We had them do a check on a potential used vehicle we were buying. Steve was great. They did a thorough check on the vehicle, they sent us a video of it and gave us the full report in a link and also printed out the paper for us. Steve went through and explained Everything to us and he even priced it out for what it would cost for them to do the repairsVery professional and a great job

Thorough, honest, clean, prompt, and friendly. These mechanics diagnose and solve problems as opposed to their competitors who merely change parts. Highly recommended. They have earned my business for the foreseeable future.

I had a heat issue with my 2002 Dodge Ram. The previous shop could not chase it down so I reached out to Ken at Krafftkare.He was able to get me in right away since the weather was planning to turn colder at that point and I was sick of driving my truck without heat for 3 weeks.He was able to diagnosis and fix the problem for a great price. Furthermore, I received a follow up call from his office to make sure I was happy. I don't think I have ever received a follow up call from any auto repair shop so I thought that was a great touch.I wouldn't hesitate to take any of my vehicles to Krafftkare. Thanks again Ken!

This has been my 2nd experience with Steve and his company and the experience has been exceptional! I highly recommend this company. Staff is courteous and pleasant, whilst I waited for my ride home after dropping off my Chevy Trax to be worked on Steve inquired about my comfort, whether the temperature was warm enough for me, this goes a long way for me. Telling me the truth about my vehicle is another strong point since the previous shop I dealt with cost me a chunk of money I didn t have and I ended up with additional problems and they didn t fix the original problem. I never actually knew what the problems were and only knew what my cost was when I had to pay the bill. Steve gave me an idea of my costs upfront and I ended up pay even less than he had originally quoted me! Thank you Steves and please thank your staff for me.

The look of the establishment was clean and neat. Employees as well were neatly dressed in uniform. Showed professionalism in their work. A great family owned shop! They always do great work and they don t try to oversell you on anything. They do a very thorough entire vehicle inspection for any service! They re very transparent about what repairs can wait and what repairs need to be done soon. I really liked this place. They do a full examine of the car & provide a report showing 3 sections of the items checked. Labeled good, future maintenance needed & repairs required now. I dealt with Steve & he is so nice, explained everything in detail.My car had an electrical problem, that was affecting my speedometer which they were able to find and repair. I needed a new battery. I was able to get my car in quickly. Battery was changed. A good Napa battery was installed. Service was very professional as usual. I have been using Kraftkare as my mechanic for over a decade. I can always count on the team there. Had work done on my A/C on 7/31/23 and, as always, I was happy with the service I received from Krafftkare. Ken and Steve always do quality work and that s why I ve been a customer for years. They are professional and only recommend repairs that are needed. Their prices are fair and the parts and materials they use are high quality. Their after hours drop off/pickup service makes getting work done convenient.
