Went to look at a car because it was priced right. They were amazing right off the start. I was greeted while getting out of my car and shown the utmost respect and kindness by all staff. My salesperson was named Megan, and she was new. However, that didn t stop her from being exactly what i needed. I told her the car I wanted and why, and she worked with me around every turn. She really seemed to be on my side and listened to what I wanted. I ended up leaving with the car I wanted for the price it was worth. My credit is not the best, but they still worked with me. I Haven t been to a car dealer in years because I had a terrible experience last time I went. But this place changed my mind. They really are all about the customer. They will do their best to get you what you want and need. I m very grateful for Megan and all the staff that worked with me. I m in love with my car!! Thank you for helping me get it!!!

Jason bean was our sales associate and did amazing. Jack was very welcoming and just made us feel very comfortable during the buying experience. Sam in financing was awesome and helped us get in and out very quickly. The whole team did an amazing job and we are very happy with our brand new GMC Acadia.

We just bought a new Acadia late Monday evening. It was well after closing to get everything finished up and several staff stayed without complaint to get the purchase completed. Kudos for that.Now the complaint; it wasn't until finalizing the paperwork in the finance office that we noticed a $249 charge for nitrogen filled tires. This was added to the negotiated bottom line price and we were adamantly told that this is added to every vehicle they sell and is not a negotiable item. I personally have zero belief that nitrogen filled tires are worth the cost and it doesn't take much research to confirm that. We live over two hours away so it has even less value, actually a hindrance. We were so committed to the car at that point I didn't get up and walk away which is what should have occurred.And the kicker; on the way home I was flipping through settings and found that they didn't even fill the tires equally. Nice guys, real nice. The picture I snapped is attached.Their MO is to pad the bottom line with non-negotiable, unwanted and arguably unnecessary line items. Helps keep the lights on I guess. We worked with the newest sales agent, David, and he truly did everything in his power to get me exactly what I wanted. I had a very clear picture in my head of the car I wanted and what I was willing to spend, and he didn't give up on me until we made it happen. He even brought us food while we waited on financing. Mark was also super kind and flexible as we worked to get me to a payment I was happy with. RJ in finance was very pushy about warranty packages and whatnot, but hey, that's his job. As long as you're willing to be tough and advocate for your wants and needs, this is a great place to buy a car.

Bracken thank you for helping me get into a 2024 terrain. Thank you for staying late to get the deal done. I am happy with the terrain for the most part. I test drove a white one which i loved didnt find out the the next day you sold me a black one. Told you what price range i wanted to stay in you called and said i think you will be happy just to find out the payment is $90 more than what i wanted. The sales price was supposed to be about 36 just to find out it was 42. Has the auto stop that i didnt want told you that on the test drive. The overall experience was decent. Had an amazing and wonderful experience purchasing my new Buick Envista! Dave was fantastic and really made it possible for me to be able to drive away with the perfect vehicle for me! Andrew was absolutely amazing! I came in exactly knowing that I needed my oil change and whatever else done. He was very explanatory, on things that also needed done to me vehicle! (Easy maintenance) and was easy to talk too, and very nice. 10/10 recommend!

Extremely unprofessional and bad customer service. My mom and I bought 2 cars over the last couple years no problem. But we came in a week ago to see a car that s been on the lot for TWO MONTHS and the car didn t have the airbag sensors functioning and they were kinda rude after we said we wouldn t buy it without being fixed. They said that it would be done Friday. I ve called for a update a couple times since Friday and they always say I ll call you back.

Just purchased a 2023 Enclave for my wife from David Tutterow at Cardinal. I negotiated the deal remotely with him and he sent all the information I requested along with providing me a personal video tour of the vehicle. I ended up finalizing the purchase in person and had a great experience with David! My wife absolutely despises buying vehicles yet David was able to make it pleasant for her so I highly recommend you calling on him to be your salesman!Reference my name when you see him and he will take special care of you!

Upon arrival I went inside to check in. I approached the man at the service counter. I relayed my information to him for service to my vehicle. I also told him that I would like to add to my original order as I couldn't find the correct spot online. The man never spoke one word to me just took my keys and walked off. As he was walking off I asked if he heard what I was needing done to the car. He looked at me with a half nod as if to say yes. After bringing my vehicle home I noticed that he in fact ignored my service request. Very rude and will not deal with him again.

I live in NH and this dealer had the car we wanted and price was great they made the whole process very smooth arranging of shipping the new one here and picking up the trade here and shipping that back I've bought and sold many many cars they were very professional I highly recommend them

The sweet and beautiful lady at the customer service desk is always so kind and always has a smile and a kind word! The only complaint I have is the coffee machine wasn t working and I had no way to go buy a coffee! I love Cardinal Buick!P.S. I truly miss Matt Columbo

I waited 2 and a 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. That was nothing else done I was actually 5 minutes early for my appointment and I went out and finally asked. I know it had been done for quite some time. Because I got an email with the findings of my oil change in 27 point check. And I still hadn't gotten called back to say they were done the guy that was handling it. Left for some training. And I think I got lost in the shuffle. I'm not happy about this. I will probably continue to go back to quality. Pontiac buick, because never have, I ever had weight two and a half hours for an oil change

I loved my salesman, Caleb Robart. He listened to my needs and what I wanted. I Had previously looked at other companies and they were calling me, texting and emailing to see if I was interested in buying a new car. At the time I didn'tknow if my car was totalled. I had felt pressured. But Cardinal Buick Did Not Do That. They weren't pushing their vehicles on me. I Felt very comfortable, relaxed. Keep up the good work.

I could not begin to say how much I appreciated the general sales manager, Josh fix a bad situation and make it right! They bent over backwards to fix the issue and I was completely satisfied with the outcome! I dealt also with Cody Murray who I can not praise enough. He was very pleasant to work with and answered all of my questions with my new 2024 Yukon AT4. I will definitely be sending my family and friends to him if they are in the market for a new GMC!

Purchasing experience wasn t bad but I really resent the dealer installed options that aren t optional such as nitrogen in the tires. When was the last time you saw a public compressor to top off with nitrogen? And although not dealer specific, I regret buying a GMC after finding out there is a default setting on my Canyon that allowed driving information to be sold to LexisNexis, directly affecting my insurance rates. Would ve been nice if they d given me a head s up about this. Knowing what I know today, would I buy again from these guys? No, I would not. Trust is earned and I do not trust them or GM. I m happy I traded my Canyon for a new Tacoma.
