Called and he came right to me in record speed, took him less then 10 minutes to change my flat tire and put a spare on. Super friendly, would absolutely call him again if I ever help on the road!

I received excellent, 5-star service from C&B. He was quick and efficient. He even went the extra mile and gave me a ride to the tire shop. I will definitely be using this company for future emergencies. No more being stranded!!

Charles brightened my day! I had a flat tire on 64 due to all of the wonderful gifts left on our highway. Made the mistake of pulling over too far onto the rocks so my jack had no stability, Called Charles and he showed up within 20 minutes & quickly got me back up and rolling.

Exceptional customer service, and Charles was there to help in ten minutes. He was incredibly kind to my 17 year old with a flat. I was able to pay over the phone which was an added convenience.Thank you Charles!

Came out on Thanksgiving to change a flat tire. The only person that responded. Excellent service. He was here in less than 30 minutes. Nothing but 5 stars across the board.

Charles was wonderful! Not only was he quick to get to my side, but he called to assure me that he was on his way as the previous roadside assistance my insurance company assigned had me waiting for 3 hours by the road. Once I contacted Charles, he was changing my tire within 30 minutes. Most polite and helpful. Would recommend this company without hesitation. Great service!Service: Tire change

Amazing services great assistance he helped us out in a emergency I'm so thankful for him. Please anyone who needs great service this is the one to call...Thank you so much and God bless you! He even took time outta what he had going on at home and fixed the alternator. I was so down today till he came and helped us. He is an Angel my husband does dialysis and if he wasn't able to help he wouldn't have made it.

They came 47 miles out their way late at night Then they had to come back the next morning and their work. Was that of a craftsmen I would recommend them to anybody. Plus their price was real reasonable.

My battery died and it wasn't an easy fix. The battery was inside the tire well and to access it he had to remove my tire, hold it up with jacks, remove the well cover and THEN replace battery. Charles was kind, professional, and efficient. This man came to my rescue at 1 am and was able to get my tire off after another company failed to do so. He did it in the cold and rain with a smile on his face after promising me he'd get it done. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone.Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

I was stranded at 1140 at night with a flat tire. After several calls to other places with no luck, I was able to get someone from this place. He was out and to me within 30 mins!!! He was very professional and extremely fast! I've added them to contacts for future use!

Good experience with flat tires on my Rv (not their specialty so it s a pain for anyone). Fast response, nice guy, spent time troubleshooting and figuring things out to get me back on the road at a fair price.

I had a tire go flat and luckily I was by a gas station and it made it there. So I asked a patron to help and we tried to change the tire, but one lug nut was stuck. And we called C&B and a very nice gentleman came by to help. Forgive my memory but I don't remember his name, he did all he could rain wind and all the elements, he still didn't give up until it just couldn't be done. He even called the tow truck that picked us up because my phone couldn't search. This was an amazing experience.Service: Tire change
