I ve been using Park and Sons for years! Kiho (owner) and Kyle are some of the best. Always honest, upfront pricing and reliable service.They ve been servicing our 2011 town and country and used to service my pride and joy, 2010 charger Hemi (but it finally took its last dump so I no longer have it.).Thank you for always doing the right thing for your customers!

the owner runs a batavia staple. he offers fair prices, and reliable service. my car is a classic, and requires special care, which park most certainly provided. i am grateful for the care they took with my vehicle.

Called yesterday about an oil change & inspection before a long-ish road trip, was told to come in today. Today the guy at the desk said earliest availability would be Monday or Tuesday. Pep Boys it is.

Great Family Place - not often you get the pure Honesty and fair pricing on auto repairs. Also doesn't take advantage of the "customer" who is less informed on vehicle needs. When an important sensor failed on my car while in visiting from Detroit, I started calling every shop in Batavia mid-day on a Thursday. Nobody else in Batavia would even talk to me until Monday (which doesn't work when you need to leave for a 320mile trip at 7am).Mr. Park asked me to come in so he and his technician could at least take a look. I had to wait maybe only 10 minutes for the tech to finish up another customer's car before getting mine checked in.What would have taken me 5 hours to figure out and have to buy tools for, his technician had it solved in about 20 minutes at a very fair price.Chances are I won't be back solely because I live in Detroit, but if I ever have car trouble in Illinois again, I know where I'm going.

This place is fantastic. I first brought a car I was looking to buy here and Park gave me the honest answer that it s not going to be a good car and not worth the money. Later, I brought the car that I ended up buying to him for a repair and he took the time to show me what was wrong and walk me through what the repairs would be. Everything is priced fairly and repairs/maintenance are done well and in a timely manner. They are some of the nicest people you will ever meet, and they care about your satisfaction. I definitely recommend this place!

Kiyo, the owner, and his team offered great customer service and spent time listening to our needs and providing an affordable solution! They also did this in a timely fashion. I brought my car in after an oil change at Walmart because I was told there was something wrong with my oil...they could not tell me what it was, but that I needed to get it checked out. After explaining this, Park showed me what my car needed and quoted me at about $500. I came to pick my car up and it was like a car makeover. My dents were gone and my hubcaps were all replaced. He did so much work on my car and stuck to the quoted price. I have never been to a car service better than this. Kindness, honesty, and generosity is what I received here and I am so grateful there is someone like this in the community!

I absolutely love this place. I have been coming here for probably a little over 2 years now and they are always so welcoming and willing to work with me. The plus is that they don t take a long time to fix everything. They re both fast and efficient which is awesome. I drive all the way from Montgomery to Batavia just to come to them to get my car fixed because I don t trust anyone else to fix my car. 10/10 would recommend!!

Very honest and great people to work with. Have brought mine and my wife s car here several times. In some instances the fix or inspection was so miner they didn t even charge me, when other place probably would have made up some bogus fix to shake me down. You want to trust your mechanic come here.

Kiho the owner and his mechanics are awesome! I was one of their first customers at Park n Sons the day they opened. Kiho always makes me feel welcome and I know I can trust his judgement for all my vehicle needs. If you want honest, reliable work and great people...this should be your auto shop!

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Park & Sons for roughly two years with the upmost satisfaction. Most recently, my wife's car had to be towed overnight to the shop after engine failure. He diagnosed the issue, which turned out to be a recall, and coordinated transport to the dealership for warranty repair by the next morning. While at the dealership, the service manager wanted to repair suspension and steering issues with a two week turnaround. I called Kiho, who gave me a price 27% less than the dealer and completed the job in a day. He also saved pictures and parts to prove what was causing the issues!Car issues? The absolute nicest people I have ever met! Had my baby in the car and called to see if I could buy some windshield washer fluid. They ran right out and filled it up for me no charge knowing I didn t need any work done on my car! I could barely see out of my windshield and with a newborn in the car they were my angels today! Will definitely return!

Went to Kiho's shop for the first time today. Starting to get hot and my air conditioning was not blowing cold. His crew jumped on it, and I am on my way to cool driving in my ride.Awesome guy. Great service.

Got service done the same day I brought it in. Before he started work, he gave me a detailed list of all the parts and labor and made sure I wanted all of it done. When he realized there was a problem on the receipt, he just comped the missing parts. Great, friendly service.

Destroyed my transmission. Kiho admitted to not knowing the correct procedure for changing the transmission fluid and now my warranty is no good. Had to buy a new transmission.EDIT: in response to the owner - The correct fluid was put in, but in the wrong way. The continuously variable transmission needs to be treated very carefully, and it was not.
