We are using Car-Tech for six years and always happy with the quality of the service. There is no doubt that Car-Tech team is highly professional and knowledgeable. But what is really important that they care about what they are doing. They are always ready to give advice and propose the best cost effective way to resolve the problem. They kept me informed and offered a thorough approach to troubleshooting. My goal was to pass emissions and was successful. A bit of a pricey estimate but was happy with the outcome. Would recommend to others.

I was taking my dog to the Vet and heard/felt something while driving. I pulled into a convenience store and noticed I had a low tire. My tires are low profile so it's not always easy to tell how low they are. I knew Car-Tech was just two blocks away and pulled up. I asked if they could put air in the low tire. They tried but could hear the air hissing out. I asked if they could patch it and found out that it was dry rotter far to bad to repair. Dorthea made some calls and found a shop nearby with a replacement tire. While the car was on the rack they noticed that two of the remaining three were also dry rotted, all on the inside of the tires. She was able to get four new tires delivered to her within a matter of minutes. While I was waiting I even had them do an oil change. I had four new tires installed and an oil change all in just over an hour, all without an appointment. Outstanding work and great customer service! First and foremost, let me say that the folks at Car-Tech Automotive are hard working, honest, and forthright. They diagnosed our vehicle's problem for free, told us how much a repair would cost, and had the car in and out by the allotted time. The prices are fair and they don't ever try to sell you on or bill you for extra services you don't need.Second and more importantly, they treat you nice, like family. The atmosphere is relaxed, they don't try to rush you, and they respect your time. We will definitely take our cars to them from here on out!

Jerod and Kendra were very professional and are always nice. The cost of repair was less than quoted!! The mechanics here know their stuff and I always feel confident in their work. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

Last week My 04 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel had a bad U-joint. Called these guys, it was kind of an emergency. I needed the truck fixed as quickly as possible. They told me to bring it in and they would do what they could. No guarantees for that day. But as it turned out they were able to get it done by 4:30 that day. I know that can't happen every time but it did this time. Thank you so much. I found out about these guys from Brian who owns Tactical Towing in Belleville. I would highly recommend these guys for your vehicle maintenance needs. Fair price and great service. Thanks again Dorthea.

Excellent service. This is one of those rare places that not only doesn t try to hit you up with extra 'services', but will also recommend against doing certain jobs if it's not worth it to you. If you're looking for some honest mechanics who put a long term customer relationship above a snatch and grab job on your wallet, this is the place.

Very good maintenance shop... I had front end alignment issues and a bad Idler Arm. Noticed the difference in handling immediately. I'm well pleased.
