Had an emergency with my front windshield wiper breaking the day I was supposed to move out of town. They were super friendly, albeit the guy seemed to be new and still learning his job. He went out of his way to find the right blade and then help me install it outside in the rain.

My windshield wipers were not staying on tightly and the winter weather was coming on strong this week. I stopped after work one night, in the sleet/snow and the young man at the counter helped me out right away - he looked at my blades and decided that I did not need new ones, I just needed new "clips!" He found some they had and installed them for me AT NO CHARGE!! WOW. You don't get service like that much anymore. I was obviously very appreciative. Definitely recommend them!

Good service. Lifetime warranty on most things. Reasonable return policy. They do give a military and Vet discount. Will run you computer codes and give you a computer print out with details.

Went in to get battery for son's new car it was in trunk. The guy working in front did not no it needed to be vented nor did I. I gave him my old battery with vent elbow in it not knowing. I figured out it needed to be vented went back 2 hours later and asked for it back. He still had battery in back but he would not give the elbow back said it was part of the battery and whould not come out. The elbow and tube apparently come with car and you take it out and switch in to new battery. I think a guy working in auto parts store should know this he had southern accent with glasses. I went down the road to auto zone and they gave me one i will be using them for now on.

I just called and inquired if the store carries Interstate Batteries. Even though they do not, I still want to thank the gentleman for referring me to another store that may carry it. Again, thank you for providing good customer service!!

Been here twice and not going a third time. Both times I've been in wasn't greeted and staff didn't seem to care to help out. When I went to the counter the guy didn't seem interested in what I was asking for. Just said they didn't have it and walked away. They need to get new staff in there if they want to keep their place open.

My favorite place to buy all my car supplies and parts! Love love love their customer service. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, especially when I don't know something about a car part. Kyle was especially helpful during my last visit

Went in for some clips that they did not stock. The assistant manager spent ten minutes finding them for me. Every employee in the store greeted us and had a smile on. Thanks. I will remember the great service.

The staff at this location is always extremely helpful and will get you the answer you need, whether that answer is they can do it or you need to go elsewhere. Almost all parts, aside from custom parts, can be found here and at a reasonable price. They even helped with my 1985 Dodge Power Ram.

I choose to go to O'Reilly because of their military discount. It's pretty much exactly the same as Auto Zone or Advance Auto Parts (which are also in the area), so that's a nice perk that they offer. The problem is that they are very strict (if you don't have an ID, they don't give it to you, even if you are a regular) and their checkout system is pretty dated (they have a dot-matrix printer!!).

Tested my car battery and results displayed showed battery was bad. Laid out replacement options and did not pressure me to buy the most expensive battery. Quickly installed battery at no extra charge.

Took 3 hours and talking to 5 workers, 2 actually had to call someone else to instruct them on the singular step that they took care of. Battery warranty replacements shouldn't take all this

Still a good store. Depends who you get. Some are just cashiers but a small few know parts and make recommendations based on experience or find answers, some make it up :(

Had a return, couldn't find the receipt. Had bought it on our account. The man at the store pulled up the account, printed the receipt and did the return. Amazing and helpful.
