If you are looking to purchase a used vehicle, then I would suggest you to look for no other place than access automotive. The entire process of buying the Camry was efficient and Mr. Nick Davis has always kept me informed. All the paper works were handled within a few hours and the entire team of access automotive have been very helpful throughout the process.Nick also surprised me with a pick-up in their Bentley from a nearby CTA station which was a cherry on the cake

I thought for a while if I should leave a negative review or not .All the other reviews are so positive which is what I based my initial experience on. So I am leaving this review to warn others.I had a fine salesman; if not a little naive and generally kind of bad at negotiating. My issue came when we arrived at the actual dealership, ready to put down money for a vehicle: Suddenly I was being yelled at by the manager . He raised his voice to me and entirely disrespected me. The manager aka the heavy set dark haired guy with the shaved eyebrow and the silver Rolex. He spoke to me like a woman , and there is no other way to put it. The level of his voice. The disrespect, the rude verbal belligerent communication. He was absolutely out of hand. We rejected his offer for the vehicle and he drove us home meaning he drove us to a 7-11, made us wait 20 minutes while he was inside; and then tried to convince us to buy the car. It was such a ludicrous experience, and I want any woman to be safe and warned before going to this location.

Terrible buying experience! Sold me a car and 2 tires popped off on the expressway. Not to mention the fact that the muffler fell off due to rust and was told the car was not rusty. Syed is very rude pretty much told me it was my responsibility. Now I m stuck with a lemon that I have to pay for. Do not recommend. Very rude and unpleasant. Run from this place immediately they sale lemons. Abdul was very nice but I do not recommend buying a car from this place! If I could choose no stars I would! I ve bought many cars worst experience ever!

Great experience shah and Nick David was on point and get me Approved in the matter of 20 mins and about 1/2 I was on my way to work with my new car. Great team work and great people to deal with. They were really transparent with the Toyota Corolla the one they sold me. Got me a really great interest rate as low as 3.5% shah was really patient and professional and explained me the finance deal terms and condition with a really detail information to make it really easy for me to understand. Thank you team access and Management to have a really honest and professional sales people that they hired. Will recommend everyone to come shop stress free and ask for only Nick David or Shah Peer with A G !!! :))))) :)))))

Had a great experience at this establishment. Drove almost 3 hours to buy this 2017 Lexus sedan last week. Very smooth process. The salesman Nick Davis did a fantastic job of showing the car and did a quick and thorough walk through of all the paper work. I was in and out in an hour. Amazing staff and people. Made me feel like family! Highly recommend for anyone in need of a reliable car because they got the best of the best.
