Andy did a great job fixing my door and also ordered some parts that some randoms in California stole off my car, painted them, and gave me a discount. My car even looks cleaner than how I left it so I'm guessing some detailing was done. My door used to look like the first picture and now it looks brand new! Thank you!!!!

Excellent Work and great customer service! The shop kept me up to date all the work that had to be done to my car.I just pick up my Car from Crash Champions Collision Repair Batavia today 02/15/2024 and the entire process was as smooth as can be, and the work turned out flawless.Can't even tell the car was in an accident. Chay went above and beyond and walked me thru the entire process and made sure I was in the loop and completely satisfied from start to finish.It was an incredible experience, which is hard to say about most places these days and I would never go anywhere else, Again thank you so much!

My car was broken into and an attempt to be stolen. Thankfully it wasn t, called my insurance co and Crash champions was on the the list that accepts my auto insurance and I they were less than 3 miles from where I lived which in it self was convenient. I called them and my car was immediately towed that same day and in less than a 2 hour wait. Very friendly and knowledgeable and excellent customer service. My over all experience was 10/10. I highly recommend Crash Champions to my family and friends.

I had a great experience here. The staff was super friendly and kind. Tom was very helpful and had great communication throughout the whole process and kept me updated. I had got rear ended and was in a four car collision so my front and back had some damage. Brian did an amazing job. I left leaving with my car in perfect condition. They actually got my car done much sooner than expected. I will definitely be coming back with any future repairs that I need and will be referring out friends and family. Highly recommend!

Initially stopped here for collision repair on my minivan. Asked if they would give me a quote if I didn't go through insurance which they did. Turns out, insurance was the way I decided to pay for the repairs after seeing how much the estimate was! Handily enough, they are a preferred partner for State Farm so the paperwork was a breeze. Shout out to Alex the manager for his personal attention to our van in getting it done and keeping me in the loop while waiting for parts and getting everything back to pre-crash condition. The van looks like it never happened!

Car looked brand new they kept in regular contact with me during the repair process and offer a lifetime warranty on all repairs. They worked seemlessly with Geico and they have an on site enterprise car rental so you don't have to be shuffled around getting a loaner. Everyone I dealt with was really nice, I would go there again but hopefully I won't have to.

I went through my insurance to get repairs done to my vehicle. I had a great experience and I am very satisfied with their communication and updates along the way. They got the repairs done within 2 weeks, most of the waiting was due to a specific part of my car getting shipped to them. Once they got the part it was done within the time frame they originally gave me. Everyone was nice and friendly and very helpful.Service: Steering & suspension repair

The repair work was good. Everything looks great. Received an initial estimate based upon pictures I submitted through their online service. After a walkaround with the service manager, we noted damage that was not present in the pictures which would add to the estimate. I was told when they disassembled the vehicle, they would get us a revised estimate. All good so far. The revised estimate came in another $1,000 higher. I wasn't surprised because I expected there to be additional damage. I asked for a timeline originally and was told likely Friday. Then, with the extra work needed, probably Wednesday. Annoying, but stuff happens. I call Tuesday to check to see what time I can pick it up the next day. Suddenly, there is a delay getting a couple parts. That could have been communicated to me sooner, so I could make plans. I am told if the parts come in the next day it will be ready Friday. No more communication. The website has no updates. I am just about to call and I get a text saying it is done. I call to arrange pickup and the front desk person doesn't think it is ready. What?!?! She goes.to check and surprise, it is ready. I go to pick up the vehicle and it is almost 20% more than the second estimate. No call, no communication. I was paying out of pocket, so I am pissed. Nobody even mentions it being higher than the estimate. I finally ask and get some weird excuse about parts being labeled made in Japan vs US. No apologies for not telling me there was another 20% added to the cost. Next time I need body work, I'm going to try somewhere else, with or without insurance.

I was optimistic at first as they did such a good job of communicating the progression of the job through text. Alas, it was all a facade. They weren't as far along as they represented after communicating, unsolicited, weekly or more I did not hear a word until the day the car was to be completed. I was walking out my door to go pick it up and thankfully I called and got a ridiculous and obviously false story (because the story the told me the next time they gave me a completion date that weas not honored was totally different.) Long story short they communicated, but not accurately. They were kind about it. Yet, you would think after inconveniencing a customer for weeks (including one of the reps conceding "I'd be pissed of too" ) The would make it right when I picked it up.....NOPE, not even a nickel discount. Best part, I told the guy I would be picking up the car first thing in the morning since I had a flight to catch later that morning and to make sure everything was completed. As I drove away ENGINE/WARNING LIGHTS WERE ILLUMINATED LOW PRESSURE (dangerously low 19 psi) was illuminated. I called immediately to complain as it was clear no one got into the car or test drove after the work was complete. No reputable dealer would have let this car leave its establishment. Needless to say the tire went flat (whole story which I won't bore with but it added to the inconvenience Crash Champions was responsible for.) Had they made some concession, any concession, I likely do not write this and the public reviews I plan on authoring. I'm shocked this is an ALLSTATE preferred vendor.

