This is an excellent company! I had a low tire pressure of 11indication pop up and happened to see Rowan tire and auto shop and pulled in to see if they could help me. They promptly took my car in, fixed the problem and sent me on my way within a half hour. The customer service was exceptional and the charge was so reasonable I didn't think I heard him correctly. Kudos to this business! I'd give them more stars if I could!

Very unfortunate turn of events with this shop, called in for quotes on brand new tires and got different prices on one specific brand and then I finally came to a priced I liked and took my car in to get tire swapped out. After the job was done as soon I had left the area onto freeway my car starts to shake really bad Going 55mph and I m thinking that it might be that I have bad rotors and then all of a sudden I hear something snap and my vehicle tilts over to the side it starts scraping and then I look out in the window and I see my tire rolling out on the other side of the road with other cars having to stop or swerve around it just not to get hit. I support local businesses, but this small careless mistake has cost me more than I can afford to repair my car now.

I think its sad and pathetic people make FAKE reviews with FAKE pics to try and slander a business, in such a cowardly manner, hiding behind a keyboard. My family, friends and I have used Rowan for everything we have needed for over 10 years, without a single issue. I recommend them on a regular basis to anyone I come across. There is a reason they have been in business for over 30 years, and are probably the busiest shop in Belleville and the surrounding area...they get people in and handle their issue with quality for an unbeatable price. I hope the owner pursues the identity of the coward/cowards behind the troll reviews in a criminal and civil manner. I have reported both of them as spam!

Man, where do I begin, I went in because I needed a tire rotation, and to top off my antifreeze for my radiator since I was already there, I am not joking when I tell you they put the antifreeze into my oil reservoir! I drove all the way, a mile from my house my car completely shut down! Looks like peanutbutter coming out of my engine! Ruined the whole engine! Was told by another shop at this point it would be better off just getting a whole new car. Do not trust these bums!

They are pretty good, this includes customer service. But there is always that one guy. But the front desk guy, makes up for it when he s there. My only gripe is my total over the phone was $950.00 but when I got there it was $995.00. (Taxes I guess) Luckily I had it. I came back the same day for a service that was $25.00 with no taxes involved. Maybe he was giving me a break since I just spent so much. I didn t make a fuss about it because I had already had a rough day. I just wanted my vehicle back. Anyways, I still recommend! So far so good Services: Auto body & trim repair, Tires

'18 Alfa Romeo Giulia.Chose Rowan to support a small business with decent overall reviews. Came in to have 4 new tires mounted. Big mistake.After service, $2,000.00 wheels are badly gouged. Not just scratched, but gouged. Raised the issue to management and was told all the damage was already there. I politely showed them new damage that could only be caused by a tire changer. Owner still claimed it was already there. "Not my first rodeo" in his words. Service was quick though. Rushed even. Shame this has to go to court.Service: Tires

I would not recommend anyone to deal with them I went to get my vacuum line fix and they unhooked my power steering pump and cut a hole in my lower radiator hose and tried to change me to fix it so I called them and told them that my stuff was not messed up before I bought it to them and they tell me I'm lying me and my wife dropped it off with one thing wrong and picked it up with multiple things never again don't go there people.

I went there one time for a tire change it was out of the blue and they were busy but still able to help me!!! I ended up having something else major happen to my car there was a guy there able to test drive the car with me and told me exactly what it was, they told me they were busy and had appointments up to the middle of august no way I could go that long without getting it fixed. I choose to go to another place they told me I needed parts that I didn t need and also they mad it way worse. I decided to go back to Rowan tire and Phillip was able to let me get in he said come today and he would have it ready before the day was out I contacted them prior before they closed and they fixed it I was soooo happy if u need something done they are the place to go to they want your business and Phillip is a man of his word when I have anything wrong with me car this will be my first stop by the way prices are very reasonable n u will be a happy customer in the endService: Steering & suspension repair

Went in to get a screw out of my tire kinda just happened out of the blue. The shop was pretty busy but they where happy to help with it any way and did it faster than I expected them to be. Really nice place to go to for sure

Im sitting here now getting work done. I just wanted to get online and post a review about the experience I am having this far. Let me tell you, these people have the BEST customer service skills I've seen at any shop before. They are SO nice and friendly, very knownledgable, and they were able to get my car in immediately. Ive already seen/heard 4 customers come through saying how happy they are with their service in the past and now. I definitely will be using this place for now on with any of my car needs. The two I would really like to say thanks are Bob and Amanda! They both made this process the easiest. Oh and I almost fdorgot, they have THE BEST prices I have found all around this area.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

Honest, knowledgeable, reasonably priced. We had an alignment done and they rechecked it after a Toyota dealer tried to upsell us during a 40,000 mile service. I trust Rowan to do the right thing for a good price.

