I called to verify if they had a fuel cap for my freightliner. They confirmed that they did. I paid for an Uber to pick it up, but they did not have it in stock. They did, however, take ownership of the mistake and directed me to a dealership that was along my route back. I thought that was above and beyond what most companies would do. Hats off to them!

Mike is very good they have alot parts you can have it shipped out to you or you can come pickup in person the rest of the staff is friendly and helpful parts , accessories, some specialty stuff located in Belvidere so you dont have to travel a long time each way

Good parts, decent prices, but the customer service is top notch! I'm a first time customer, but was treated like a family member. Talk to Mike and you'll know what I mean. Great service and thanks ST Parts!!

Great place to do business with and by far the best prices around.I ordered an air compressor from them to be shipped overnight and it was delivered just as promised.Mike is the man when it comes to making it happen.I will definitely order parts from them again!

I Never do reviews, after the experience, I just had to leave one. I called Mike on short notice and he made sure I got the right parts and I received it the next day overnight. I was skeptical but this place deserved the 5 star rating I'm giving. Thank you

By far the best repair shop around rockford, fantastic knowledge, fair prices, friendly staff and work is done in a timely manner. It's my 4th shop in rockford area and my final at that, won't go anywhere else!
