Julian went above and beyond with helping me out. I was in an area I m not familiar with and my car began to stall with an oil light, so I pulled into the nearest auto parts store. He came out and checked my oil, and saw it was low. I purchased some oil and he put it in for me so I could make it home and to a mechanic. He gave me great advice on what to do and I truly appreciate it. He was genuinely so kind and helpful. I walked in wanting to cry, and he really made a bad situation better and I was able to make it to the mechanic! Thank you Julian for all of your help!

I ve been to this Bensenville location severalTimes since it open. First time I have been helped in a great and efficient way. Ari was super helpful on Saturday 02/03/24 and today as well 02/04/24. She was very attentive in filling my online order when I arrived at store and order was not picked yet because I was there before email told me it was ready. The store was busy but she was patient and quick serving me as a customer. Thank you Ari!

Eddie was fantastic!!! He was VERY helpful and VERY kind. I had to have my vehicle light changed and he did not hesitate to help me with my car and explain the process. I appreciate his help and honesty. Eddie deserves a higher promotion! THANK YOU Eddie and THANK YOU AdvanceAuto.

Matt& Eddie are the greatest!. My radiator hose busted in the Jewel parking lot right by the store. I went in and they did not have it in stock, however, Matt ingeniously took my radiator hose and helped find a close match that allow me to repair my truck and get to work the next day and help me until I was able to get the permanent fix done. He had already done his job when he looked up my hose and found out that they did not carry it in stock. The fact that he went above and beyond meant a lot.When I went in to tell his manager Eddie, about his exemplary customer service, I could see where he got it from Eddie also very knowledgeable, very helpful, very kind person in my opinion. In 2023. It s so hard to find good customer service anywhere. If your car needs anything and you re in the Bensenville area, make sure you stop by advance auto parts.

Matt and Eddy were amazing in helping troubleshoot the issues with my headlights!We are able to figure out the problem and I was on my way in 20 minutes. Saved so much money not having to take it to the mechanic. Thank you for the excellent service!

Went to this location for ATF+4 on sale for $30/gallon. What a deal! Additionally Sean M was very knowledgeable with Fuel Cleaners. Incredibly helpful. I purchased BOGO Chevron Complete Fuel System Cleaner. Thank you Sean M.

I was stranded in the parking lot across advance auto parts in my car I just bought from a dealer (Land Rover) would not start!After calling multiple places and getting nowhere with no shop or tow truck available to help me I was running out of time as I had to pick up my kids from school.I decided to walk into advance auto hoping for some help! Eddy welcome me in the store and immediately saw I was distress.. he looked up my car and told me the battery was recommended to be installed by a professional. I told him I had to pick up my kids from school and did not know what to do!Ed felt my pain as he to was a father he said and said to me ok I got ya! Here s the plan I m going to jump start your car you pick up the kids and bring the truck back to me I m going to replace the battery for you I picked my kids up from school came right back to your store and Eddy jumped in to action. He removed panels that I would have never even imagined a battery would be hidden behind after just 20 minutes he was all done a true professional!This man s a true genius and made my day! Advance take care of this man he s a game changer!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you advance you got a customer for life!

This was my first time coming to this location and the customer service was phenomenal! I was able to work with Eddie and he was very patient and attentive in helping me with choosing the best parts for my car. He explained everything very well and even came out to look at my vehicle to ensure that he was recommending the best option. I will definitely be coming back to this location and will recommend it to friends and family!!

Great service carry most prior for most cars. If they don't have it there they can have it transfer from one of the other stores in the QuickTime.

This store has a good supply of products, friendly staff, and they are open late. Shout out to Jesi Ruiz who helped me figure out my wiper replacement size and installed them for me. Would recommend! :)

The reason that I m a Speed Perks member and buy my auto parts from the Bensenville Advance Auto Parts by my house is because of employees like Eddie and Ari. I had bought a starter because I thought the starter on my wife s Jeep needed to be replaced because of the way it was acting. Before I installed the starter, I found out that the problem wasn t with the starter. When I went to return the starter the next day, I was worried that they wouldn t take it back even though I had never opened the box. After explaining the situation to Eddie the manager, he took the starter back and refunded my money without hesitation. I will keep buying my auto parts from Advance Auto Parts, because of service like this! Thanks!

Great experience! I showed them the scratch I received on my car in a hit & run and they were able to suggest a product to remove it. It worked like magic. The employees were super knowledgeable, helpful, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.
