They were super helpful and quick! They provide a nice report and they made sure my car was done in time for me to pick it up same day, which helped me significantly. My car works well and I will definitely be using their services again.

It was my first time going to Buttitas in Belvidere. I have gone to other shops around town but wanted to try this one. Anthony was a pleasure to deal with. I had numerous things done to my vehicle. brake components all the way around, suspension parts, rack and pinion because power steering went out and hydraulic brake unit. They had the work done in a timely manner and very reasonable price for all the work that was done. I would highly recommend given them a try for your vehicle needs. I will be taken my other vehicles there also. Thanks Butitta.

Always here and the people are super nice. They ve always done good with the tasks I bring my car in for, and has kept my 24 year old Chevy running for me so far. Definitely is my go-to place. Good people and good service.

First time customer - was able to get in for a few issues in under 24 hours which was incredibly convenient. Also really liked the text platform they use to send pictures of the work they are completing as well as additional service items to consider. Work is guaranteed for 3 year/36k miles and the Team over here is top notch. Look no other place, thanks all for your service to the community!Needed some extra work done this winter and turned to no one else but the Greatwater Garage. This is the best auto service in Belvidere, exceptional team, updates and a diagnosis you can trust with work you can depend on. Thanks again to the Team at this location for white glove service from a complimentary ride home to prices you can work with. Truly grateful!

Kurt & Anthony were fantastic to deal with. Had some warranty work done. Unfortunately the warranty was hard to deal with but Kurt & Anthony did everything in their power to make my experience phenomenal! I appreciate both of you for your amazing customer service and expertise. I highly recommend if you are reading this you need to bring your car here. You will not be disappointed! Absolutely care about your time, car & pocketbook!!! They do a full lookover & only recommend what is necessary!!!! I appreciate the honesty! I've been there 3 times & I don't/ won't go anywhere else! They are extremely friendly and work with my schedule to accommodate me!

They're a great place to do buhere's The Thing that many customersr forget. Or maybe don't understand your car is a second largest purchase you make in your life. Why would you go cheap because it'll be fair? They're not the cheapest. But everyone I've talked to everyone I've asked. Cause I've new to the town. Where do you get your car fixed 8 out of Dentist ? Tell me this place, so I'm d efinitely gonna give them my business. Definitely make sure they keep the pencil sharp by checking with their competitors but. Today's car purchases are more than my mortgage that's crazy. So why would you put junk on your car? Or have someone who's not qualified work on your car.

These guys are great, especially the manager. Iam on a limited income waiting for disability. My jeep that I just bought, its transmission was acting up. They did a diagnostic and unfortunately repair was more than I could afford. They could have charged me for the diagnostic but instead waived the fee for me. The kindness was much appreciated.

They were very detail in the initial inspection before anything was done. They went over what was important to get fixed as well. The cost of repairs was very reasonable as well.The car was done as promised. The staff was very nice and treated me like family which was much appreciated. I recently relocated from California as the service and pricing is much better. I absolutely love coming here to get work done on my car. Everyone is extremely kind, and they make sure everything gets done quickly and properly. The employees are personable, and actually get to know you so you feel comfortable whenever you are there. Best mechanics, best service, good prices and the most efficient friendly staff I have ever meant!!! They have worked on several of our cars and have helped solve our mechanical issues but also corrected issues from another mechanic (my husband is included in that problem). Prices are reasonable but for me it has been the honesty and care in solving the issue that has me absolutely "in" and will never call another mechanic again!!! Kurt is exceptional! I was referred to Butitta Brothers through my vehicle's warranty company. Every interaction I had from setting up my appointment to finally picking my car up, I was treated like family. As a woman I've had my fair share of experiences with less than reputable mechanics, but Curt and his team were great. Not only did they diagnose and fix the warranty issue, but they also looked over my entire van and documented all the other routine maintenance it needed. I was able to get a nail removed from my tire, as well as a piece of loose trim snapped back into place. My only regret is not finding this place sooner! Thanks for taking such good care of me and my van!

They claim they fixed my swing arm, couples wks down the road and it started making the same noise. I took it back them and they refused to fix it or refund my money. They told me my They told me my catalytic converter was bad when I just took gas treatment to fix the problem. The emission problem then told me my battery was bad and took it to Auto zone and tested fine. They wanted to charge me $230 for a battery. Outstanding service when a long trip was interrupted by a tire blowout. Tracked down a replacement tire quickly ( didn t have in stock but got it within 30 minutes) Very friendly, efficient and competent service. Their professionalism demonstrated concern for their clientele as well as complete understanding of their field. This is the best shop in the area hands down. They are professional, caring, and honest..The manager took the time to explain each problem in detail and how each of them could be economically be repaired in terms this 74 year senior could understand. He even took the time to help me prioritize the repairs and understood the repairs would take some time since I am on a limited budget. These guys are awesome! I took my older car in for a wheel alignment after burning through a brand new set of tires (purchased elsewhere) and they took great care of me. I unfortunately got bad news, but better bad honest news and not spending extra time and money. I accidentally drained the wrong oil and since these new vehicles (VW Atlas) only have a drain plug no fill.Contacted Buttita in Belvidere and they bailed me out. Dealer wanted $900 to service my transmission and local transmission shop woild not touch my SUV.Buttita gave me a better price and service. That's my shop for now on, just in time for my trip to Texas.Service: Transmission
