I got a flat tire and the truck was going to be a bit so they came in a pickup and changed my tire. I met him back at the shop and they got a new tire on. They were very kind and very professional. I would definitely use them again but I hope I don t need to! And the puppies were adorable!!

It worst and unbelievable. My truck charge 65$ for just diagnosis not fixed. Left my truck here and went home and come back to pick up they told me it has an electrical issues and they don't fixed. I had car scanner OBDI and I scan my truck before taking it there and the problem is different read on the OBDI scanner than what they told me. Don't recommend here unless you want them fool you with your money.

Just purchased a 2022 Sonata that came with Roadside Assistance. Had a flat on the drivers side front so I called Hyundai and they sent Osmer to assist me. Initially, it appeared I had picked up a nail and we figured the tire could be repaired. The mechanic knowing I had front wheel drive moved the rear tire to the front where the flat was and put the donut spare on the back because he knew to have the donut spare on the front would adversely effect the handling of the vehicle in the interim while they repaired the tire. He took my damaged tire back to the shop with a plan to return to my work the next day and reinstall the repaired tire while I worked. Turned out the damaged tire hadn't just picked up a nail but rather had a tear in it that could not be repaired. Instead of leaving me in a bind with a tire that could not be repaired and a donut spare on the car, they showed back up the next day with a brand new tire and got me back to 100% safe to drive on the spot. Not sure how they are compensated through their contract to provide roadside assistance but I highly doubt they get enough to cover having to give away brand new tires to those they discover have flats that can not be repaired. They asked for nothing from me personally to cover the cost of them going above and beyond. When I tried to offer him the cash I had on me to try offset their cost (and mind you I don't carry much cash anymore so it wasn't enough to cover the cost of a new tire), he declined the offer. That kind of decency and regard for others is hard to find these days. I really appreciate these guys going above and beyond.Service: Tires

Vastly overcharged for towing service. Would not recommend at all. Charged five fold over other towing service. Regret setting eyes on the place.

Went in for an immediate brake failure on a Thursday morning at opening time, that was fixed immediately. However, a fuel leak was detected during the brake line repair. A part had to be ordered from Toledo, OH, shipping by Monday or Tuesday. I made several attempts to obtain a tracking number since I was told the replacement piece was too awkward to ship overnight. I was not successful in even obtaining the shipper's name to inquire about the estimated time of arrival. Monday the part had not arrived. Tuesday morning I asked and was told the office would check on it as soon as receptionist finished the task she was performing. My son inquired in person early Tuesday afternoon, as to what time my vehicle would be ready and was told, a car with no brakes was occupying the lift and that an alignment was scheduled for Wednesday morning, so my vehicle wouldn't be ready until after those issues had been resolved. At the time of the initial, unfortunate choice of local mechanics, I explained I had no alternate vehicle and visited my octogenarian father daily. They expressed their willingness to help, but were at the mercy of the shipper. Now it's after close of business Tuesday night, and I still don't know when I will get my vehicle back. Hence, this long-winded review to express my utter disappointment in a local business that I had previously frequented and was always treated fairly.

They didn t fix anything with my car. Over charged me and left scratches on my car that weren t there before. When they first billed me they explained that the office lady would be there to fix the bill because the mechanics didn t do all that was listed on there. When I came back the next day suddenly didn t need to fix the bill and claimed they did that work on my car even though I had it?! I d never do business here ever again. -5 stars Service: Oil change

It s always so convenient to call Osmer s as when I call they can always find a time to fit me in ...and they do terrific keeping my vehicle maintained. I trust them to analyze the problem, fix it, then stand behind their workmanship. We have trusted them with all our vehicles for 20 years. Joe and his crew are fantastic!

They got me an appointment to look at my car quickly but we're unable to make an estimate for repairs due to the job being "too big". They are great for smaller stuff but I found a smaller shop that have me a quote and will have me back on the road soon.
