I just purchased a used 2022 Sonata from Dixon Auto Sales after grease monkey ruined my engine. When I first came in to look at the car Gary suggested a possible fix to the car that had the engine problems. While it didn't end up working. Gary was willing to lose the sale of a 30,000 car to just try and help someone out who was in a tough spot.After I came back I felt that his list price was more than fair so I told him that I would pay that price for it. Gary went to write up the numbers and without me even asking for it he dropped it down $600.This car buying experience was by far the best, easiest, and most honest car buying experience I've ever had. I would highly recommend Dixon Auto Sales

Gary Dixon is the most honest, ethical dealer I've work with in years and years. I'm 550 miles away so Gary wrnt above and beyond to go over the vehicle and furnish a thorough array of pictures including under the car. Beautiful job done sir!!

Over the past 25 years, our family of 5 have purchased 21 vehicles from Dixon Auto Sales (formally Belvidere Motors). There's a reason we keep going back to Gary Dixon - quality used cars/suv/trucks at reasonable prices. Best customer service in the area !January 2024. Just bought our 22nd vehicle - a Jeep Trailhawk. Gary is certainly the most honest and fair car dealership I know of in northern Illinois.

Gary is fantastic! Went in yesterday to look at a beautiful 2014 chrysler 300 in black and he stayed late to get all the paperwork ready for the next day. We were in and out in a flash and the car was beautifully detailed for me! I highly recommend working with Gary if you're in the market for a vehicle.

Great place for older but well kept cars and trucks. Also some great classic cars at fair prices. I got a 2004 Grand Cherokee Laredo with 4.0 straight 6 under 58000 original miles l will never need another car that engine lasts forever. Thanks Gary for a great car.

Had an awesome experience with this dealership! Gary was very nice, flexible and understanding. He made the whole process of buying a car fast and easy! We didn t feel pressured or smothered like most other dealerships made us feel. Would definitely recommend them!

Great place to go. Gary was a great guy to deal with. Was able to work with me on price and held the vehicle for me until the weekend where I drove 5 hours to come get it. Vehicle was exactly as described when I arrived and was an overall great experience.

Great place to get a used car, "or two"! Gary is great to work with, has a lot of nice vehicles to pick from, also is fair and honest (hard to find now a days). Highly recommend... worth the drive!
