I ve been to this shop multiple times, usually unannounced, and they ve been great to assist when I ve needed it. Most recent trip was due to a battery that needed replacing. Even though it was a busy shop on a Saturday, Kyle was able to fit me in. They ordered a new battery and had it installed with an hour. Very grateful and must give these guys a high recommendation.

I made an appointment online which is very convenient. Although I was there for an oil change, they found some things that needed to be done and gave me the cost to take care of them. While it took a little longer than I anticipated due to the additional items, I was out in a reasonable time.

Kyle at this store was super helpful and went through a lot of hoops for me to make sure I got a refund on a program. Was very appreciative of him making sure I was satisfied and not spending any extra money that was unneeded!

I was very impressed with Duvain. He went over all my options for my service selections and discussed savings for me through various options available. The service was thorough and prompt. I had an excellent customer experience!

They rock, great gtoup of honest nice people. Kenny and Jim are great managers and won't steer you wrong. They always have great prices, explain everything they are doing, and get you a great prices. They do all the work on all my cars.

Had a flat tire at 5:30 p.m. with my 3-year old and 8-month old in the car. Almost everywhere was closed. Called four shops and they were either closed or unable to do it. Called this Firestone location and Duvaun not only got me in right away, but got me back on the road in under 30 minutes. Fantastic service. Thanks so much to Duvaun and the crew!

I took my car to Firestone minutes before it closed simply because I was very close to it, losing air quickly, was afraid I'd wake up to a flat tire. After Kyle assessed the tire and informed me it was totally shot, I planned to take the car to Discount Tires where my tires were still under warranty. Kyle still continued to field my questions, fill my tire with air, and even offered to put on the spare so I could safely drive to have the tire replaced. Very professional, excellent customer service, especially given that I ultimately didn't have my car serviced there. Thank you!!Service: Tires

120$ for an oil change and 2 hour wait time for an appointment I booked ahead and early in the day. They did not ask what oil change I wanted regular, synthetic or full synthetic. I have never waited more than an hour or paid more than 80$ for an oil change. I thought I would give this place a chance since it had great reviews. I got quoted 100$ for a blinker to be changed, I understand labor costs but I was already waiting 2 hours. I explained a part for the headlight needed to be replaced and is visually damaged. They still wanted to "diagnose" adding another 100$ to the bill when I told them what the problem was. I have receipts of everything and this place is a joke. I will NOT be coming back here as they have no regard for ones time but enough to take the money.

Terrible experience. I dropped my car off here for service on my control arm and the day after I picked it up the engine was knocking and engine light is on. Aside from the control arm issue there was nothing wrong with the car. I bring it back here and they tell me it's cam shaft replacement. So I take the car to Chevy and they tell me due to firestone's carelessness they damaged my evap hoses. Now I'm out another $600 because of this.

Took my lifted truck here by recommendation from "custom offsets " who lifts vehicles and takes their lifted vehicle's here for alignments. I waited an hour they played with something idk what . Then after they tell me the cant do it i take the vehicle home and do what they weren't able to do in less that 15min. After being charged by this company i was told to see the "lead tech" whp asked me to come back at 1pm a few days later i was excited to get my steering fixed by someone who may be experienced! Upon entering the building i was turned away and told i would be refunded my money. Not sure why an alignment shop cant align a vehicle with adjustable parts on it maybe they're only good at stock vehicles . Or maybe they just didn't like my vehicle idk. Completely dissatisfied and driving home with a crooked steering wheel

I brought my truck here to have the AC tested and if it passed the leak test, have the system recharged. Firestone tested the AC and said it tested fine. They told me to go ahead and spend the $200 to recharge the system because the system tested good. I told them to do so. The next morning, I had no AC and called back. Firestone determined that the refrigerant had leaked out because they missed a leak in the leak test. I politely requested a refund for the cost of the recharge ($200) since they assured me there were no leaks and I was okay to recharge it. They held my truck for two days and refused a refund, offering me $80 off a $680 service to fix the leak they found too late. Definitely will not be back and horrible customer service.

Came here due to a poor experience at another one of their stores and luckily had the pleasure to work with Mike M who, took the time to listen and come up with a solution to an ongoing problem.I wish all their stores had the same consistent level of customer service and ready to help attitude as he did however; I'm finding out that it comes down to the personel and management at each location.I'm giving them 5 stars because once i escalated the issue to corporate, their RM was very responsive, reached out to me and between him and Mike provided a resolution.I just wish everyone was on the same page especially, some of their newly hired mamagers.

