Terri the driver was professional and courteous. He called me to let me know when he would be there and it was exact. Carefully handled my car. I would definitely use them again. Would recommend service to others.

I was so happy that someone was available to help me. The gentleman was so nice and professional. I was a little thrown back by the price to pull me out but I was just happy too be saved.

Was impressed how they kept updated on arrival time. Mike s�med very competent as he had to position the tow vehicle in a very tight and difficult driveway to load my vehicle. The dealer reported that my vehicle arrived just fine. I highly recommend this service.

The driver showed up as scheduled, did a great job loading my truck with care and delivered right into my garage so I could do the repair work. He was very Friendly and Professional. I will certainly call again should I ever need another tow!

The young man Chris Kinney is an angel!!! He was able to solve the problem with our key fob which had accidentally fallen in a storm drain and fish it out and get us back on the road! He was so polite and helpful!

These guys were quick, the inside of the truck was 1000x cleaner than most of the tow trucks I've seen and been in, our driver was nice and very professional and most of all they were very reasonably priced. I'll use them again for my towing needs.

Although I waited for hours for AAA FIRST TOW SERVICE I called each hour I waited,.. then they arranged for another tow service to come out which was Tilfords Towing he was an awesome tow driver and I am appreciative and he said he'd bethere twenty or twenty five minutes and I waited exactly that. He was there. And the tow was awesomely quick and professionally done.

Very nice. I have AAA and I had to wait 2.5 hours for a towing service to arrive. Not sure cause of that wait, but I felt it was a pretty long wait. Once the 2 towing guys arrived the one of them said I would have to pay because the tow miles would be 6.7 (or about that many miles) and since it was over 5 miles (which my AAA plan would cover up to 5 miles for towing) I would be charged additional fees. I then corrected him and said I had already checked and it was 3.4 miles to Discount Tires. The towing guy checked his phone and stated AAA must have told me wrong mileage. He then confirmed it was 3.4 miles. No charge. Confusion was caused by who? AAA or towing company. Not sure.

Mike is the Best!!! Got me in, and delivered as expected. Prices are Great and service is OUTSTANDING. Shout out to Nick. picked up my ride from home garage, and was very polite and friendly. Very efficient and rapid with towing SUV and mounting carefully!!! I will be returning for future service when and if needed. Thank you, Gentlemen. KUDOS!!! to the crew on board.

The truck came pretty quickly and extricated my car from the snowbank. He went so fast that he didn t even say how much it would cost and then I had to pay $340 which I thought was way too much. He said I shouldn t have any problems driving it but after a mile there were pieces of the undercarriage dragging and I had to call for help since I had no tools.

After the unfortunate experience of being in an accident, Kenny and Tilford's Towing really came through.The response time was really fast and Kenny was awesome. Fast and effective in getting my car all ready to go. He was very nice and reassuring.If I ever need a tow in that area again Tilford's will be my first call.

Tilfords has NEVER left me stranded. I had a car die was left on the side of the road in Darien, Wi less than 45 min guy had us towed and was able to save the day. Alex has bailed me out many times, great family business ALWAYS do good by me 17 years using them.

I slid into a snowbank this morning at around 5:30 AM and called for help getting pulled out. A tow truck driver showed up in approximately one hour and knew exactly what to do. A very easy process and payment on site. I would highly recommend.

We had a vehicle with bad wheel bearings and my boyfriend has done them himself before so he was doing the work in the garage at home on a weekend. We had a wheel bearing that he just could not get off, but it had also broke so we could not get the tire back on either. Tilford s came out on a Sunday to Beloit and were able to get the vehicle out of the garage with 3 tires on it. They towed it to their shop and quoted us both ways (using our parts or theirs). We went with their parts since it included a warranty. Their quote was still over $300 less than another local place we took it too. Then we also got half off the tow since they did the work. We would definitely recommend Tilford s to anyone for both towing and mechanical work. They saved us so much headache and money. Even though Belvidere isn t super convenient for us, they have definitely gained a customer. Thank you again!!
