My transmission on my Ford Escape went out New Year s Eve. The dealership quoted me $9,000. I called a bunch of other transmission places and they couldn t get to my car till a month out. I called Randy Foster s and explained I use hand controls so I needed my car done before a month wait. Tammy was great and was able to get me in right away and for $4,000! Even when the first transmission had an issue, they communicated with me to let me know they had another one express delivered to get it done in under a month, which would ve been faster but January winter storms caused a delay in everything. Even when I got my car back and had some questions on some sounds, they took the time to check out my car and let me know that everything was taken care of. Great people, and I would highly recommend them.

The team at Randy Foster s are rockstars! I took my Cadillac in for transmission repair and I immediately felt at ease with their amazing customer service. I didn t feel like I was going to get ripped off or taken advantage of and I was right. I will definitely take all of my vehicles to Randy s in the future and highly recommend for repair needs. This was the most reasonably priced shop around town, they do a good job and you can buy your own parts and they will put the part on the vehicle.

I took my car in to have a transmission swap I was told itd take a week it took 9 weeks. They told me they couldn't find a transmission after it sat for a month i googled it and found one in 5 min. They dont take credit only cash. They had terrible communication. Closed early half the time. And my catalytic converter was stolen while it was sitting at their shop. Not to mention the lady who answers the phone calls has an attitude everytime I tried to call. Never againService: Transmission

Having issues with 4wd light on jeep Cherokee. They went through all oprions. I decided not to replace the transfer case. Tbey didnt charge me for the research they did. And gave me honest opinions on what is the best to do.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

My car broke down while traveling through this area. I ended up needing a transmission rebuild and was so fortunate to have been referred to Foster s. Tammy is a BOSS and Randy is a really great guy, and they are both very knowledgeable. After several frustrating experiences with other repair shops and continued problems with my car, they took care of me like no place ever has. They are honest and fair and shoot it straight. They both took the time to talk to me about my vehicle in detail and helped me understand what had gone wrong with my prior experiences. Everytime Ive taken a mustang of mine here they were always pleasant, affordable and punctual. They are not fast pace talkers trying to get over on you. Very affable staff. I would highly recommend.

They gave me a quote of $650 for a transmission install and even after an axel fell apart during disassembly they still kept it under budget. The mechanic randy is a real honest guy and you can tell that just by talking to him.

Randy took the time to explain what needs to be done to my truck. Sometimes it's not easy telling a customer bad news about their vehicle as in my case. I appreciated all the attention to detail.