Took my car there to get an alignment (top of steering wheel inside /) wasn't level and asked them to check my brakes while they were there.. Guy comes out 1 and a half hours later and says"I have good news and bad news" the good news is the brakes are fine.. The bad news is your tie rods are stuck and we can't do the alignment so I'm not charging for an alignment just for the brake check that was $10. He's says I will send you an estimate by email on how much it will be to replace the tie rods. Ok! We leave.. My son gets an email later on..The estimate was for $971 and some change I showed my regular mechanic the email for said amount (they don't do alignments) and his chin dropped to the floor. Funny thing is my steering wheel was perfectly aligned when I left. --- How did that happen if they didn't do the alignment? One other thing.. my son took his car there for an alignment also about a year prior.. They did the alignment but told him he needed new tires bc the ones he had were shredded.. Not true! He had just bought four BRAND NEW tires three days bf going there.

This review is long overdue. Great management and awesome maintenance technicians. We discovered this location around the time that we realized that every time someone would work on our vehicles, we would have to have the same repair again within 6 months. But not here. We ve had standard maintenance, front end work, air condition restored and so much more. Making an appointment is a piece of cake, the wait while they repair timing isn t long at all and they keep you fully informed of preventative maintenance measures without trying to sell you on needless repairs. Ahem can we talk about the cleanliness of the inside waiting area as well the outside seating for those that wanna take in a little extra social distancing. Thank you all for keeping our vehicles in tip top condition which helps these road warrior moms in keeping our little one safe. I recommend this Firestone location for all of your auto service needs because as the name states they ve truly provided Complete Auto Care.

Very friendly , plus they get you in ASAP. I called for a tire alignment early morning They were able to get me in after my work schedule. Definitely worth making business with them .

These guys know their stuff. Just needed an alignment after some suspension work I did at home, and they got me in and out in about an hour. Holy cow! Plus, I heard Adam (service writer?) Explaining things to another customer very thoroughly and in a way she could understand.Thanks for the great experience. I will be back!

Adam is truly one of the best Managers I've come across at Firestone. I typically hated going to any other Firestone let alone a mechanic shop because of the bad experiences I'd had with lack of help and care.I do not have to worry when it comes to this location. I will come here for all my car needs. Adam is very honest and will tell you how it is they can help and will provide an array of solutions.

DON T GO HERE. I lived in Batavia for over ten years and this was a place that I thought was semi honest. It seems they are under new management or changed employees because they re now one of those places that will wildly rip you off & fix a bunch of stuff that doesn t need it. I came in today needing new brakes ($800 job typically, front breaks were bad, back breaks were ). They told me it was gonna be $1500 and that there was a fluid issue in that needed fixed. I had them speak with my father, suddenly it s a totally different diagnosis and $600 cheaper. Got outta there for $900 for two back break jobs which makes absolutely no sense and front breaks are still terrible. What I really needed was front breaks and 1 new caliper in the back. On the phone with me, I was told the back right tire needed no attention, on the phone with my dad, literally 5minutes later, they convinced him to replace rotors and breaks on the back right tire....why? Totally different stories. $900....still in need of a break job. They replaced rotors on the back right breaks that were totally fine and basically took advantage of my father who was just wanting to help but doesn t know much about cars. Second bad experience in a row. I was there two weeks ago because I bought tires from there and they were covered under road side hazard so when I got a nail in them I took them there to see if it could be fixed. The guy at the counter said doesn t look like you ve done much business with us lately and seemed hesitant about honoring the tire protection. It s a strange thing to say in general then this today.... Go somewhere else and get honest repairs.

I must say this place is simply the best. Eric the manager went overboard in getting my car equipped with the expensive HIGH INTENSITY BULBS. Eric answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Very professional management. The best. Eric also saved me money on the whole process. Definitely giving my business to these professionals. OUTSTANDING

Manager was very uptight, seemed to not want to be there. Overall service was done right, just wish the manager seemed more focus and up to the job instead of having such a negative attitude on the phone and in person. I would give 5 stars to the employees and technicians who actually worked on the vehicles. I believe though, the face (manager) of the actual place should be the leader and welcome customers and new employees to come around. Guess he must have had a bad day or something.

After curbing a tire that was no longer any good, I stopped at the nearby Firestone after 7pm as the shop was closing up. Sam, seeing my dilemma, took time to search for a the tire I needed at the best price he could find and made sure I could safely drive home on the spare he installed for free until the new tire arrived another day. Very personable was the advisor, and I would gladly go back for future service.
