I had a great experience from the start! I needed to get some work done on my car and didn t know where to go, but a friend recommended Tuffys and said they had received exceptional service. After taking my car in, I agree, they were timely, very friendly, and communicated great! John in particular was extremely kind and went above and beyond in taking care of the customer.The service exceeded my expectations! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

John and his team were efficient, courteous, and honest. This was my first visit, this location came highly recommended from a family member. I was quoted for rear brakes to be completed at a dealer, and Tuffy discovered it was actually the front brakes that needed replacing. Excellent business practice for a sometimes difficult-to-trust auto repair market. I plan to return very soon for other needed service, yet nothing extra/additional was pushed on me at any point during my visit. Thank you for your professionalism and honesty!

We have been going to this location since moving to Geneva approximately 5 years ago, and have never been disappointed. From oil changes, brakes, check engine light inspections, to our most recent visit for a failed alternator and battery, John and Todd and the whole team have been top notch. We had the car towed late Sunday night and dropped off in the parking lot. To our surprise, the team was able to diagnose the issue promptly the very next day, and even had it repaired that same afternoon. We were definitely not expecting this quick turn around without having an appointment made, but they made it happen and we are ever so grateful, especially with a new baby coming any day now. Thank you Tuffy s Batavia for your continued excellent service and honest work - you ve got us as customers for life.

They were absolutely EXCELLENT!!! They provided the best customer service, and they don't try to rip you off. Their prices were, by far, the best compared to all the other price quotes that I received. From now on, I will drive all the way to Tuffy's in Batavia to get work down on my car.

Professional, charitable, friendly. easy. I called to get my power steering checked out and they scheduled me in with a quick same day appointment. I came in and played putt-putt in the lobby while they checked out the car. They scanned the computer codes on my car s system and walked me through what they found. It was an issue that had to be fixed at a Toyota dealer, but they gave me guidance on exactly what to ask for at the dealer and didn t charge me a dime.

We were visiting the area and heard a weird noise coming near the rear wheel. Still needing to get home, we were pretty worried. Tuffy's got us in same day, identified the problem (a loose bolt in the suspension), fixed the problem, and got us back out the door in 30 minutes! They were prompt, polite, clearly explained the issue, and tightened up the bolt for us with no charge. I was very impressed with their consideration, speed, and service. If I'm ever in need of help in the area again, we'll be back!

My first visit to Tuffy's, thanks to my getting new tires and given contact info for them. Certainly glad I went there. John was courteous and his team very thorough. They checked over my Santa Fe and found an issue that they took care of at a reasonable price. Glad I took the time to check them out. Very pleased. I cannot thank John and his crew enough for all their help when my car recently presented a mystery problem.They never gave up until they figured it out and are always so fair with price.I have taken my car to Tuffy for the last couple of years and have always been very happy with the service.John takes the time to explain everything to me. He is very kind and knowledgeable.I highly recommend!!!!

Needed control arms, tie rods, and stabilizer links installed quickly due to us heading out of town in a couple of days. They accommodated us, did a fantastic job, and at a good price. Thanks again. I cannot say enough good things about them! I came for a tire alignment a couple weeks ago and was told I needed some work done before I could get the alignment. I called a few different places to get their quotes. Tuffy Batavia wasn t the lowest quote I received but it was definitely a reasonable quote, still hundreds less than most, and my brother has had work done here so I drove out of my way, I live about 30 minutes from here, to come get the quality service they offer. They provide friendly and fast service. I highly recommend them and I will be having them service my car from here on out.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Terrible customer service .. Arrogant rude and absolutely overpriced! Quoted $900 for springs installation Stop ripping off people you guys are a joke! Dont turn into dealerships reason why small shops falling down.. never plan to do anywork here mainly because of $ and customer service

