I had taken my truck to a garage in Monticello who seriously messed it up and charged me way to much. It quit the same day I picked it up. Luckily it quit on me in Bement and when I googled garages in Bement, Abel's came up. Called them and they came to the rescue .All I can say is they are AMAZING and now have a new customer. They fixed what the other garage screwed up and had me on my way. I am beyond grateful. 100% recommend this garage.

Would not trust anyone else with critical repairs. Cody took care of my car's clutch components when they needed replaced. He does it right. The car shifts like the day I bought it. He recommended better hoses for my coolant too. This car is going to live a long life and I know where Im taking it when it needs work!

Cody and his crew were fantastic! They beat the estimate from another shop by a significant amount, and after inspection they found a critical error that was missed by the others. Cody went out of his way to find a great engine to replace mine with and he went way above and beyond to get it done quickly and the right way. 100% would recommend anyone to go there.Services: Auto brake repair, Engine repair, Brakes

Had the oil and filter changed and tires rotated. Cody Jividen is great to work with and with a scheduled appointment, had our vehicle back to us in under 2 hours! He took a look at everything and topped off all the levels, including testing the antifreeze to ensure its good for winter. Price was very reasonable and service was tops. Taking vehicle #2 in for servicing next week and vehicle #3 the week after. I would highly recommend Cody and his business Abel Performance!

These guys are Amazing! I had brake issues on my car, took it to another local mechanic who was going to charge up to $1800 to fix everything, a co-worker told me about these guys so i called and they got me in to inspect it the next day, they gave me their estimate and let me know that i didn't need as much done as the others where trying to do, it was only $560 to get my car back to great condition! and i got it back same day im always going to go to these guys from now on please support them! its a great local business!Services: Auto brake repair, Brakes, Auto maintenance

Brought my 2007 Chevy Silverado 2500HD to get diesel lines and diesel cooler replaced and they got it done in a couple of days. I would recommend them. Cody did a good job and was friendly and nice

Very honest and trustworthy people working here. My understanding is that at least most of the employees are from the same family. I ve come in maybe 5-6 times with my Buick LaCrosse and have only been charged twice when actual work needed done. I m not very smart with cars so a few times there have been minor issues like wires coming disconnected that they were able to diagnose and resolve within minutes without charging me even. The two times I was billed were both for much larger issues that were handled very well in my honest opinion and resolved within a few days even including time taken to get parts delivered. I ve also had a couple of issues related to services here (one was just that the vending machine didn t dispense my drink) and both were resolved quickly. Only con of working with them would be that you cannot pay with a credit card. Absolutely phenomenal. The most honest mechanic I've ever known. I've yet to find cheaper prices, and his work is top-notch. He will do it right and still do it cheaper than anyone else you can find that is a certified mechanic like he is. I can't say enough good things about him. I'm 45 minutes away, and he's still the only guy I'll take my vehicle(s) to.

Abel Automotive went above and beyond! I was about to dump a ton of money into my car after hitting a deer plus some regular wear and tear on a 170,000 mile vehicle. They called me 1st thing in the morning to let me know it wasn't worth it. They sent a driver to my house to pick me up and show me what was going on. The car was beyond repair. They were "able" to hook me up with another vehicle for the exact amount I was going to put in my car. I haven't had service like this in YEARS!!! Good and honest folks!!! Thank you!

Top notch customer service from the moment I called to make the appointment until they handed back my keys. They even called the next day to follow up. They answered questions and explained the repair process in a way that was understandable but not condescending. The service was fast and fairly priced. I live 3 blocks away and provided him the truck and everything to install my light bar. After him rescheduling me twice and 7 weeks to get it done, I was charge not $70 per hour like promised... but $890 for 5.5 hrs labor. I should have not paid him. I found out later he busted my grille mounts with no remorse. I hate to be negative, but he thinks he did me right. He even changed the location of the light switch without asking first. I'll never go back.
