I was looking for a trusted shop in the Chicagoland area to perform some routine maintenance and install a few modifications on my Porsche Cayman S and couldn't be happier that I used Triple C! After doing some research, quite a few people pointed me in Chris's direction. His attention to detail was top notch and the pricing was very fair. All services were performed in a timely manner and communication was fantastic throughout the entire process. It is very hard for me to find shops that I trust, but I will definitely be returning to Triple C in the future. I recommend this shop for anyone with a German vehicle.

Chris is a great person and operates a business you can trust. Been going to Chris for over a year now for my Mercedes GLE and he has done a great job. He is knowledgeable and very trustworthy with his recommendations as to what your car needs. Does not oversell, pricing is very reasonable and a great value for the honest and reliable service provided.If you are looking for an alternative to the high priced non personal service of the dealerships come here.Marc

I left my Audi in the hands of Chris and I ll say that you can fully trust him and his work. He offers great prices on carbon cleaning services and performs very professional work. Chris has taken care of our Porsche Boxster & my dads 911 for several years( we were seeing him since his prior shop location). He truly understands cars( as my husband can confirm) but,he just doesn't have the time or place to do the work. Where Chris has elevated that pressure & time for him, plus he has affordable pricing and great turn around time. Always a pleasure to work with,very knowledgeable, friendly, & honest! You can not go wrong taking your cars to them!

Just started to have my car serviced at Triple C, Chris spent a lot of time with me getting to know both me and my car. I felt like I got better service than the Audi dealer and for a lower cost.

Hey Chris, thanks for servicing trans and awd of our Q5. This shop has very competitive pricing, the lowest I can find in the west suburban CH. Chris' shop is very organized and clean, my 1st impression was " this place is reliable ". Thanks too for walking me through your shop and showcasing the cars you were fixing. As a German car enthusiast, I am always excited to learn new things.

I have to say I am very impressed and super Happy with the service I got from Triple C Automotive. Chris is Super Nice person!!!This was first time bringing my Audi there for carbon cleaning. They did an excellent work and address minor issues. Their communication is 100%.If you have any German car and need any service this is the place to GO!100% Recommended!!!

Just amazing and professional Service done here. I would highly recommend to anyone to not only use but Trust this company. My 2009 Audi A-4 was having Engine Light problems and I couldn't pass inspection. I need to get it fixed so my son could drive the car back and forth to school. Chris here at Triple C took the car in immediately and discovered the problem. Helped me get it passed with repairs that were more than affordable. I very much appreciate working with Honest business people. Amazing experience with Chris and the team at Triple C! I cannot recommend them enough. Two other places quoted me for a complete system replacement on my Audi (thousands of $$s and at least a week downtime). Chris took a look and found one small part needed to be replaced and had me back up and running in a day (also, the final price for the part and labor even came in under his estimate! - I have never had that happen before). Honest, expert attention to your car! Chris is awesome. I rarely write reviews and this one is unsolicited. Chris went out of his way to make sure my aftermarket warranty could be used at his shop. The cost to do work on my BMW X3 came in very reasonable, no need to ever get ripped off at the dealer. He explained everything and his passion for German auto's shows. This is BY FAR the BEST repair shop and German car Mechanic I've found! Chris is extremely knowledgeable, swift turn around time, and his work is superior on top of having the best prices around! It literally can't get better? I'm beyond thankful to find Chris and Charlaine at Triple C Automotive Inc. Chris has done extensive work on my engine and more. I PROMISE you, if you bring your vehicle here, you will not be disappointed. I've been to plenty other shops for my Audi prior and I have to say loudly that they go above and beyond expectation. This is not a shop like others that want to rob you of your money, this is a genuine shop that is ran by family, that care about you and your car rather than the focus of your pockets, and it clearly shows. Chris has done top line work on my Audi as well as fixing prior maintenance that was done wrong before I found his shop, for less than half the price! Triple C Automotive Inc doesn't make you feel like "just a customer", rather they welcome you in as family and a friend. My experience at Triple C Automotive has been outstanding. After going to my VW dealer for oil changes & maintenance for the last 5+ years, you could not pay me enough money to go back to the dealer after meeting Chris and having him work on my 2016 VW Tiguan. Night and Day experience. If you own a German car, take your car to Chris at Triple C knowing that he will be honest, fair, reasonable, and will provide thorough explanations with photos and depth of knowledge. I've finally found a shop I know I can trust every time they work on my cars. Chris knows my car inside and out and knows what we're watching but doesn't need to be done immediately. He works with me on figuring out what work to do in what order too so it can meet my car's needs and my budget needs!
