My car was under warranty for the past couple years and with things being tight I had to let it lapse. I decided to try Meineke and boy was I pleasantly surprised. They were quick,efficient and respectful of my gender in not " dumbing" down the lingo as well as keeping me informed especially with the cost. Wonderful experience will definitely be going back !

Roy and his staff have great customer service. Roy is very genuine and won t sell you services that you don t need. He found coupons to help with the cost of my brakes and rotors. He is very compassionate with his customers to find ways to get their car services done. The facility is very clean. My car runs great after my brake service! Make sure you go to them first before you go anywhere else!

The work was good but the suggestions were suspect. It was suggested that I have both Oxygen Sensors changed. If they looked at them they would have noticed that they were brand new. Both changed a week prior. An oil change was suggested when the oil change sticker showed the oil was changed in December 2023. An air filter change was suggested for $80 when you could see it was brand new! A tune up was suggested when the problem code the vehicle had was obviously the Catalytic converter.

Absolutely horrific mechanical services repair done to my car. On 12/01/23 had a replacement of the driver side window regulator repaired and when I rolled down my window it was still broken and would not roll back up. Also had the cabin air filter replaced so the heat in my car would cut on and does not work. I took my vehicle back the next day and service advisor Roy Stuart saw that both things were not working at all after paying $584 and refused to let me speak to the area manager so I could get a refund also extremely rude and did not assist me properly with this matter. I m waiting on a response from corporate because this is not right. To pay and have your vehicle serviced and still get no results this is completely unacceptable and ridiculous. I will not be using this vendor again no time in the near future, I wish I would had went somewhere else. Never again. I also have video footage of the incident when shown to the agent and will follow up with an attorney if this issue is not resolved in a timely manner.

Diagnosed my vehicle issues quickly and repaired them fast. Had great communication on other concerns with my vehicle and suggested other repairs that I didn't know were a potential issue. Only marked 4 stars because wheel cap was broken during repair and wasn't i notified about it. I understand it's a older vehicle so things are going to break due to age but i still would like to told.Services: Exhaust, Auto brake repair, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto brake replacement

This will be my last time using Meineke, especially this location. I called them to see if they could fix my mistake on my Subaru CVT. I literally drained the transmission like an idiot, deciding not to make it worse and have what I thought was a professional and reliable shop fix my mistake, all I needed was cvt fluid and a new plug. They said bring it in to evaluate it. After setting up a time to drop it off and arranging a tow truck, something told me to call again and check to make sure they actually could do it. They then told me they could not work on Subaru CVT. Thankfully my tow truck driver had a recommendation.I m more irritated that they said bring it in rather than no they can t, and glad that I didn t take it there. I won t take any cars to Meineke, especially this location, again.

Run away!!!! Overpriced! Call around for parts yourself. I called Als Automotive supply for a part Meineke said was $400, and at Als it was $180. It also took them less than 30 mins to replace. I think that the $170 diagnostic fee is ridiculous. I definitely felt taken advantage of.

We were 1 hour through a 10 hour road trip home when our check engine light went off. Roy was super helpful and within a few hours, everything was fixed and we were able to get back on the road.

My car clunked out on me while I was driving on the highway so I had it towed to Meineke Car Care Center on the East end of Belleville and they diagnosed it for me told me I needed a new Motor and got me back up and running in to me what was a very reasonable time. I give all my Thanks to Roy and the Meineke Car Care Center Team that took their time to get me back out on the road. Much Love to all of ya ll

Aligns employees pay with bigger jobs. Aka pays them 13 or 14 am hour and pays them a percentage of the job. Don't be surprised if your car suddenly needs a lot more expensive long repairs whether it does or not.

I was so impressed with my service. My front brakes needed to be repaired a few months after I had the rear brakes done. I got an appointment right away.Roy remembered me from my previous visit (great hospitality!), and once again the service was done quickly and efficiently. They also did a general inspection of the car and gave me a report on that.I'll be back!Service: Auto brake replacement

Arrived early and greeted by Roy. He was pleasant courteous and informative. Although I didn't complete the work needed to repair my car due to the cost which was not excessive for ac compressor. He was still helpful and had the car checked out in under an hour. I see the value of this Mieneke. So glad my sister told me about them. Even asked if customers were veterans for additional discount.Repeat customers waiting with me spoke very highly of the work done here always a bonus.Service: Air conditioning

Highly recommend! The guys were able to pin point why my vehicle was running hot and they replaced my back brakes and rotors. There has been a lot of times where I couldn't go to Meineke and had to find other options or solutions to get my vehicle fixed and ever since I've been going to them for the last 2 years I haven't had any problems and have passed my emission two years in a row so thank you Meineke for keeping me on the road and y'all get a 10 out of 10 from me

I highly recommend this business! I had to take in my car and my son's as they both were having issues. They were able to diagnose what was wrong and made suggestions. They did not pressure me to get them fixed and even suggested other options. Great customer service!!

Poor service and product,Let me start off saying I was a customer until I got a front brakes and rotars replaced. Back in 2020 Had front brakes and rotars replaced they were so bad that 2 weeks later had to get them replaced again, mind you this was bought and put on by Meineke so they were replaced but it was still doing the same thing after the second time being replaced but I just didn't have the time to keep going up there so I just accepted it until recently I just had enough and took the car back up there where of course it was past the warranty on the rotars and not the brakes so tell me why would I get a third set of rotars when I haven't had a good set yet? In spite of they claim they have a good product with hardly no return rate, but if the product is so good why did I have 2 bad sets back to back? They did nothing to accommodate me If I was interested in purchasing they were going to slam me with full price on a shady product will never go again which I hate goes their so close I can drop off car and walk home bad business.

Very poor service!! They grew angry at the work i wanted done to"my" vehicle, and did the work "they" wanted to do!!! They didn't replace transmission oil "they" took out of my van...now I need a new van. Just "HORRIBLE"!!!! Won't be going back, you shouldn't go either!! Save yourself and your vehicle!! If I could give less than 1 star... I would give negative!!! I have the paper work to prove.

I brought my Kia Soul in for diagnosis and repair of steering and suspension and pre-travel checkup. They were friendly and polite and listened carefully as I described the problems we had been experiencing with the car.The folks at this shop were helpful and kept in contact via text and email as the work progressed. Rob (Ron?) provided a number of alternatives for work and payment when the estimate came higher than I had expected, and the work was done within the cost estimate I was given and within a reasonable time.
