don't deserve one? Why offer the wash if you not gonna do it? They ruined my day and didn't thank me for using their services. And that's on Thanksgiving week, when people thank each other just because.. I used to think grand Subaru was great cause they seemed better than berman in Chicago, but now i don't know anymore, so i will have to drive to country side, evanston or whatever place even further away? The worst.. when coming in happy and leaving angry and upset.. and I've spent probably next to $10k on repairs in that place... at least that could have warranted some respect, but no ..

Very clean place with coffee, water and snacks. Had to deal with a car problem that occurred at the beginning of a 3 week trip. Got some bad news on our 2012 Subaru, but the service department person gave an honest opinion about the future of our car, which was appreciated. People were very nice an accommodating here.

I bought a Chevy from here and even though I don t have a subaru vehicle, they still service my car and vacuum and clean it. My service advisor was Janelle and now it is Greg. Both have been very nice and have answered any and all questions. I appreciate them allowing me a loaner vehicle. Customer service is 10/10Thank you.

They are extremely nice and will show you how much it will cost and give you a breakdown. Prices seem good. I've been going to this service center for 4 years now.

Veronica is such a pro at what she does,when we got there she took care of my Wife and me very diligently everything went in a breeze. Service is always good,and best of all we got to see our dear friend Chris,the sales manager such a great person.Like I said it's a pleasure getting our car's serviced there.

Our Subaru broke down on the expressway on the way to a friend's wedding in Schaumburg. We had the car towed to Grand Subaru and they loaned a newer Subaru while our car was being serviced. The next day Grand called with an estimate of the cost and completion date of the work, which proved to be very accurate. I was very happy with the service, the loaner vehicle and the result. This is a very good dealership and I would definately use them again if the need arises.

Normally, they are really good, but this time around the mechanic that worked on our car was very sloppy. They had to fix my driver side mirror and when I got the car back, the mirror was jammed and the inside button that you use to adjust the mirror was crooked. I went back, they "fixed" it but then the one click down or up on my window did not work. I had to go back there again and they said that happens when they disconnect the battery and that they just have to program it again. If you know this happens why wouldn't you set this up before you give back your client their vehicle.

Quick in and out with the loaner. Car is in service and they are updating me daily on the status of the repair. We will see if issue will be resolved but it really seems they are trying their best!

I have a 1994 Subaru SVX, needing the sending and return lines for the rack and pinion I got off of eBay. Even though they weren't able to find what is very basically a discontinued product, I do appreciate thier help.

Slow, expensive, and unreliable service. I had to give them my information twice over the phone. They did *not* call when the part came in as promised. I made an appointment, but it took about 4 hours to replace one tire and alignment.

90K maintenance/inspection on my impreza was pricey. Then, they told me I needed another $1400 worth work. Thankfully, I knew to question these items and said no. My local mechanic and Firestone confirmed my suspicion that this work was unnecessary. They also told me that i needed to replace two lights (at >$30/tiny little $2 bulb). I opted to do this myself only to find out that these were reflectors not lights. Gouging or incompetence? Either way, l'll be going elsewhere when I purchase a new Subaru next year.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning, Oil change

Absolutely horrible service I requested a tow and it didn t even show up till 4 hours I ordered the tow at 3:42 PM and it didn t show up till 7 PM $91 for absolutely nothing and they refused to give me my money back instead giving me $120 in giftcards not cash gift card luckily I was able to file a dispute with my bank and got credited the amount
