Great people with experience and common sense. I have had transmission work done there and they really know what they are doing. They recently helped me pinpoint a non-transmission related issue. Both Kathy and Todd took time to help and are the best! So do not hesitate to call them - they can and will help in any way they can....

Another shop told us we needed a transmission in our daughter's van. Brought it here because of the great reviews to have a transmission put in. Turned out it was just a sensor. Saved thousands of dollars and earned a whole family of customers.

I have nothing but great things to say about the people at B.C.T. they do great work at reasonable prices. They are honest, friendly and most important to me a family. There lives depend on their quality of service to customers. Without the professionalism and genuine down to earth people that work here this business would be just another shop. It's not its a local business that is a part of the community they proudly serve. Great people great service if that's not all you need then I dont know what to tell you. Did I mention there real people who understand not everyone is a mechanic so they explain thoroughly what the problems are. They care that your putting your kids wife, mom,dad, grandkids .in your car and in my opinion treat it like their family is going in the cars they repair. I'm a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. P.S. My cars there now and may costs thousands to fix so this is not an after they saved me a ton post. This is I'm pleased with their service and way I've been treated in the past. I'm more than happy with my interactions with all the employees here. The lovely woman that runs your office is great at her job. I deal with customer service people daily. Your office woman could have a career teaching customer service. So thank you for being one of the local guys who takes care of their community.

Todd is the best and most honest mechanic I've ever known. He rebuilt the transmission on my Jeep Wrangler back in 2003, and since then he's been my go-to guy for all of my vehicles. Great local business - family owned and operated. I recommend Boone County Transmission to everybody.

Todd & the crew at Boone County Transmission are reasonably priced and perform quality work. I've had them service multiple vehicles and they were always on time and if they were able to get the parts for less than the quote, they reduced my cost.

The dealership where I brought the vehicle misdiagnosed the issue and quoted a huge price.I took the vehicle here and they fixed the trans for much cheaper than the dealership quoted.Now the car runs smooth.

I took my vehicle here for what I thought was a transmission issue. Todd came to the conclusion that my issue was a wheel bearing (which I knew about this) and everything else checked out.Upon picking the vehicle up the hesitation at low speeds was still there which is why I originally went there, so I went back to speak to him about this and wanted him to ride with me to explain the original issue. We took off and immediately he explained that my rear tires (which were not replaced when I did the front ones) were worn so the all wheel drive was being tricked into making the computer believe the rear tires were slipping. The next day I replaced them and the issue went away!These guys are good and I'd recommend anyone with an issue to check them out.Good job and thanks again!

Dropped my transmission off at 430pm for a repair. I received a text message later that evening stating it was ready for pick up, and he would be back in at 8am. When I get there the next morning, Todd explained what broke, how it broke, and how to avoid it happening again. I couldn't believe the time he spent educating me and how fast it was completed. This might of been a fluke, but I can't imagine going anywhere else for my transmission needs. Thanks Todd.
