The owner of the company was very helpful and professional. I would call him again and highly recommend him. I was broke down in the middle of the street with my truck and trailer and horses and he kept the situation calm for ne and quickly resolved! Thank you so much

I called Mason Services on a Sunday, when most auto repair shops are closed. Bob came to my house that day and fixed my problem in a quick, friendly, and all-around professional manner. The price was very reasonable, and I'm very happy with the service. My truck is running smoothly now thanks to Mason Services. I will certainly be calling them again.

After 3 hours and 3 calls to AAA to get someone to come out, in the middle of the night to change a flat tire, they finally said that we should try to find someone ourselves because none of their 24 hour contacts were answering their phones. We found a place not far from us that was 24 hours and they didn't pick up their phone either. We then tried Maon's . . . Bob was an answer to our prayers as we had been sitting on the side of the road in the dark for about 3.5 hours by then. He picked up immediately and told us he'd be on his way in about 10 minutes (poor guy had just gotten home from his other job and had just gone to bed). True to his word, Bob showed up and pulled the flat off and put on our spare. He was super friendly and courteous and after we told him about none of the 24 hour service providers answering ours, or AAA's calls, he said that the most important thing to him was that he answer every call - no matter what time it was - so that he could help whomever was in need. I can't thank Bob enough for coming to our rescue. We ended up with smiles on our faces after almost 5 hours being stranded. If you need a great guy to help you in your time of need, be sure to call Bob . . . he's the best! TY BOB!!!Service: Tire change