I have been going to Tuffy for many many years! John and the guys were an integral part in getting my Honda Odyssey to nearly 310,000 miles.I am a woman over 50 and it was always difficult to know if I was being taken advantage of with my car maintenance and repair. I absolutely DO NOT feel that way at this Tuffy. I TRUST what they tell me even if it is not what I want to hear. They are honest, timely, and affordable. Well!There s no words that can express how valuable this location is. Everyone that works here is amazing at what they do. I went again on 9-12 because my check engine light had come on.So I took it to them and I knew I was in good hands. I was a little panicked at first because my car is older BUT after listening to John and his team I knew I was in good hands, and I knew the job would get done. Their staff is friendly and up front. They will tell you 100% upfront why it s important to make sure your car gets the repairs it needed.Exceeded my expectations again! My left front wheel well was making a metal against metal sound. I was getting nowhere with jiffy lube- after they told me it was an uneven tire from the back right (the opposite of where the noise was coming from). I knew they were not listening to my concerns. I decided to go to Tuffy because my brother in law recommended them. They found the problem in 5 minutes and fixed in 5. They are very friendly and talk to you and show you the issue after they find it.The mechanic even drove around with me so he could try to hear the noise himself. Highly recommend. I don t like the fact of paying for a brand new battery but received a used one then having to go back to get the battery replaced not even 3 months later only to have another mechanic still have to replace a battery that was supposedly covered by warranty. Now I m out of more money because I refuse to spend another dime with this company and getting played with in my face.Service: Auto battery replacement

I made an appt for computerized wheel alignment and have stud inspected in my four tires. The services I requested were done. When I received my receipt, my studs were cleaned by a special machine and therefore did not need replacing! I was not charged for the cleaning! By total bill was just for the wheel alignment! Such a pleasant surprise! This is an honest establishment! John, a manager was great!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Best service center ever! They are kind and efficient very professional words cannot describe how pleased I have been every time I've had to take my vehicle into tuffy. I moved to Geneva about 5 years ago and was afraid of leaving the service center I normally dealt with because I'd like to where I was at but I was so glad when I found tuffy. They definitely stand behind their work and they will do anything and everything they can to make you happy and to make sure your vehicle is fixed correctly. We moved to the area 2 years come July. I had have been coming here since. Every time they preformed professionally and efficiently. This isn't your run of the mill Tuffy Center. With the conversation and tips with John it's more of a Hobby. It feels like they are not just there for a pay check. It the Auto motive business that is extremely rare. I will keep coming here and recommending them. Thank you John and your entire Team!!

I whole-heartedly recommend this shop. They listened to my concern, and when I told them about an estimate from a nearby shop, he explained why the estimate from the other shop was so high (without disparaging the other shop), and why it shouldn't really be that high. His total price was less than HALF the other shop, and done in a single day. Great work!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

The best service and the best staff. I brought my car in on 2/26 to have it serviced for some belt noises it was making.I was blown away by their customer service. They made me feel welcome, and always kept me informed on the progress of my car. Being there just felt like being around family.

A week and a half ago my wife brought our Chevrolet Traverse in for an oil change. Prior to bringing the car in, we saw a wet spot under the car on the garage floor. When changing the oil the technician put in a dye to see if there was a leak. The technician told us to bring the car back in so they could see if they could find a leak. We made an appointment for 05/13 at 330pm. Additionally the air conditioning needed to be recharged and that service was scheduled for the same appointment as the dye check. When my wife dropped the car off she was told it would take 25 minutes for the engine inspection, and 45 minutes for the air conditioning recharge. At 4:00pm, the car had not been pulled into the bay. My wife left to run an errand. When we returned at 530 pm, we learned our car had not been looked at yet. My wife spoke with John the manager. When asked why our car hadn't been looked, John stated it was because he had 15 other vehicles. When asked if he was going to call us to let us know our car wasn't able to be looked at, he said "no". When asked if he was going to keep our car overnight without consulting us he said "no that was implied when you gave me the keys". When asked why he didn't inform us they were too busy to look at our car, he said "that's just how the auto business is". Clearly this business is not interested in being forthcoming with its customers or being transparent with its customers. Go somewhere else for your vehicle service needs, especially if you expect forthcoming and transparent service.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

I loved the service from the initial phone call to the fast service provided. I will return and tell my friends this is becoming my favorite place to get my car issues solved. Needed a muffler added to a custom exhaust and the guys at Tuffy were up for the task! They thought outside of the box to come up with a solution and executed their game plan in a timely fashion. Very fair pricing too! Il definitely be back here for all our vehicles' needs! A ++

Really glad to have found this place! We have 2 older Toyota s and it didn t make sense to continue bringing it to a dealership anymore. Tuffy has made great, affordable repairs on it while standing behind their work. It s nice to find a car place that you can trust and don t feel like you re being taken advantage of!

I was up in the area for work when my fuel pump went out and had it towed here. Explained to them how important it was for me to get back on the road ASAP. John understood being a businessman himself and took care of me. I was back on the road the following day. Great people and great work and great prices! They will definitely take care of you!
