Fast and easy but best to come at scheduled time than load should be ready other wise will be waiting for few hrs. Very good team older lady came out as soon as I got to shipping office and backed what I was there for than found load and said what's ready and what's not and how long it will be.So it was really best Experiance compare to other companies that can't figure stuff out and takes 3 hrs
