People at Daniel's take the time to work on any tire problem from lawnmowers to trucks. They follow up after repairing tire by asking you to return to check the torque on the lug nuts.

I bought a used riding mower through them. They told me that this would include a one time pick up and delivery for free when I needed it serviced. When it was time for me to get it fixed they did NOT honor that and said it was only for new mowers. I had an oil leak and needed a new carborater so I had them work on that. I waited a couple months and finally called them and said it would be a couple more months (December) when the part arrived. They didn't finish it until March and then I didn't try to cut the grass until late April but it didn't work so I had to buy a new battery. Then I got a couple mows out of it and discovered oil was basically gone again and engine started smoking while it was riding two times. Anyways I called and they made excuses about it is an old lawnmower and they don't honor their labor. I will NEVER use this company again and terrible customer service.

Brought two trailer tires in for mount and balance. Tires purchased elsewhere. I stupidly didn t ask how much they charge to mount and balance because it s always been a nominal fee in the past when I ve had it done. $89.70 out the door! I thought WOW!, I must be out of touch with the market. Paid and left with my tires. Called Firestone just to double check cost. $35.00 out the door for the same service! They charged me more than double the market (I called to verify that I was charged correctly) because I purchased tires elsewhere! Trailer tires! Really?? I m also a previous customer. Terrible policy. They lost a customer forever. Surly woman who is supposedly an owner working the service counter to boot.

Fixed our truck!! Whole front end needed to be rebuilt. Got it in fast and fixed in a couple days so we could get back to work!

My wife called to explain we were going to be cutting it close, since they closed 5pm. The gentlemen we spoke to said not to worry he would wait for us. Thank you, it really meant a lot and really helped us out! Also they were the cheapest priced in the northern Illinois area!

The mechanic worked quickly and did a great job on my alignment. He pointed out a couple potential hazards under the front end and gave me estimates in case I chose to have them repaired. He was very helpful and polite.

Chuck talked me through options on tires for my truck. Gave some great advise and sold me a set that was less expensive than what I was looking at. Great tires and even better service.

Wish I could do 0 but won't be taking it back, they damaged my trucks door and damaged my rims and won't take responsibility for what they did, not saying they are horrible people but with my experience I personally wouldn't give them another chance.

Repairing was great. They are good so there was a backup of riding lawn mower to repair. They didn't have have to shot mine and they brought it back to life.

My entire family has used them for years and years. Great for auto or mower needs. They are the place to go, and are all super friendly folks.

We had an older tiller (Troybilt) fixed here. Tine seal and drive gear shaft. We also asked for them to put - there is a shim you can put in to reduce or eleviate play in the tire/that was not done. The tine seal/gear shaft repair is good as far as we can tell/only used 3x since spring. This was a costly repair. Not sure we would have done it had we known it would be that much money. About 1/2 of what a new one would have cost. I'm fairly sure we paid Daniels $570 and in addition to that my husband sourced and bought /supplied most of the parts. So, yes they did a competant job. I also think there is a point where you say, this machine is tired and I'm not sure that was said. My husband brought it in so I wasn't there for the drop off but I was the one who paid the bill before it was picked up. We are happy and grateful its running.

Just had an oil change, service was fast and got good news that I didn't need new brake pads yet, appreciates the integrity at this shop

We had oil change and tire rotation safety inspection. , All done in less than an hour. 22 dollars out the door. Great deal !

Impressed with the alignment services. Bought a new car that pulled to the right. Took it back to dealer 3 times. No real noticeable change in alignment. Rj Daniels alignment experts were able to fix the issue!

If I could give 0 stars I would they picked up the riding lawn mower said it would be about a week and it took them 2 1/2 weeks to change 2 belts now I have to hire somebody in to cut and get all the dead grass out cause it got too out of control!!!!! And were also very rude when calling to ask how much longer it would be! THANKS A LOT GUYS!!!! 1 month later the belts broke again! Guess I ll just fix it!
