About a year ago I had all 4 of my BBS wheels professionally refinished to bring them back to their formar glory. They were spotless, perfect. I had a set of Firestone Firehawk Indy 500s mounted which I purchased with the hazard protection warranty. Long story short, 3 months ago I get a flat tire and this place was the only store that carried the specialty tire. I walk in and the person at the front counter could not have been ruder to me. I ask when it'll be finished and he gives me a snarky remark like, "when we get to it." Not a great start to my experience unfortunately. The wait thankfully was not long, but upon seeing the repair, the technician had severely damaged my rim, mounting the tire with blatant disregard for my poor wheel. Not only is it now an eyesore, but now I must pay to have the wheel refinished once again. Jumping ahead a few months I have switched to my winter set of wheels and am in absolute disbelief of the damage on the inside of my rim from the tire machine. There is a very deep gouge that extends several millimeters into the rim. I'm not happy. I was originally not going to post this review but after finding more and more damage, I needed to do something about it. I'm an automotive technician myself but thanks to Firestone's warranty program they only allow tires to be warrantied and changed by Firestone technicians, otherwise I'd do it myself. I splurge for the warranty to protect my investment, and now due to this shop I'll be paying the difference refinishing my wheel. Thanks Firestone. It's a real shame that these people don't care about your car.

If you really want to spend money this is the place to go. Every other place is better than this. They will over charge you

Made an appointment at 9AM, dropped it off at noon, and received a call 2.5hrs later that they would not get to my vehicle in time. All I needed was a rear brake pad and rotor replacement. Mechanic refused to do it without charging a $10 brake inspection fee first. It took them 5.5hours after I scheduled an appointment for them to call and tell me they wouldn't even get to the inspection, and asked to keep my vehicle over the weekend to "possibly fit in Monday".Mechanic refused to apologize and tried to paint it off as me being unreasonable and irate. All I needed was a call that they did not have time to see my vehicle. Period.Had to cancel my anniversary plans with my husband due to car not being repaired. Instead, we bought all the parts at AutoZone, invited a mechanic friend over, and had a great time learning to do it ourselves. So I saved myself a few hundred $$$, learned a new skill, and got to bond with my husband and a friend.Mechanics here are rude and completely disrespectful of their client's time and needs. I used this shop numerous times in the past, and their mechanics have gotten progressively rude over the years. This was my last time going there.

Dont go here came for an oil change which they attempted. But somehow put no oil back causing my engine to blow up. Avoid this place. Couldnt even do an oil change correctly.

Been here a few times and never satisfied with the service. The tires are much higher priced than you can find elsewhere. Work took longer than expected. They wanted way too much to figure out what was wrong with a window. And stripped a bolt they couldn't get off. After about 4 tries here, I'm done.

My vehicle was towed there by AAA on accident. Tech Kristopher called me and within an hour had my new part installed. The part was later discovered to not be faulty and he removed it and reinstallled the original part which was also new. I bought 2 tires and Kris fixed the connector issue as best as he could. He's the real deal; honest and a great mechanic. Showed me where the connector was repaired (to the best of his ability) and I wasn't charged for anything that wasn't necessary. Kris made this stressful situation much less stressful! I'd say if you need an honest, great mechanic, go see him!

Would not recommend; 7am appointment time was set the day prior to arrival;just to be told that they werent going to be able to complete an wheel alignment even by 12pm(day of appointment). They would need my vehicle entire day.This was not communicated to me when speaking on phone. Wheel alignments are an 1hr to 1.5hr job at max .Why would you need my vehicle all day when there was only 1 other car in for wheel alignment?Why not communicate that you didnt have have the resources available before approving appointment time?

Time management is non existent. Had a 3 PM appointment. Upon arriving the gentleman informed me they are running 45 minutes behind. I said that s fine and he said expect it to be done about 4:30. This is for an oil change and tire rotation. I made it back to the store at 4:45 and saw my truck sitting in the same spot. I thought maybe it s done, wrong, it had not even been brought in to start the service yet. Guy behind the counter says Hey man, they are getting it now to work on it. Apparently they think no one has any thing better to do than sit and wait on a vehicle. Will not be back and will tell everyone to avoid. I m writing this as I m still sitting here waiting on my vehicle that was supposed to be serviced 2 and a half hours ago. Mark the actual guy who worked on the car was very apologetic, even informing me he was the only one back in the shop. But Kenny the service manager couldn t seem to care less about how long it took.

Not a bad place but they could really work on their time management. Told me it would take MAX an hour to put my new tires on. I called ahead. Waited an hour because they told me to come in at 10:00. Got there ahead of time and they took my car back. Well it s 11:24 and my vehicle is still sitting there on the lift. Tires are off but nothing else has been done. Learn how to schedule appointments and honor the appointments that you make.

