Karl's Auto Shop in Batavia, Illinois is a unique shop that caters to their customers while spreading community love and pride! The staff here is not just friendly, but incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile to make sure you and your vehicle are well taken care of.Plus, the decor on their walls is a work of art in itself a cool little feature while waiting for your car to be serviced. You can learn a few new cool facts. It's like a gallery of automotive history, and it adds a unique and cool vibe to the place.If you're in Batavia and need automotive services, I recommend Karl's Shop.

HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Where do I even begin!? Karl and Janine are incredible! Karl's takes great pride in their work and services. They go above and beyond, simply put. They are honest, trustworthy, fair, hospitable and personable. Immaculate service and advice with our very troubled Suburban. Austin was a gem, as well! For all needs, they are hands down the shop to call. You'll be recommending Karl's to your family and friends, as well. Appreciate them very much and will return in the future!! 20 out of 10!!

Having a vehicle issue is a terrible feeling, but coming in to Karl s the atmosphere and care eases your mind. You know you won t get ripped off. Although it is pricey, due to EVERYTHING in American being priced up, you still know you re getting a fair price for your repair here. Will come back.

I would recommend Karl s to anyone I know! They were so honest and helpful. I took my car in to get a look at the many problems wrong with the car. They gave me a heads up it might take a 1-2 days to look at it, as they were busy. They called me just a few hours later with info!I am always so scared to take my car to shops as I feel they tell you, you need more work done then needed.Karl s was the complete opposite they told me all the problems and gave me so many options on what to do! I didn t feel pressured or rushed to do anything!I will forever go to Karl s for all my car needs

Karl's Auto is hands down the best repair shop in the Chicagoland area. If options are available, they present them to you, and if the repair didn't take as much time/material, they adjust the bill down from the estimate. I absolutely love this company! They are very warm, friendly, and welcoming from the time you walk in the door until the time you walk out. HONESTY is everything when you go to a mechanic, and they are nothing but. I went in for a lowbeam headlight and a turn signal. They were kind enough to mention that my brake light was also out, but they did not gouge or bombard me into 20 other "issues" that my car may have had like when going to a dealership. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I am always delightfully pleased with the timely fixing of my vehicles. I enjoy talking and having Karl explain what the problem is and how fast he and his crew can fix the problem to get me back into the flow of my life. What great people they are and the service is outstanding. And the price is always reasonable. May God bless them all. I rate them at 4.9

Karls is great! My dad has used them multiple times to do work on his car so I decided to give them a try. They were able to fix the heat in my car the same day I dropped it off.They explained the problem I was having to me and called with the price before starting any work to see what I wanted to do!Will definitely be going back to them for any future car needs!

I purchased some bad gas. Karl's went beyond expectations to tow my car and find out what my issue was. They did not overcharge. I definitely recommend and will but using them for all my auto work.

I have taken a bunch of vehicles to Karl's Auto over the last several years. He is the absolute best in the business. He is quick efficient and charges a very good price if you consider the quality you receive. They go above and beyond explaining what is going on and what the proper solutions are. I can not recommend this service enough, I am a big fan!!

My roommate worked with Karl previously and recommended him highly for getting work done on my car. He is extremely knowledgeable and will accurately diagnose and price repairs for your car. Finding a trusted mechanic is better than finding a great barber and a great micro brewery in the same location!

Karl has worked on our vehicles a few times and is trustworthy and REALLY helpful in explaining things. He helped us pass our emissions test with the least headache and money that made reasonable sense. My husband just said to me, "I'm really glad you found him!" So great to have a mechanic we can rely on as we are new to the area. Thanks Karl!

Karl does great, honest work at a great price! We brought our car in and Karl dropped everything to take a look at it. He had it fixed in no time and his price was more than fair. Will definitely be returning customers!

What a great experience I had! Highly recommend! Karl Sr and Jr did amazing work with my duramax diesel.Hard too find guys that do quality work at a good price. They knock it out of the ball park! And certainly will be going back with all my repairs and maintenance!

We started coming to Karl's shortly after he opened and would never go anyplace else. We are so satisfied with the work that has been done to our vehicles, the way they treat us, the totally kind and caring way that they run their shop and the professionalism and experienced, expertise is bars none! I've been looking for a good honest auto mechanic for years. Well, I think my search is over. I brought my car to Karl's Complete auto care. Karl explained in detail what needed to be done and quoted me a price. The work was done on time and under the quoted price. They will get my business from now on!

IDC where you're from, go here for your auto repairs. Karl is a true mechanic and shoots straight. He tells you what's wrong, what it'll take to fix it and the severity of your problem. There's no superfluous repairs or up selling.Every time I go to see him, it's like talking to one of my old gear head friends. He fixes cars, he enjoys it and you can tell it's his lot in life. That's it. He doesn't sell you on anything and the prices are fair.A down to earth man trying to make a down to earth living. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Karl is very through. He does very good job with repairing what you want and goes the step further to find out why something went wrong with your car. He tells you in words you can understand. I recommend highly.

I take back the good review I gave Karls. Although I like Karl Jr., I don't trust senior at all. A few months ago he Karls put an alternator that went bad in our car. Karl Sr. said they only use the highest quality parts, but later when I asked Karl Jr. he said they used a remanufactured alternator from advanced auto. They did replace the alternator but the next day when I drove the car it died and the computer on the car was completely fried. Karl Sr. said it was due to a bad ignition coil. When I spoke with a mechanic from Toyota he said it is very unlikely that an ignolition coil would destroy the cars computer. He said what probably happened is the alternator gave off an uneven charge and fried the computer. We had to sell the car to a junkyard and I now have a car payment again.

I highly recommend Karl s shop , I had some work done to my 1967 mustang and they did a great job ! He explain every detail possible and was very honest. That s why I rate this place 5 star and will be back when I need some work done !!!

The air pressure light was on in my car. I stopped and they were super! They checked all the tires and found a screw in one. They fixed it right away and I was so grateful!

I loved my experience with this shop. I would highly recommend this shop. They were fast friendly and extremely reasonable prices. They didn't try to sell any unnecessary repairs and explained everything that was done! They have definitely earned my respect and future business.