Was in a bind and needed the muffler replaced. They were very busy but worked with me to get everything working again. Exceptionally professional and friendly. This place was very unprofessional. I was quoted 3 different prices and told that my car had several different issues when I gave the ok for the issues to be fixed they gave me the run around one person told me it was fixed when I got there to pick up my vehicle I was told that the issue was not fixed and that what I was paying for wasn t even the problem and I had to pay more if I wanted it fixed. The service that was performed was overpriced and the customer service was poor the guy had a bad attitude and could not explain why someone else gave me a different diagnosis and a different price.Service: Air conditioning

Owner was very nice, was open day after Christmas and every tire place was closed. The owner I believe was very busy and he even stopped what he was doing when an elderly lady came in just for air in all four of her tires. I came in for a used tire. And I will continue to go for any of my vehicle needs.

Great people work here. Bob runs a tight ship. Always good service. I have been coming here since I was 16 years old and have never had a bad experience. Owner Bob Rowan does GREAT work. Just like his father. A very good honest man.

I can't say enough good things about Rowan Tire & Auto; Fast service, reasonable prices, and so reliable! When my brakes went bad, they were the only place around that got me in that day and fixed my brakes in less time than I expected; Just had my tire repaired the other day; Recommended to a friend; Will keep coming back for my auto repair needs!!!Service: Tires

I have been going to Rowan Tire for over 30 years. I have done cost comparison at other tire selling companies. I like the free from Hassel is what I like, purchasing tires and great service at Rowan Tire, an it's the honesty. My advice is go experience getting ripped off some where other than Rowan Tire (like I did) and then you'll realize. People always want something for nothing. A smart person would know that when oil prices go up in America so does the price of rubber tires! One way to save from buying tires is; wear better shoes! And then then you will not need tires! Completely scandalous ask for a new tire they sold me one for $128 and it was a $65 tire online with free shipping. Hey smart guy $65 was just for the tire with free shipping no taxes. I can get that tire mounted on that rim for $20 so I still saved money by going on the internet and not going through you on the second tire. I don't need three smart one I needed 2 by the way the $128 was just for the tire after your disposal fee mounting fee and taxes it was almost $150. My mom did raise a smart one smart enough to know when he's getting ripped off. The fact that you would reply in that manner shows how unprofessional you and your company really is. I can screenshot my receipt online for the order if you would like me to. Nowhere on my receipt does it state that I will receive anything for free. If you want to keep typing with your tough times I can come down there and show you just how smart I am. You're old and slow I'm young and fast do your math

I was in such a bind, called numerous places on Christmas eve, eve.... Rowan Tire told me to come straight in and they'd look at my car. I had 2 blow outs and I though my wheels were trash! They fixed me right up and was able to fix one of my wheels. Saving me money! They even went above and beyond by taking a tire and wheel from one of their cars on their lot to fix my car and to make sure I was save driving. They were fast and efficient, considerate and inexpensive! They did a phenomenal service for me. Thank you!

Check engine light come on within 2 blocks after having an alternator installed. I took it back and they said there was no way that they caused it, I found a pinched wire behind the alternator. Own up to your mistakes !! Will not patronize anymore!!

They claimed they have been balancing tires for 40 years, they claimed they could put on the new set of tires for my truck. They claimed they "didn't have any problems with the install". Yet when I drove away, my truck was shaking like a chihuahua passing a peach seed. When I called them, they said well we did have a little trouble with the bigger tires, yet they still charged me and lied to my face. Save your time and money. Go to a better place. I am all for supporting small business, which is why I went there, but come on man. Shame...

Had to wait much shorter than expected. Was shown why I needed a new tire. Very friendly and courteous!
