Took my truck in for a belt replacement. Turns out I needed an alternator too. Both were done quickly and with honest great quality work. If I need anything else done, I will definitely be returning to this shop.

I love Ken! He does such an amazing job with my car and always try s to get me in as soon as possible if I have a problem! He has reasonable pricing too! I've been burned by auto repair places more times than I can count and at this point, I just expect it. So imagine my surprise when the opposite happened here!!My car ran out of gas suddenly and needed a fill up on the side of the road, we took it in immeditately to Belvidere Auto Clinic becuase while filling it , there appeared to be gas leaking out of the bottom of the car.They filled it up another $10, and took a look.... turns out it's just the way my car is made, becuase it is meant to have no gas cap, it simply wont fill up with a normal gas canister unless I have a special funnel.Belvidere Auto Clinic had the opportunity to charge me a huge service fee, tell me something else was broken, any number of things... but they just called, told me whats up, and charged me $10 for gas after we had a good laugh over it.I wish I could give more than 5 stars and I will absolutely be bringing my car here for everything in the future. Knowing that they didn't take advantage tells me I can trust them in the future with any other repairs that I actually do need.

Ken finder runs this shop. He is a great mechanic. Tried and true. He is honest about your vehicle. He is cheaper then his competitors. I have had my Ford explorer worked on. And Ken took care of my truck no problem making sure that my family and I will be safe.

Very rude! They didn t tighten the bolts on my skid plate which caused it to drag and made my husband have to turn around from his long trip to work because it was dragging the ground and we didn t know what it was. So he lost a whole day of work because he travels imagine that. Jessica and Ken are very rude and I wouldn t recommend them to anyone!Service: Oil change

Tom offers great customer service and honest and fair pricing. He always calls with a diagnosis and the price before doing the work. His shop is very clean and he takes all forms of payments. He has even picked me up from work to get my vehicle!!! I highly recommend Belvidere Auto Clinic.

Needed airbag type suspension replaced with coil springs on my car. Work was done quickly and professionally. Price was very fair also. Can't recommend this shop enough.

Very nice and friendly. Does dependable work only reason I gave it four stars is because there's really no waiting room. And there's no air condition but if you can drop your car off it's the place to go
