I was recommended to this shop through a friend. Now I m recommending this shop to others as well. Dave is awesome to work with. I ve had to visit the shop several times in the past few months. This last job was a big one on my ram 5500. We were able to schedule it in and they completed the work in a timely manner. I will always come back unless they give me a reason not to. Thanks to the mechanics, secretary and DAVE!!!!

I have never been disrespected as I was by this company. Very rude and unhelpful. I am just flabbergasted at the lack of professionalism by the staff here. I would never use them and I suggest you steer clear.

We get our work vehicle serviced here. Seems like they knew what they were doing and all is good? My truck is saying that it still needs some kind of exhaust filter but I'm not sure if it was replaced and maybe the code wasn't reset

We had just started a vacation trip when the air conditioner compressor locked up and broke the serpentine belt on our motorhome engine. Dave Schmidt Trucking worked us into their busy schedule with a friendly and professional attitude. They performed the work in a timely manner. While travelling I pulled into a gas station and used a green gas nozzle in the diesel aisle and to my dismay, figured out I had just pumped gasoline into my diesel tank. After a long wait for a AAA tow on a Sunday afternoon I had my van towed to Dave Schmidt s and waited all afternoon and overnight for them to open the next morning at 7am. They fixed my screwup and had me on the road by 9:30am. I cannot express how great the entire staff was. I got top notch, extremely prompt service and everyone there was fantastic. The price was extremely fair .:thanks for saving my vacation. I highly recommend Dave Schmidt s Trucking Repar in Belleville Illinois.

I am beyond happy I decided to bring my motorhome to Dave. This place is outstanding in every way. They're super nice, honest, knowledgeable, and do great work. After being put off by another business for almost 2 months, Dave got me in within a week and got my laundry list of service items completed. Their thoroughness with diagnosing a noise by attaching various microphones underneath while driving is incredible. These guys truly will go above and beyond to ensure your work is done right. My motorhome has never driven better than it did as I drove away from this shop. Thank you!Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Oil change

I am a little tardy in writing this review, but I highly recommend Dave Schmidt Truck Service for your motorhome maintenance. They are a quality shop, but also just truly nice people. A couple months ago we were all packed up for a camping trip, as we left the house I could tell something just wasn't right with how the coach was driving. So i went straight to Dave Schmidt's and asked if they could take a look. Without hesitation they said yes, figured out the issue, and said they could fix it right away. They were so nice, we sat in the waiting area for a couple of hours with out 2 dogs and they didn't mind at all. Really great service and really nice people. Highly, highly recommend!

Extremely nice employees who give A+ customer service. I had carried in a heavy box containing a core return and the gentlemen in the shop insisted that I let them carry the other box in, and they also loaded all of the parts into my car for me. You could tell this is an everyday courtesy that they practice as they didn't ask me if I needed help, nor did I have to ask, they just went and did it without a thought about it. We have ordered parts from Ken and he works hard to make sure we have everything we need ordered quicky and for the best prices he can get for you. He's very personable as though he's one of your good friends immediately, and the sweet women in the office were so chipper and actually really fun to chit chat with while checking out. My husband and I both really like choosing Dave Schmidt Truck Service to give our business to as they are very good people, fair with prices, and never scam you into having unnecessary work done and they do quality work. You won't find a better place for repairs anywhere close by! (We have a truck repair shop 5 min. from our house that we will pass by in order to drive 45 min. to Belleville) You can't put a price tag or a time constraint on an honest company with respectable/respectful employees at your service! If you aren t a regular Customer of theirs forget it, you keep going to the back of the line. I had to wait a week to bring my RV there and it sat an additional 9 1/2 days without being looked at. Mark indicated they were busy and the trucking companies had priority. I heard they do good work but I wouldn t know.
