Very unprofessional. He had told ne he would get me a receipt (which I need for the warranty) and then blocked my number so I couldn't call. I decided to stop in and this is how I was treated. He got in my face screaming and yelling at me advancing very quickly. Threatened to call the cops on me (because I asked for a receipt) refused to give me any information on the starter its self. When I came out of the door to the business one of the people that was in the shop was walking up behind me. He charged me 362 dollars for a starter.. he let slip his "supplier" was napa auto parts, during the phone call, where he confirmed he would give me a copy of the receipt. The highest costing starter on the site for Napa was 262. He obviously will not confirm with a receipt that he outrageously overcharged. I have this confrontation on video.Service: General repairs & maintenance
