I would highly recommend Bertco. Brian and his team are absolutely amazing. They are efficient, they care about your vehicle. They service vehicles like they are their own. They are TRUSTWORTHY which is something very hard to find these days. They went above and beyond for an oil change on my sons car. They checked everything out and rotated tires for me replace a brake light blub.

This is the best company in Belleville the owner. He is the best as well. They do everything they can to fix your car. Make sure it s ready on time whatever Brian says that s what it is. I anticipated a super expensive repair bill for a new alternator. Imagine my surprise when Brian called to let me know that the problem was with corrosion in the wiring harness - a much less expensive fix. Brian and CJ took great care of my car and me, I appreciate their honesty and professionalism.

Brian, C.J, and his team have performed many services on my vehicle. I was highly impressed with each service that they performed, as they were all done within a days time, the cost was always lower than the competition, they only fixed what was needed and didn't attempt to push additional services on me, they are always kind, courteous, and respectful and did an EXCELLENT job on the repairs. I can assure you that this team knows their stuff. It's hard to come across a good reputable mechanic these days. Bertco has earned my respect and my business for the foreseeable future. The rear axle on my f150 began leaking in a very unusual way, such that the car shop nearest me wouldn t touch it. Bertco was recommended to me by a friend. After explaining the situation to them, they agreed to do the work. There were difficulties along the way, but I appreciated how Brian would take extra time to explain where they were in the repair process. Both Brian and Mike were a pleasure to deal with. The price was fair given the amount of work, and I will not hesitate to recommend Bertco to anyone looking for an trustworthy mechanic.

Bertco has been my trusted mechanic garage for almost a decade and they do a great job. Honest, thorough, fair-priced and nice folks to work with. No up-sell on repairs you don't need. Great team doing great work. Our vehicles go nowhere else. Try them and you'll get great results.

Brian Werner has been working on my car for several years. He's honest and reliable. I know he's not going to try to sell me repairs that are not needed. I trust him and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Been using Bertco for the last three years. Brian and Mike are fantastic. They do great work and I never have to worry about them doing extraneous work for the sake of profit. They shoot straight on what needs to be done and what can wait.

Awesome honest reliable service every time! Its so hard to find an honest car repair center these days that doesn't try to take advantage of you and try and up sale you on items that don't really need to be replaced. I don't take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend this place!!

Brought my car in to get tires mounted and when I went to get my car the old tires were still on and when he had me take the car home. I then saw the speedometer didn t work. He told me to change my alternator so I did and the speedometer still doesn t work and I haven t driven my car but now it s making a knocking noise. I went back to tell him about the issues clearly upset and he continued to try to defend himself as if I was threatening him and even stated don t threaten me when I was clearly stating that if he were to continue to do work I would supervise to clarify and dispute any further issues we may have if I had issues with my car after the job. They had to drive it to another shop to mount the tires and he stated the speedometer was working but an employee of his brought the car back and nothing was noted about the speedometer not working when the car was brought back. He even stated I won t get in trouble assuming I was going to try to get him in trouble somehow. I m not sure exactly what they did but I definitely don t recommend.Service: Tires

Love the service they wont bs you into getting work done that doesn't need it. Straight forward and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Very friendly and if he cant fix something he will tell you where to go where they wont cheat you.

Took my car in to Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers - Shiloh last weekend and they said whoever changed my oil last time screwed things up and put the drain plug back in terribly damaging the threads.When I informed them that THEY had been the ones to change the oil last, they changed their tune to blame wear and tear.Rather than deal with the lying and excuses I took the car into Brian at Bertco Automotive. He fixed the problem, changed my oil, and noticed a broken part that Dobbs hadn't caught!I'm so glad we'll be living close to Bertco again and I can stop dealing with Dobbs completely.

Very good place to go to get your vehicle repaired. Service is great. My cars been taken there a few times along with my family s cars. Work is high quality nothing less.

Bertco stands by their work. We had them tune up our vehicle (200,000 miles). A few weeks later it was running rough, brought it back to Bertco and they found the problem, fixed it with no additional charge.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Only place I go for my automotive needs. Been coming here for many years. Very honest staff. Definitely will go back and I have told so many people about this place.