Brought my car here for repair after a collision. Upon return of my "repaired" vehicle, they forgot to replace the splash guard and the vehicle wasn't running anymore. Had it towed in, made me bring in the damaged splash guard as proof it was attached to my car, even though they were provided photos and authorization to replace it by insurance. Replaced the splash guard, diagnosed my vehicle with "engine failure" but no reason as to why it is failing after the collision and had to have it towed off the lot. The advisor assigned to my vehicle refused to speak with me regarding any of the repairs along the way, and instead had a technician calling me who didn't know much. Horrible people to work with and repair quality is trash. If you want to be treated poorly and want repairs of the same quality as their customer service, take your car here. If you want professionals who take pride in their work and customer service, take your car literally anywhere else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had major hail damage on my car . Got in for a quote very quickly and then an appointment for the repairs . They did a great job getting me update and got my car finished a day earlier than they thought. The car looks brand new. Very friendly and professionally staff her . I got in an accident and had them repair my car. When I got it back the only thing that was right was the paint. My dome light covers are missing. My door pin inserts are missing. My battery was not tighten down. My dash is not lined up. The window Motor is wrong. And they forgot 2 lug nuts(safety concern). I ve contacted them several times and they told me they would get back to me and I ve called/ sent emails and now it s been a year and a half. No response. Honest good people who do their best to work on your vehicle and work with you, as well. The work did take longer than they quoted me both times, which kind of messed me up for work the next day, but overall, they are great and I recommend.

I had to bring my car back twice after initial hail repairs because the hail damage team did not properly install wheel well liners and door seals (photo attached). Also had my interior dome lights, sunroof controls and microphone go out after the team here finished their repairs, ended up having to make a warranty claim.Convenient location with Geico claims and Enterprise car rental on site but extreme lack of attention to detail. Make sure you check their work before driving off the lot.

I would never come back to this place they took dents out of my truck and pulled paint out of each dent, my truck and they're scratches on the side and on the hood, that they did on it you can see drips dry paint. Had to take my truck three times because the first class was leaking water inside my truck the second one wasn't sitting right and the third one I'm still waiting for it to be replaced. The manager Tom kept avoiding my calls they kept me on hold for very long periods of time. Receptionist knew I was calling and wasn't answering the phone either not professional at all. Not happy and don't recommend anyone there. Save your time and go to a better place because crash champions don't care about you or your car. Ps definitely doesn't deserve one star.

Gave them 5 stars a year ago. No more. Cannot recommend. I visited 3 times since and they don t have time to provide me quotes on my 4 other vehicles. Tried again today 6/8/23, said too short staffed to provide a quote. I ve used much better local body shops and will drive to them now because this place chooses not to take 4 minutes to quote a very simple job. Sad.Service: Painting

Customer service is pretty bad, and the repair to the vehicle was poor. I had better experiences at smaller body shops. Will definitely not use this company again for any repairs I may need in the future. For those who come here make sure someone walks out with you (no one walked out with me) to check the work that was done and double check you gaps on any panels they remove/fix.

I had a horrible experience the people there are liars. They told me that they didn t know when my parts would come because my car is so new and they overcharged. They did not replace anything on my car. They just fixed it up to make it look like it was replaced. I still have a broken piece in the back of my bumper. They just sand it down and look like they put some oil on it. They overcharge for doing nothing and had the nerve to call back and say there was something they found underneath my bumper and they need more money these people are scam. Artists they didn t even change my bumper which it should have been because there s still a piece broken. This place is horrible overcharge for nothing and don t do any work cheap labor and overcharging for not fixing stuff I give them a zeroServices: Painting, Body & Trim

My Elantra came in to the Batavia location for bumper repair after being rear ended in a hit & run. They did an amazing job! All the team members were extremely friendly & professional, making sure the repair process was executed as efficiently & stress free as possible. When it came time to pick up my vehicle I was struggling to get in due to my own busy work schedule and they were extremely accommodating offering to stay late. I really appreciated how understanding the team was. As far as the car itself, the paint repair looks flawless. Overall very impressed with how detail oriented they were!
