I usually always have a great experience at the Valvoline on the North Belt. I live in Mascoutah and always go out of my way to get serviced there. My only issue this last time was they were out of my air filter size. The people have always been great though.

North belt, Belleville I m a frequent user of Valvoline and I always use Groupon, today for some reason Groupon is not currently working so I asked if they would still honor the price. The young man working on my truck said he was not sure and proceeds to ask the other man working alongside him and that man says yes. Okay great right, Well Nope! Here comes this other older man that comes over and tell me ohh he thought you said Coupon lmao, I explained No he knew exactly what I said because I was showing him the GROUPON APP the same way I m showing you. Needless to say I asked for the manager he states he is the manager so again I repeat will you honor my pricing and he did not! I ve been to other valvolines and they have honored the pricing and I ve redeemed a Groupon only to find out they couldn t service me and had to go to another location and they have still honored the price so what s the difference! He did give me a $30 discount, however my truck is Full Synthetic so me paying $122 is a huge difference when I usually pay $79.99 with the way the economy is. Not A Happy Customer

I went to Valvoline on North Belt for an oil change. Their so called mechanic put the oil plug back in cross threaded. I did not find this out until I got another oil change at my dealership. They showed me a video of what they found. The oil plug was cross threaded and forced in with an impact wrench. Once the plug was removed it could not be reinstalled. I had no choice but to get the oil pan replaced. That cost me $400. When I called Valvoline about this the store manager refused to help me. He was very rude and unruly with me. I called their corporate office and made a complaint and submitted a claim against them. It was their idiot mechanics mistake, the damage is their fault. I should be compensated. I will never go their again and I advise anyone else to stay away as well.

The service was fast and professional the agent communicated with me the whole time during service, my complaint is there pricing is quite a bit higher than most the offer the same thing

Today I was laughed at by one of the employees. I am deaf and was having trouble understanding something. It cost nothing to be kind and professional. I'm never coming in back.

Good service but I don't enjoy people up selling me every time I come here. An air filter shouldn't cost me $60 dollars. I feel some employees here are honest and very nice but their oil changes are already the most expensive around the city, so stop up selling customers getting their bill up to nearly $200. It's a bit ridiculous. I like that they were honest about my drain plug being stripped. I like that they tried to help with that situation. I just don't think it's fair to offer products to customers that are way too over priced. You make plenty of money off the oil changes alone.

They did my transmission flush with no issues and very quickly...they even fixed my undercarriage cover that was hanging. They also seem very knowledgeable.

The service was not what I expected for $75.oo! The kid was more concerned with selling me services than taking care of My car. When I have gone to other valvoline stores they do more than a "wham bam" and take your money. I had to go back and have them fix my sticker for the correct mileage, I was not impressed with this place at all.

The staff is amazing .My kids were being wild and asking a million questions and they were patient and answering and talking with them the whole time. Alexander was fantastic. 100/10 recommend.

Actually is still quick good service. Not a bad price, so actually enjoyable. I liked they maintenanced a lot of things that I needed done but would take a lot more time n a lot more money to do. Will definitely return to this same one.

Life saver. Literally driving during a snowstorm and my wiper blade brakes off! Drove for 2 miles with limited visibility looking for a auto parts store when I noticed this location. I get my oil change regularly at a different location, but this will work too. Got the new blade and oil change and we were on our way. Unexpected visit, but a damn good one

First time as this location and while I got lucky that I was the only car when I got there, everyone was quick and efficient. Devon was the lead taking care of my oil change and he was very friendly and professional. Great first experience. Would highly recommend.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Impeccable customer service! It was such a hot day and as I pulled in they were already 5 cars deep, which could be stressful but they were so professional. They kept communicating on the wait time and just such nice people all in all. Moving from Missouri and being loyal to the vogel rd. Location it makes me so happy that I found another I can count on! This is my 3rd or 4th visit at the location and they always go above and beyond on customer service.

Price quoted over the phone wasn't honored. Called number for this location but tech said it was main customer service line and they don't know their taxes. Go to Dobbs, they give "out the door" pricing so there are no surprises.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

2nd time I've waited 45 mins in line only to pull up finally and be told they've run out of 0W16 oil. I'll never return to this location, they've wasted way too much of my time. At least put up a sign or tell people in line that you're out of a common type of oil so people don't have to wait for nothing.

Always love going to Valvoline! The one on North Belt in Belleville, IL is the one I go to and the techs are always amazingly friendly and professional. Also, very knowledgeable about the different service options. They are the best!

They gave my son an oil change and it wasn t new oil. 90 dollars for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous. The manager definitely got over on my son! Would never recommend Valvoline to anyone! Horrible place for car service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I really love the people here. They're informative, by the book, and don't cast judging looks when you refuse services that you probably really should take care of but can't afford. They have a military discount, too!

I went there to get an oil change. When I left there, my cold air in my car didn t work. I went home and checked, my coolant was empty. I had to keep adding coolant to it because it kept draining. I don t know what they did but that was not a coincidence. I took it back and they told me they filled it up. I went home after and it was empty again. Took it back another time and they tried telling me something else was wrong with it. Like a pipe or something. When I left there they last time, I got home and all the sudden my coolant wasn t draining anymore. My cold air began to work again. Never go to this place. Not worth the risk. Go to Jiffy Lube or something. But not this place.

Wait time is insane, I got there with one car in front of me which was clearly almost finished up, it took 20 to 25 mins to get that car out and another 20 to 30 mins for a simple oil change on my car. And 90 dollars for a full synthetic oil change? What's up with that? I can go to Firestone and the dealership and get a full-synthetic oil change for 60 dollars. I called a representative to try to figure out why. I asked why it was so much. She said it was the top of the line motor oil which i fully agreed with. Again i asked her though why it was so much explaining that even the dealership charges 30 dollars less. She could not answer me. Your staff explained that with the 90 dollars that they'd top off all fluids. Well i have electric power steering. no fluid involved, my coolant was full and i use special washer fluid. So that is no use to me, They top off my oil between oil changes. well i have a new car and it doesn't burn or leak oil so that doesn't help me either. So I had a 20 dollar coupon and if i used it on that, it still wold have been 10 dollars more that a normal full synthetic oil change. Staff was super nice, even though they took along time they were definitely working on getting me out and i can appreciate that.

Best oil change service I ever got. Was in and out in 12 minutes and they were even training someone during it and it was very professional. I will only go there from now on.

Don't select that my ball joints were sealed, when they aren't. Dont say that you filled my washer fluid when I asked you not to and don't state that you reset my old change light when you didn't. Over all for a basic oil change its ok. They didn't mention that I had a leak until I asked, didn't ask preferred tire pressure etc. Half the cameras to "watch" are either down or too gross to see though. Not really entertaining but basic im saying.

First experience with this place il be honest not impressed thing one I need a new rear wiper blade guy looked it it didn't offer me to replace it apparently it's good to them thing 2 I showed up at 8:49am at 9:42am they pulled me into bay nothing fast about this place for the same price I could of went and bought stuff to do it my self drove home and changed it in 10 minutes not sure if I'd come here again first impression is supposed to be the best not the worstStaff where somewhat friendly I guess that's one plus to it all
