Mike did a great job on Porsche fixing an engine oil leak. Quickly diagnosed and restored my car in short order. Would highly recommend!!

So much more pleasant than going to a dealership. I was able to get an appointment quickly and when I wanted. I was in and out in an hour. They checked my vehicle completely and assured me it was ready for my cross country road trip and did an oil change much less expensive than anywhere else. I'm happy now to have peace of mind for my trip!

The AUT Clinic does superb work with cars. They are efficient, reliable and they communicate with you on time. My car is was good to go in very few minutes!

The Auto Clinic is amazing. Very honest, they never try to get you to purchase any services your car doesn t absolutely need. Super efficient - today I needed a timing chain replaced on my bmw and it was all finished within one day!!! The mechanics are all very polite as well :) Will never go anywhere else as long as I live in a 30 minute radius of this shop.My friend that referred me got the timing chain replaced on his Mercedes a few weeks ago, and he couldn t stop talking about their professionalism, now I can truly see why!

Replaced all the U-joints. Good work and done on time. Vehicle is a heavy duty pickup. Car or truck give Mike and his crew a try.

I have own 2008 BMW 5 series, last month had a issue with fuel pump, Mike was honest and straight forward explain me the issue. I called few mechanics around to find out. Mike did the same work for the half of the price. Can't say enough about this place. It's everything one would think that a great auto repair shop should be. Quick, accurate work but still exhibits great workmanship. A really great scope of what they can do (ex. Can work on common domestic autos through higher end foreign luxury autos), and very accommodating to your schedule. Never once have I had the feeling that I was being talked down to, or being pushed into getting work done that didn't really need to be done. I recently bought a new SUV and explained that I just needed it checked over to make sure everything was good. Not only was that done, they actually took the time to take the extra step of printing out an overall preventative maintenance sheet(s) specifically for my auto. Just a few highlights I can think of right now. If you are searching for a great mechanic shop, do yourself a favor and check them out. This will be the last shop you'll ever need.

As a woman I'm have been over charged, have been lied to by multiple auto shops. I started using this shop when they where in North Aurora( Car-X), they are trust worthy, provide quality and excellent customer service by the owners. Yes, we followed them because it's rare to find honest and affordable autoshops. I frequently refer others to The Auto Clinic. Keep up the good work!

Great people and great work!Have had numerous vehicles serviced with them over the years and their quality and the way they value their customers is what s really sets them apart from other shops. Mike is my go-to guy and really dedicated to his craft. The team is hard working and have always been punctual on repair times while being very fair with their prices. For some reason when American mechanics hear the word BMW, the price for repairs automatically skyrockets. Forth shop I tried: three negative reviews and finally leaving a positive one.Changed my rear brake pads here today; quick service, reasonable price, accurate quote, no surprises in the end.No BS like we don t have special bmw tools , we only use our own parts, you can t bring yours , no outrageous quotes and no desperate attempts to upsell something.Will recommend this shop and definitely will be back.

Mike was extremely helpful and professional! My brakes needed to be addressed ASAP and he got me in in the matter of an hour - at the very end of their work day nonetheless. Mike explained everything before completing and offered to look at my headlight after my car had already been taken care of and brought back out. Amazing customer service and highly recommend!

They will lie to you and treat you like you don't matter. They never return calls and don't know what they are doing. They are always at lunch or on break.

They are great mechanics here and in my experience they went the extra mile to get my car taken care of. I really appreciate the honesty and my car has always been done quickly. I only trust these mechanics with my car and have followed them from a previous location.

This place is the best in town! Great people, very professional, experienced and knowledgeable.They did a great job on our Mercedes Benz C300 2016.I trust them 10000% with our car and will definitely recommend.They do a great on European cars and are very knowledgeable and experienced in this field.Thank you for everything!

I recently started coming to Auto Clinic and honestly this is the best Auto Mechanic business I have ever been to. They made me feel welcomed and are always friendly! Mike has been a true blessing and I trust him always with my car!

I Brought my 2016 Mercedes c300 in for a check engine light diagnostic , mike checked it out and was able fix the problem at half the price of a different independent European shop, it has been a month now with no issues! They work on alot of different European cars amazing service and price !!

I've worked with Al and His Son Michael for years when they were at CarX. When they told me they were moving I didn't hesitate to follow them, even despite the fact they were about 20 minutes further. They recently did repairs on my breaks in their new shop and I couldn't be more satisfied. They are always professional, courteous and respectful of the customers time. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Best shop in town. I have a 2011 BMW 335xi that I had towed to the dealer ship cause it wouldn t start. Dealer said, there was some electrical problem with the car and need more time with it. Dealer had the car for 3 weeks and the bill just kept racking up and still couldn t fix it. A friend referred me to the Auto clinic and decided to give them a shot. Towed my car to them and 3 days later my car was ready for pick up. I was speechless. Thank you guys for all you do, keep up the great work.

Al and Mike were professional. This is their new location and they always finish my car on time and they have very reasonable prices. I got my brakes done and I would definitely recommend.

i m never one to leave a review, but Great great guys. only guys i take my c63 amg to. they know exactly what they re doing, high quality work & great prices. only guys i trust with my car, aside of mercedes benz but these guys won t charge you an arm & a leg apposing to mercedes.highly recommended