I am disappointed in the service because I feel as a customer, I didn't get their best work on my son's vehicle.My son spent near $3000. He wasn't offered a Military discount. The car still makes the.same noise. The brakes still goes to the floor. When asked why? Its a old vehicle and we couldn't find certain parts.Ok I will.give them that.excuse.Then when I drove the car off the lot and.went to the gas station around the corner. The car wouldn't start up because it needed a battery. SMHThen they charged $180 for a battery.So now I feel we been bamboozled!Manager Kris showed no kind of empathy. He acted as if he told my son the battery needed to be replaced. He gave this excuse on not being able to find the master cylinder for vehicle. If Firestone couldn't do the work or couldn't find important parts for this older vehicle. Then say so and we can find someone.That was a lot of money and the car doesn't perform any better than before. So I give.them 2 stars for coming to jump the.car while I was stuck in the hot car! We will no longer do business with any firestone! Thanks but really no thanks!

The guys at the Belleville Firestone were friendly, attentive and helpful. They got my car in right away, and did a great job. Joe and his crew were also accommodating when i wasn't able to get my car right away after the repairs were completed. They kept it secure in their garage overnight until I could get there the next day.

I had a scheduled time to drop my jeep off for a alignment(8a.m) and told the guy that I lived a hour away but still would do the lifetime alignment and i would see them in a couple days. I gad to wake up at 4:45 am and take my girlfriends daughter to work 30 mins there 30 mins back. Then I got into my car and my gf got into the jeep and followed me to bellvile to make it by 8 and 7:55 just 3 mins away i get a phone call that they wouldnt be able to take my jeep in for the alignment right then that he would call me later and have me come in. I told him i was 4 mi s away could I just drop it off and he said no nc he didnt know if he could actually do it. I told him I have been up simce early doing everything to get here on time and that i wasnt going to drive home a hour then maybe later dive another hour there then hour back home then hour there to get it and then hour back home. I said i would another day and he said ok ill call you back to schedule a appointment. Then they never called me back. Its sad that i cant even get them to do what they advertise they do. They probably do this to everyone thay wants the lifetime alignment just so they dont have to keep doing it. Now my tire are eearing unevenly bc im still eaitimg to get in somewhere.

Mr. Jarrett was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Firestone staff pinpointed the problem and squeezed me into their busy schedule to get me back on the road same day! Really went above and beyond for me. Customer service and performance 5/5!

I had an appointment at 4:00 for an alignment done on my car. They said they were running late. Apparently they put a car ahead of mine on the alignment machine even though I was first and they told me they couldn t get it done today since that car had the battery drained. Surprising I drove 1 hr for this and had an appointment. Wouldn t recommend this place

Picture this if you will please. I'm not from the area, didn't know that every possible sports and leisure hotel price raising event is going on simultaneously, and I have a tire destroying blow out. On the surface, not all that bad but I only had a certain amount of money available and I can't drive home on the spare. Ken took my call and listened to my situation and saved me 11 dollars for no other reason than he wanted to help me. If you don't take your vehicle here I might suggest you reconsider, you don't see people who really, really, care and don't talk about it, they are doing it now. Thanks again for everything!!!

Had an 11am appt this past wk for new Firestone tires. Friendly polite guys but super slow.Only 2 technicans working in shop & 2 techs behind the service counter which is totally unnecessary. Finally got out there 2pm. Would suggest you look at vehicle & study bill before paying.Later I noticed they failed to put my air valve caps back on 2 of my 4 tires. Sounds menial but Im also going to call them about an overcharge on my bill.I Will not use this place again.

Be sure to talk with them about the services they are trying to bill you for before doing anything else! Went to get a tire repaired and ended up with an oil change tacked on despite not requesting an oil change at all. The fault is on me for not checking and asking appropriate questions after paying but I am just as disappointed in them for not even checking to see if I needed one.

Besides fighting the vaccine we have to deal with ignorance with management. Sept. 1st 2021, I came in the shop asked about employment before getting service on my vehicle. After what I experienced I see why no one wants to work in the shop. Disrespectful, rude and talks to costumers as if they re re stupid. Company s lose out on employees because of the Managers along with this fake covid vaccine.

Every time I come to this location, the guys are great! They handle everything well, they do the work in a quick, timely manner and they always give me the best service. Pricing is exactly where should be; these guys will treat you right!

My mom had a nail in her tire and we were nowhere near our home/local mechanic. They got us in right away and fixed her flat. Everyone was nice and we were back on the road shortly.

This was my first time going to this Firestone and the staff was very friendly. I was a walk in and although they had many appointments, they took care of me in a timely fashion. The building could use a huge makeover! It looks dirty and rundown. The waiting area needs major renovations!
