I absolutely loved my experience at this body shop. I had a collision with a deer, so my options were a bit limited by my insurance company. Also my appointment was for 2 months after the incident so not the best. I got REGULAR updates on how my car was progressing, and even when the repairs took longer than expected, I was informed immediately and told why. They also kept in contact with the rental place to tell them when and if I needed extensions on my rental. The entire process was seamless, but BEST OF ALLLLL the interior of my car was spotless and I suspect DETAILED when it was returned to me. The paint job is flawless as well. They do impeccable work here! if you have the time to wait for a job done to perfection, this is the place to go!!!

My vehicle was dropped off and sat for 24 days incurring $100 a day storage fee. I called twice in that timeframe checking the status of my car because the number of allowed rental days were running out. Only to find out they had not done anything to my car. No one from the shop reached out to say anything in regards to issues with my insurance at any time. I could have been driving my own car until the shop was actually ready to do the work. The ball was dropped and I m dealing with the after mass. Quick to point the finger. Communication and customer service needs some work.

Have had my car twice at this body shop and they have done a perfect as well as a good job if you looking for someone to take good care of your car and make sure the job is done right these will be the guys to go to they get five stars from Adrian embrey

I hate to leave this review because the people there are nice. However I had to take our vehicle there for 4 follow-ups. Afterwards they gave up on fixing it. Claim was closed and I still don t have a functioning door. You trust people with your money and time. They did a great job on my car :-)I rear ended my Honda Civic last month and got it back today brand new.Total of repairs was less than I expected and it looks like when I first bought my car. They cleaned it out very nicely and checked in often/gave me weekly updates. Totally recommend this shop, JJ is courteous and very professional.

I don't believe I can give this place enough praise. Besides the fact that I just bought my vehicle and someone did a hit and run while my car was parked. It took them less than a week to repair my vehicle and she looks better than she did when I bought it because there was some small imperfections I noticed at the dealership is robots put together Nissan vehicles now if you own a Nissan look at it you're going to see some small imperfections is like how could that even happen that way it's because robots put them together. Anyway that's another subject but this auto body shop were very kind to me very professional and very informational they kept me informed throughout the entire process I recommend them and I give a thousand Stars

Very satisfied with Hoernis hail damage repair. My car looked great afterwards and they fixed some minor scratches it had as well. I couldn t have asked for an easier experience. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and my car rental. I was able to pick up and drop off my car without having to visit enterprise. Overall I couldn t have asked for a anything more!

What can I say? This place has fixed our vehicle twice and goes above and beyond to make this customer feel important and valued. When an accident happens, it helps knowing that my vehicle is getting repaired RIGHT and quickly. Their office assistant thoroughly explained the process and was courteous. When it was found our repairs exceeded the original amount, the technician called us to discuss their findings and suggested repairs to make our vehicle RIGHT and safe to drive again. And when we picked up our vehicle, it was clean, inside and out! Without reservation, I highly recommend Hoernis Auto Body. Local, hometown, with great service!

We had our truck repaired at Hoernis. And I must say the crew at Hoernis is very professional and the quality of this major repair was flawless. The job was done in a timely manner. Using Steve's for the second time for our daughter's car. Thieves attempted to steal it and damaged it, Steve's did a fabulous job and even rectified an issue. Took awhile for me to remember to write this but the experience with the staff and owner here was more than I expected. I took my 2013 Chevy Cruze in with body damage and explained my difficult situation of looking to one of the damaged sides of my car fixed through insurance to try and trade in my vehicle. I talked rob Steve the owner on the phone and when I went in he gave me honest advice as I had damage from another incident as well and did not know which one would be best to let insurance handle versus paying myself...he advised me and worked with me through the insurance process letting me know beforehand what it would cost to me to do it either way...not only did they fix the car like new he was able to fix both problems for a fraction of the cost I would have payed elsewhere...this place is the best, give them your business and they will not disappoint.

This is the second time we have used Steve's for paintless dent repair. The first time was my husband's car that had hail damage from a trip out West (big hail and lots of dings!). The second time was for damage to my new car from an accidental collision with a trash can in our driveway. We have been extremely pleased with both fixes and would highly recommend Steve's Auto Body.Service: Body & Trim

I am the owner of of Collision XS, another body shop in Belleivlle , IL. I have been in the Belleville Area for more than 15 years, Hoernis Has been here forever. I know them to be a top notch shop, driven to provide quality repairs and excellent customer service. They, like us are a small, locally owned business, not beholden to a large corporation, or controlled by some large insurance company that will dictate the manor in which your vehicle will be repaired. I know some of you may think that it is a bit odd to see a review from a like business, but I believe that it is imperative that communities understand the importance of keeping their business local. I am simply calling this on like I see it. Keep up the good work guys!Travis

I had body work done from hitting deer they painted upper hinge but not lower reason was they were on the jeep but they painted the center pillar on the jeep.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

They do good body work, they just too expensive. If my insurance didn't pay for the work that needed to get done..i wouldn't have went there
