I got rear-ended on 11/20 (Sunday) and my insurance company couldn't find a tow for me (boo Geico) so I was left to deal with it on my own. Came across Johnston Towing and was super pleased. They guy who took the call was very nice on the phone and even helped me get my personal items out of the trunk.Today I had to call them to arrange release to the insurance company and the young woman on the phone was polite, helpful and friendly.Service: Car towing

We've used them several times, including 4 hauls this week! Very nice, very reasonable and extremely easy to deal with. He showed up about a half hour both times we called! Definitely will always call them first!

Called Johnston Towing yesterday because my car wouldn t start. Lady that answered the phone was very nice and accommodating when I explained I was working and would only be available to meet the driver on my lunch break. When I arrived to my car the driver, Ron was already there 5-10 minutes early getting everything set up for my arrival. He was very courteous and friendly. Very smooth process and my car was dropped off at the dealer for a price that I thought was very reasonable! Thank you guys!

My daughter was car jacked at gun point and the state of Illinois was paying for the tow. The rude owner straightened it out with the police came outside said hey is that your car out back. I said yes it is he continues the state of Illinois is paying for it you have until 4 or I m charging storage fees very rude! Have a little compassion for someone who was held at gunpoint and carjacked. I ve never in my life had someone treat me that way in that situation!!! We had not any sleep in the last 2 days and been at the police station all day and half the night trying to get ppl off the streets show some respect to the human race by supporting what is going on for a family in this situation. Trust me it was a hassle to us as it was to you to hold her car. Sorry for our inconvenience to your company. Have a wonderful day! And remember BE KIND! You never know what others are going through.

Amazing service! They went above & beyond today. Luckily it was only a dead battery, but the driver took it upon himself to call a few places to find the cheapest battery. My car is up and running with very little downtime. Can't thank them enough. Would highly recommend!

Very nice lady who answered the phone. My tire was low and I was visiting a friend at the apartments right next to them. I called to see if they could help me air my tire up and she sent a nice man right on over and didnt even charge me. My tire unfortunately couldn't be aired up but i really appreciate their time because they didnt have to do that at all. I would recommend this place to everyone if you want good and respectable services....thank you guys sooo much for trying to help me!

I asked to be taken to one shop and they refused and took me to a shop of the drivers choice. They actually passed the shop I asked them to take me too. then I had to call a tow truck from St. Louis to move the truck to the correct shop. Horrible service!

I thought driver was great. Instead of tow,,he just changed my tire. On time,,great experience.
