(True Truck Line LLC)i broke down and took me in without any appointment as i was loaded so they helped me to get my truck repaired. very professional and most important their per hour labor rate is way less than the dealers. very clean shop, professional mechanic and good staff was there to help me. ill definitely go again for any kind of repair of my truck. good job guys keep up the honesty and professionalism

The fastest, drive axle replacement, and steer axle hub brakes were illegal so they were replaced also, clearly the cleanest shop, and well organized, everyone was polite and way better than the competitors, and I ve been to many TA s, Love s, and Pilots shops and if I ever need shop help again this WILL be the first choice I was even allowed to shower and now I won t even have to stop for anything but fuel so I can get my load delivered.

I worked for this company 3.5 years and quit 1 mounts ago. They delaying your salary for 2-7 weeks usually. It is very difficult to call to get information. When you resign, you are told that there will be no salary this week, perhaps on the follow-up and this is constantly repeated. If you have self-respect and want to keep your mental health, then I highly do not recommend this company. MPL Express and Kinetik Transport are all in house companies. Warning !

Overall one of my best experiences with a repair shop OTR. They took me in and quickly assessed the problem, was able to get part at Cummins and had my truck fixed in a couple hours. Friendly and Great customer service, shop very clean, and the charge for repair I thought was very reasonable. Highly recommend....I will return should there be a need while in the area.

This place is super clean with the restroom, showers and everything. Also, very timely repair service. And they could do everything instead of having to take my truck at several different repair shops. they seem to have common sense when making repairs instead of spending a lot of MY money.

They got us in quick and did the job efficiently. I really appreciated not only the communication but the knowledge these guys shared with us. Everything was top tier service from the moment I called to when I drove my truck after for a couple days. I will be brining my other trucks here from now on. Great service

Acted like they didn't want to bring in any additional work. Asked about mobile service for a fleet a few blocks away more or less told me they just wanted everything to come through the shop and didn't want to use the service truck they claimed to have.

I had a great experience with this shop , I Was stacked on the street near by with my Volvo , I called this guys , they said that will be able to diagnose the issue and fixed . After all was the starter . The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Adam who answered all my questions . The prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend This shop to anyone who needs parts or service for their trucks.

Delivering to Bedford Park and had my drive tire punctured by debris on the road. I called and they repaired the tire and replaced a faulty valve stem right away and got me moving again. Avoid this place if you can, went here for an alignment after 1 hour Adam the manager told me that his equipped is not working right and that I have to come back another day and he will give me a discount for wasting my time, went back couple days later did the alignment and was charged $550 for it. I told Adam that most places charge $250 and showed him on my phone a shop 3 blocks away but he didn t care. The worst thing is my truck is driving worst after the ailment, I would highly recommend finding another shop.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I have a smaller trailer about 5 to 6 feet long. Looking at the super large trailers they service I wasn't sure if they could help me with my issue. But they looked at the bolt needed and got my trailer releveled. Customer service was great. They have a very clean and organized facility.

Best service with quality care. The mechanic was very caring and knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my truck. Love this shop! Andrei the fleet manager is the best and make sure everything gets taking care of with the truck! Highly recommend! Won t regret it. Easy in and out shop in the Chicago land area!

Nothing bad to say, only one couch not really anything to do. No water from what i saw and the tv was off. Not a huge fan of smokers and the guy who sat in my truck definitely was a smoker. Otherwise, got me in and out of there.
