Jose was professional, kind, and responsive during my car repair experience at his place. His pricing was the lowest that I did not mind driving close to an hour to take my car to him. He professionally helped me with my rebuilt car title process with the state problem-free. I sincerely will recommend him for any body repairs, salvage title application, and other car issues.A happy customer!

I recently took my terrain to get body work done. Not only was the owner super communicative and easy to work with but the work that was done was outstanding. My truck looks brand new! I would recommend anyone to super sports for any vehicle services. No complaints what's so ever the whole experience was great from start to finish

Update: I would not reccomend super sport auto. Was not that driven prior to the first pick up when they told me it was safe and ready to go. They put me in a dangerous situation and now they want 2900 for the rest. I feel like I was bait and switched. Definitely do ur homework and have a mechanic drive with u before leaving a facility... lesson learned.My car is being serviced by Super sport. After haggling with shops, ford, independent mechanics. Super sport really made me feel confident in my decision to have my vehicle towed into their shop. Last week I was told it was ready. I was surprised,impressed that they turned it around so fast. I go to get my car and am handed keys reassured that it was safe and inspected/driven. Within 3min of driving my oil/break/wheel defect lights went on. I called the shop asked if i should pull kt over and they had me drive back during 5 o'clock traffic. I couldnt steer the car wheel was useless and traffic was heavy. I was put in danger by this oversight. I left the car and received a follow up call. Impressed again by their response time. They let me know that the car was test driven, but had been worked on after and my computers werent talking. That was the issue. So obviously we can determine that mistakes can be made and I've learned my lesson to not take a vehicle without driving it with a mechanic after it's been serviced. Regardless given that my vehicle is good moving forward I will still continue to use Supersport for their quick action in resolving my problem. Note had this not happened their rating would be a 5.

If you want the job done, right, go to super sports automotive.. they do awesome bodywork And their painter is a musician.. and not to say I was very pleased how they communicated back-and-forth with me to let me know how everything was going with the car..I ended up getting my 2013 Dodge charger RT painted and it looks Better than when I bought it back in 2013 ..

Went in for a rebuild title. Jose was extremely helpful and thorough. He even made my appointment with the state police for me and checked in with me after to make sure everything went well. He already got paid for his part and didn t need to check in but did anyway. 10/10 recommend Jose for your title needs.

Back in July of last year there was a terrible storm that broke our neighbor's tree on top of our van. Our windshield got completely crushed. Our insurance recommended that our van be taken to Super Sports Automotive for repairs. Jose and his team were very knowledgeable and made sure my husband and I were one hundred percent satisfied with their work. Jose was very respectful and understanding of our needs and made sure the work was done in a timely manner. Overall, the work they did was excellent. My husband and I are very happy with the work they did. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Super Sports Automotive for all of your repairs. Thank you Jose and your team for your exceptional customer service.

The work took over a month to be done, i was sent here from the insurace company. when i picked up my truck i notice alot of problems. brought it back the next day had them redo it and when i got it again in a week still was finding things wrong. On the estimate invoice they said they were going to replace parts that they never did.

I was referred to this company by my insurance company, I stayed with this auto body shop since I believe Jose is the manager/owner is an good honest man. He now has responsible dedicated employees that believe in what they do and do it to the best of their ability. The business has the unfortunate gift of too much work due to the price points they are at.Jos� is very honest man and will tell you the truth if you ask him. He has a newborn at four months which has made it more challenging for him lately I ve read some reviews of negative and a positive and my belief is that if you have patience you will get the job that you need done if you communicate with Jose and this sometimes calls for additional action.The quality of the work is as good as any other shop, if you are willing to wait what it takes, you will be satisfied. As we all know nothing of any value is easy to obtain, With a joint effort we both were able to pull what was needed together to finish this repair.Thank you Jose and family

Jose was very helpful in the process of getting a rebuilt title for my car. He's very organized and knowledgeable in all aspects of the process and provided tips on how to be as prepared as possible for the State Police inspection. He also faxed all the paperwork to the State Police inspection station ahead of time so any concerns they have can be worked out before arriving for the inspection.

Jose and his team did a very good job helping me out quickly with a tire/wheel change and the price was good too. I was very happy with his work that I also had them install a hitch on my jeep along with some wheel sensors, Jose went the extra mile and made sure everything was done correctly and even though it took some time he made sure everything was done right, i will definitely being go back here again for more work on all of my vehicles.Services: Tires, Electrical

I used super sports to rebuild my salvage title. I had a hard time trying to find someone to help me. The DMVs wouldn't touch it. From the start they helped me thru every step, made it very positive and reassured me everything was taken care of. Great experience and they were true to their word.

LOOK NO FURTHER- BEST IN TOWNFriendly, Fair, Fast. These guys know what they are doing. My car was at a dealer shop who were throwing parts at it and then wanted $3500 to replace the computers. I would have been over $5000 in to get it running....Another local shop recommended to try Super Sport because they are very good with electronics and can program computers. Super Sport arranged the vehicle to be towed to their shop, confirmed the computers had failed, sourced the parts, and had me back on the road in no time for half of what the dealer wanted. Super Sport even reprogrammed my additional fob so I had a spare at No Extra Charge! I'm very happy I found a trustable local mechanic and will be returning if ever the need arises. Warning, sometimes they do get busy because many people bring vehicles here due to their superb, fairly priced service. Thank you Super Sport.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I am very satisfied with the level of expertise and quality of service I received from Super Sport Automotive team in Batavia IL. I own a 2005 3.2L Audi A6 which required a replacement engine. I reached out to Jose and his team to see if they were up to the task. And to my present surprise, they more than exceeded my expeditions!Not only is Jose fully staffed in collision and auto repair technicians and with a vast network of suppliers .. he is very selective in his resource and just as important, Jose has the calm and professional temperament required to service his customer's needs. In addition, I was introduced to Adolfo, Jose s onsite mechanic, who I come to find is expertly trained and well versed in VW and Audi engines. Adolfo, after installing the replacement engine, there were some inherited timing issues with the engine that needed to be addressed, necessary to pass emissions. Not only did Adolfo address each item, but it was also made clear that the car would be released to me only after satisfying: 1) Safety concerns and 2) Quality of workmanship (e.g disclosing other potential issues and No Leaks ).I have experienced firsthand the commitment both Jose and his wife Sandy continue to put into their family-owned Collison and Auto Repair business. One of the most important aspects in owning an automobile, is having a trusted, reliable, and competitively priced auto repair facility. Try to bribe people to write 5 star reviews. They are very shady here, take your car elsewhere if you care about it. They put parts in my car from a different make to save money, but charge the insurance full price.
