From having two Honda vehicles and a Ford of various years, they have gone above and beyond service to them from brake lines, air conditioning systems being fixed to replacing tires and Axle repairs they ve been awesome about negotiating prices and not throwing additional hidden fees. They are willing to work around what needs to be fixed immediately and things that can be done at a later date. All of the staff throughout the years going to the same place have been friendly and helpful.They have introduced me to the synchrony bank stuff to help with paying for repairs when not having cash on hand.

I take my car here several times a year and have always been happy with the service. A couple of months ago one of my tail lights went out and I bought some bulbs thinking I could change it myself. For my Ford Escape, it turns out to be a pretty complicated procedure. I pulled in the parking lot at Merlin about 15 minutes before closing, desperate for help. The manager took care of it himself and it took that whole 15 minutes. He didn't charge me anything. A very kind gesture and I will most definitely be back.

They hooked me up with everything I needed. A lot of work needed to be done to my Holy Roller van. It had to stay overnight and they lent me a loaner car which was awful thoughtful. I really feel they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and got the best deal. Definitely recommend! Blessings

Merlin Complete Auto care in Batavia is a great establishment when it comes to getting your vehicle needs taken care of. Mo and his team are all great at what they do and they are people I can trust with my personal vehicle, work truck, and my wife's car. They continuously provide a clear and honest assessment of the repairs needed for our vehicles, and there has never been surprise charges or unnecessary work. I feel confident in their expertise, and they always go the extra mile to ensure I understand the repairs. Its reassuring to find a mechanic shop you can rely on and I highly trust them with my vehicle care needs.Keep up the great work Mo!

This is not your average shop, The owner greets you with care and a vast understanding of both new and old muscle or vintage cars.They know the classic foreign cars of the 80 s and of course the typical grocery getter. They go out of his way to help you, and not up sell you at all. Just a really great place to trust your car. I just left Merlin's in Batavia and I am so pleased! I was calling around last week and what initially stood out was how helpful Shane was over the phone. When I arrived for brake service and other repairs today, Cesar and Mo took such good care of me. They explained what was wrong and made recommendations. They didn't talk over me or pressure me into repairs I wasn't ready to commit to, and worked with me to complete what was in my budget. It took a few hours, but they always checked in on me and I felt very comfortable waiting in the shop. I watched as they welcomed customers with appointments and walk-ins, and they moved everyone through their services quickly. I felt like I could trust them and I believe they did quality work. I can't recommend them enough and I'll be back for future services.Services: Auto A/C replacement, Brakes

Trying to figure out why it has taken me this long to choose Merlin for my auto care needs. I live nearby and had a scary situation with my car overheating and smoking while trying to drive home from Ohare Airport one night. We ended up leaving my car overnight in a random parking lot and waited until the next day to scope things out. Surprisingly, my coolant was bone dry. Which, is pretty unusual as I do perform regular maintenance. Once we got back to Batavia, we brought my Jeep into Merlin. Right away the staff was super helpful and did a full inspection. Because of my experience that day, I will be returning for more business. Since then, I have been paranoid about levels in my car and brought my Jeep in for another check-up. Staff, again, was very friendly and provided feedback of my concerns and things they have found .even showed me pictures! I really appreciate the extra time and conversation, knowing that my car was taken care. Thank you!

Had an amazing experience today at the Batavia Merlin s with Shane and his whole team! I had a really bad leak that I had no idea where it was coming from! They got me in immediately and were able to have it completely fixed in just a few short hours. Went above and beyond, helping to get my car seat out and to my dads car. Oh and last year my dads truck wouldn t start at the gas station across from them and they all came over and pushed it to them avoiding a tow! Can t say enough good things, they will be my mechanic going forward!

Caesar and Dan were so great - super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with my Acadia. I had to sit for a couple hrs to wait for a ride and they treated EVERY client with the same amount of respect and kindness. Thanks guys for such a positive experience.

Had a great experience at Merlin s today for my oil change and tire rotation. Jordan was very professional and knowledgeable. They didn t try to charge me for any extras and were honest about the maintenance my car needed. Would recommend them to others! Got me in right away for an oil change. Recommended a lot of things that could be done on my car due to it being over 100,000 miles but they were not pushy about any of it which was much appreciated.

My son went in for an oil change this morning. They ended up charging him more than what I ve paid for mine. I ve had no issues with this location until I found out what they charged my son. I won t be coming here unless they offer discounts again. There s no way prices go up that quickly.Owner response: We understand your concerns regarding the price charged for your son s oil change and we hope we can remedy that for you My son tried to remedy on site and they told him that the price they charged his father was not possible , I sent him a screen grab of my charge history from earlier this year showing the price I paid in two occasions but he had already left.Service: Oil change

These guys have Merlin and Batavia are the best. This is only my second time here but they I mean they grow above and beyond on customer service and quality of work. I will never take my car to another shop besides this one. Thank you for getting me back on the road so I can make some money

Man these guys are the best! Had a big recommendation to come check this place out last year when I had my catalytic converter stolen and they took excellent care to replace the part and not to mention they gave me a sweet deal. Came back today to get the oil changed and they immediately took care of the job even though I accidentally showed up hours early. Mow and Richard are the guys that did an excellent job and I wouldn t go anywhere else.

Couldn t have a Better experience. Moe, Richard, the two Matt s and owner Josh have done an amazing job on my 1936 Plymouth Hot Rod. I won t let anyone else touch my car. Honesty is a Hugh factor. They don t B.S. you into unneeded repairs. Moe and his crew are extremely professional and they back their work. Nice to have a shop that is honest and reliable. Wonderful customer service! Quick and efficient. Always trust that they are giving complete auto care and being honest about what needs to be done. The workers are always smiling and beyond helpful. Explain pricing and what needs to be done upfront and are always fair about price. We only trust our car at Merlin!

Had a great experience with Merlin, had my car taken in for a brake job + normal maintenance and they filled most of the fluids free of charge and gave me a really fair price. Had an issue with my car previously in the past and attempted to take it to the dealership itself. They refused to help, even though I was covered under warranty. However, I took it into see Mo at the store and he helped me out. He was super great and didn't hesitate to help.I then came in again for my usual oil change and was greeted by Richard who had a cheerful personality!I've been coming to this location and will continue to come to this location!

Came in for an oil change on Memorial Day weekend. The place was absolutely packed but they managed to squeeze me in very quickly to get me back on the road. Service was fantastic and I was in and out of there very quickly. Highly recommend. Great customer service and very quick.

Came in to do a brake fluid flush per the dealer recommendation and they told me it was not necessary as they noticed it had been done recently saving me lots of money. Super professional, super friendly
