Night manager, Emilio has no knowledge of auto parts and is a sad excuse for a manager AutoZone as a company sold me the wrong part made me drive an hour. Out of my way to go there an hour back for a part that doesn t fit in my car and they re computer says it does but it doesn t fit my car, so I return it to my neighborhood store and they did not want to take it because emilio said it did not have a bag and it looked like it was used when I bought the part brand new from the store three hours ago I took it out the box measured it next to the part I took off my car seen it didn t fit and put it back in the box how could it look used that s what they sold me . What a used part looks like which one do you think is new and which one you think is old

I went into Autozone with many questions on what was needed for my vehicle and a young man named Miguel Stach was extremely kind and was very polite while helping me pick out the right parts and even help diagnose some of the issues I was having while also recommending well known trustworthy local mechanics if I was unable to do the job myself. This has been the greatest experience I have ever had at a store in my life and I will never be able to repay Miguel for the help he gave me that day I am forever grateful. I would highly recommend asking for miguel anytime you need something at autozone whatever they are paying him it's not enough he deserves the world and some more.

I had the best experience ever at the Belvidere AutoZone this morning! Zaly helped me pick out the correct battery for my car and proper installation. She was very knowledgeable about what she was doing. I will return in the future for all my car needs. Thanks again!

I went in for some brake pads. Was taken care of right as I walked in the door. They offered a brake bundle with my pads for a awesome price. I'm happy they asked because I completely forgot that I needed the grease. I come into this autozone all the time and is always a great experience.

Anderson A. did a wonderful job making sure both headlights were the same he also went above and beyond by replacing the headlights for me . I will always go to this Autozone!

Went to autozone today to get my battery checked. The ladies inside were prompt with assisting me with the test. Turned out my battery was bad. We went inside and got a new battery. They even changed the battery for me. Over all great and fast service.

My headlight needed to be replaced, so I went to the Belvidere, Il Auto Zone.All the employees were busy, so I had to wait a few minutes. The young lady, Zaly, who waited on me was polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the part for my car. She took it out to my car, removed the old one and replaced with the new one in a matter of minutes.She did an excellent job! (I hope I spelled her name right. )

I drive thru out multiple states for my job. I came into autozone on the clock trying to get my load delivered. I brought my two batteries in to be checked as I had just bought them frm an autozone in Texas about a month ago. one of the worked named Christina tested the batteries and told be they were at 80% but tested good. She said she could throw them on the charger and then do a full system test for my on my truck. After two months of me thinking I've been getting bad batteries it ended up being my alternator. I appreciate all the help this autozone did. Great customer service.

I have visited two different AutoZone locations in search of a new battery replacement. Out of the two, this particular location was the one that provided excellent assistance. I greatly appreciate their outstanding service and the exemplary professionalism of their staff members.

I would like to show our appreciation to Emanuel for coming to our rescue. His knowledge and expertise helped us get our 2017 C class motor home back on the road. He is kind and courteous and was very empathetic to our situation. He came out with a booster pack first and quickly diagnosed the need for a new battery. He even helped us install a new battery. Very neat and professional in his work. AutoZone you have a star employee here!

Manny was very helpful with our, what turned out to be battery issue. He helped us narrow down with what we thought was a more serious issue. The other workers were very nice as well. I will go here for all my automotive needs. Thank you! I would give you 10 stars if I could.

A bunch of idiots. They have no idea what they are doing. They wouldn t know the difference between a real car and a toy car. God bless the next person that goes down there.

I went in there to get front brakes, and they sold me back brakes and when i called they said it was my mistake and they made me feel like i was incompetent. I had my fiancee call and they kept putting him hold and just told him that he was wrong too. When we went in there they were super rude and all huffy. I told the guy three different times that i needed front brakes. I'm sorry but that is unacceptable and then to make me feel like that. I will never be back in to that store. I was very disappointed and very upset.

Had trouble replacing my front license plate frame and the original plastic screws from the from plate had snapped off half way and was stuck inside. One of the older gentleman working at Auto Zone noticed I had trouble and he immediately helped me as he grabbed pliers to remove the old screw and grabbed his Phillips screwdriver to install and fix my license plate and new frame! Super helpful and friendly!

Wipers had rubber just falling off. Stopped in before last rain storm. Super nice and helpful staff. Got me what I needed, and installed on my car. In and out with outstanding customer service.

This is our companies go to store for parts. With the knowledgeable friendly staff , quick service, and easy convenience this is the best parts store by far. I cant say enough nice things about this store and its team. Thank you Auto Zone and team for all your help throughout the years!

After spending over $500 here in parts to fix my car, one of the first things i bought were new spark plugs. The spark plugs ended up being junk and made my car worse, after buying different plugs my car was fine. I went to go return them and they wouldn't give me a refund for $40 worth of spark plugs. They said i needed to go get a bank statement proving i bought new ones...REALLY!?! Thats your customer service! You just lost a customer for life over spark plugs!

"Poor service" I will NEVER be back here again. The guy teller in Belvedere actually laughed in my face when I was trying to tell him I was having problems for the second time with my windshield wipers. Refused to help find, remove, or install new replacement wipers. I asked to talk with the manager and he smugly told me the manager was in Mexico and asked wasn't that nice and I replied "no not for me, I need help." I left the store without a purchase and will never be back. I made a purchase elsewhere.
