Nikki and the team at Team Knipmeyer were great. We live out of town and they stayed late so we could come close on a deal. We also got all the paperwork done ahead of time so we were in and out very quick. The customer service is outstanding and at no time did I ever feel pressured into anything. I've purchased at other dealers in Quincy before and left with a bad feeling, I can happily say this was the opposite feeling here at Team Knipmeyer. Great service. Friendly people. Highly recommended.

The easiest car buying experience I've ever had! Nikki was extremely friendly and the entire transaction took less than an hour from test drive to walking out the door with the car! They weren't able to come down on price, but their asking price was extremely competitive to begin with. The vehicle that I bought was in excellent condition and was well taken care when I bought it. Overall, I would highly recommend Knipmeyer if you're looking for a friendly local dealership that puts the customer first, unlike many larger dealers.

First off I've always been nervous when going through a process of buying a car. However, after searching long and hard at other places I stumbled upon Knipmeyer in Beardstown. I called to make sure she had a vehicle and Nikki didn't pressure me to give her a name or number or any information. Most places ask up front about you so they can keep calling you back when you tell them you aren't interested in a car anymore. Not the case with Knipmeyer. This family owned business made me feel comfortable and the people were down to earth so I felt more at ease to talk to them about all the fears and questions I had. They had a lot of good models with great prices. I myself found a 2015 model with 80xxx miles on it for 8xxx. My payments are only 150?!?! You can't beat that at a regular dealership. I did a trade in and only had to out a little bit down (300) for down payment. The bank is easy to work with as well. This whole process has been amazing and is what all dealerships should strive to be. Only downfall is the short warranty that we got with vehicle but we felt safe because there mechanics do an amazing job to make sure vehicle is top notch. Thank you Team Knipmeyer for making this process an easy choice!!

Bought 2 vehicles from these guys. Both times beat the pants off other dealers in a 400 mi radius. Both vehicles were excellent. You won't go wrong here. Shop online elsewhere the come and be amazed.

Extremely easy and pleasant to do business with. No hard pressure sales tactics you might experience at a large chain dealership. Nikki promptly responded to any questions I had via email. Overall, my vehicle purchase experience was great and I would definitely recommend checking out Team Knipmeyer if you're in the market for a used vehicle at a competitive price!

Made my first car buying experience great! Very friendly and personable. Worked with me to get exactly what I needed and at a extremely fair deal. Couldn't recommend them more! They even stayed over an hour late working with me and never once made me feel like I was a nuisance. Great place to buy from!

We have purchased 2 cars from Team Knipmeyer and had a great experience both times. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They will go the extra mile to help the customer and they don't hover over you or follow you around while you are looking around their lot! Next time we need a vehicle, we will be coming back to Team Knipmeyer!!

Got great service from Nikki as she helped us with our first car. Went and got it inspected at a shop and everything passed with flying colors. I 10/10recommend Team Knipmeyer for a great car buying experience

Their sign says Oil Changes $29.95, but mine was $73. I was told because my synthetic oil is more expensive. Funny, I left there and had to go to AutoZone. Surprise, Surprise Valvoline 5-20 synthetic oil & a filter for $29.95. Needless to say I'm not a happy camper over this.

Purchased a 2015 Dodge Dart at the end of Feb. 2017 which only had 18,000 miles on it. Specifically asked if this car has ever been involved in an accident and was told no. I took the car to the shop yesterday for what I thought was warranty work but found out that they won't cover it under warranty due to the fact that the vehicle was involved in an accident. After doing some investigation I found out that this car was involved in a wreck before we purchased it. I called the dealer and gave them a chance to make it right or come up with a solution and they seem like they don't want to do anything. Will never do business with again and will be taking them to court.

After buy my pt cruiser 4 days later .. Time belt valves radiator all went out in one day costing over 1500 worth of damage .. But he a great guy just not happy about the car be broke down so early
