Nick and his crew out at Edwards equipment are awesome. Have taken a couple travel trailers there over the years and always receive excellent service. Friendly, knowledgeable and priced competitively. Don t hesitate to take your camper to them.

I took my camper to Edwards to have my axels looked at as we were having some tire issues. Nick gave me information about what was needed and didn t try to sell me needless repairs. The work he did on our camper was done in a timely manor and the price was fair. I will take all my camper repair needs to Edwards.

I needed a last minute electric brake kit installed for a car trailer. Nick and the team got me in and out without any issues or complications. I can't praise or thank the team enough!

I took my 2018 sunset camper to have the entrance door and a led light bar fixed. Nick and his team did a excellent job fixing it. Also did a good job fixing my screen door.

I wish I could put 100 stars. Came there to buy a hitch. Had problems with it on my trucks end. Took me back in the shop and helped me out. So finally buy this camper from a private seller with a roof problem that wasn t mentioned. Well I bring the camper and asked their opinion. They looked it up down and pointed out what was wrong. Taught me what to look for on the next one. I really appreciate the knowledge I was given. Those people make you feel like family. Iv had a terrible week, and they truly brought my spirits up. Much respect over here! The very few places that genuinely care and it s not all take all the money we can get great business with a great crew.

My 18 year old CUB 160 hybrid needed tent end repairs and a new awning. Edwards did a fabulous job at a great price.Nick was incredible to work with. Thank you Nick.I'll also mention, they have a really extensive stock in RV parts.

Had never been in the store before today. Went in to ask some questions about a pre-owned RV we recently bought. I really didn't know what I didn't know but Nick was outstanding! He took the time to answer all our questions and did so with a tremendous amount of knowledge and professionalism. Thank you, we will definitely be back.

Dropped first trailer off, said they took care of it. Showed up lights still didn t work and neither did the trailer brakes. Dropped second trailer off, they told me they didn t have space on the lot and couldn t leave it (after I told em this one didn t have any lights either). Lot was over 50% open. These guys don t value their customers because they re the only decent trailer shop in the area. Would recommend taking your equipment elsewhere

I am a new RV owner and I've had my unit in a few times for service and Nick has always been super helpful. He has always been willing to spend extra time with me to ensure I know what I need to know. Not that any service is inexpensive, but I never felt as though I was overcharged.

I have been so pleased with Edwards Equipment, after trying out all the RV repair facilities in Missouri. We have a complicated hearing system, and Nick showed intelligence, perseverance, and competence when repairing our system. Even though we had always taken it to a certified AquaHot dealer, things were done incorrectly. Nick called the AquaHot company, read manuals, and adjusted the nozzles to burn as they were designed. This company has always been honest, fairly priced, and quick to get us in and out. There have been no up charges, hidden fees, or questionable-repair charges.Thank you for running an honest, competent repair facility. We appreciate you and all you have done for our RV.

Our experience with them was extremely wonderful in every way! Customer service was a 10!!! We bought a camper from them and they walked us through everything , they answered every question we have and believe me we asked a lot of questions. Everyone there is just amazing. There is not one thing I could complain about. They were wonderful in every way possible!!!! We will definitely recommend them to everyone we know. Thank you Again!

Bought my 18' Rice Trailer here. Great service, fair price. They hooked everything up for me and even switched out a faulty part on my truck. There was a factory wiring issue with the trailer (not their fault, the manufacturer's) and they took it right in and corrected it quickly. Very pleased with their company.

Dave at Edwards Equipment is top notch. Very knowledgeable, fair price and great work. They got my 7 year old zero turn running like it was brand new. I will be bringing all of my lawn equipment here in the future for tune-ups and maintenance. Thanks Dave!

I d like to review the excellent service we ve had done on our camper. Nick has been so attentive and helpful with getting some work completed in a timely manner. It s great that we have them close to us and don t have to take our camper to Missouri just to get it looked at.

We went here to buy a riding (BadBoy) lawnmower. The staff was very knowledgeable about the various types of mower and were very low pressure to purchase one. They steered us towards on that would meet our residential needs and reviewed the maintenance. Our mower was delivered in great condition. We have used it many times and have no complaints. Would recommend them for purchasing a BadBoy.

Me and my family was at Sparta Illinois at the shooting complex. When it was time to come home I noticed a problem with my utility trailer that I use to haul my golf chart on. Leaf spring was broke and the trailer fender ate up the tire. Call after call no one could help me until I contacted nick at Edward equipment& trailers. Even though they were booked up they made time to get me in. They had the parts in stock and got me fixed up and back on the road in less than an hour. They are doing business right there at Edwards. They are very professional and care about you and want to help. I want to personally thank all those that are employed there at Edwards equipment & trailers and the owners as well. I go here for Welding Repair Work and Towing Equipment. Excellent Service, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Attentive, Staff. Ahead of schedule and under budget. Good large vehicle outdoor storage facility available.

Had my camper in2 years ago they said leak was around shower pan and fixed it still leaked took back last year and explained leak was coming from the lower valve drains they said couldn't find leak convinced me I didn't have a leak was happy until I got home they had broke my black water valve didn't say anything due to just being happy I didn't have a leak well guess what leaked while Camping this summer very dissatisfied not convinced they even looked at my camper would not even give 1 star if I could have

Outstanding customer service. Doing warranty work on my rv that I purchased elsewhere. Handling all interaction with manufacturer to expedite repair. Extremely happy with them.

walked in to have them fix the electrics on my truck so that I could legally tow my trailer again, a few hrs later the job was complete they did exactly what I asked of them. very professional group of people working there
